We stayed 4 nights in a partial ocean view bungalow at Seri Resort, and overall it was a really pleasant stay. The bungalow itself was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower (bonus points for water pressure). Pro tip: if you’re worried about the room getting too warm during the day, just close the bathroom door—makes a big difference.
The beach out front is huge, with plenty of lounge chairs spread out mostly on the sand, which was a nice touch. The pool looked great from a distance, but up close... let’s just say we didn’t linger. It had a bit of haze in the water and left a faint stain on swimsuits—not exactly inviting, so we stuck to the ocean.
Speaking of which, snorkeling here is fantastic—but don’t just walk straight in and expect magic. Go slightly to the right and swim out about 50 meters, or go left and out about 100. That’s where the underwater action really starts.
Breakfast was simple and limited but totally fine for a few days. We skipped lunch and dinner at the hotel since the menu felt a bit pricey, but there are other spots nearby if you're willing to walk or bike a bit.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful—big plus there.
All in all, a solid place to relax, especially if you’re here for beach time and snorkeling. Just maybe skip the pool.
