Serra Sausage

What a great find and local gem! We passed it and decided to stop. It brought me to my youth of local places doing authentic processing! We had a great host that greeted us behind the counter, he gave recommendations and we got breakfast sausage, kielbasa, and extra hot sausage. Everything was wonderful. Great flavor and definitely a hotter sausage when wanting to make perfect hot sausage pepper and onions. We would not only recommend but say GO don't second guess, great place and a great team there.

The family loves this place. Great tasting and fresh everyday. Pricing is good. Worth the fresh added flavors you can't get at local stores. We loved the garlic and broccoli.

Received my shipment in Florida today and can’t wait to chow down! So happy I can have a taste from back home here. Best sausage hands down! Everything was packaged perfectly and arrived pretty much still frozen. Thank you!

The staff is always helpful, nice and just all around wonderful!!! And I have not had anything from Serra that was not delicious!! Try the breakfast sausage they take me back to being a kid in the 80's The Absolute BEST!!!

You folks have sausage figured out. I'm not aware that I've ever had better. We live west of Philadelphia but we have a friend that lives near you. We will be pestering him regularly to add mass quantities of your sausage to whatever he purchases so that we can connect for some Serra Serra Satisfaction.

The best Sausage your gonna find in South Jersey! The Extra-Hot Italian Sausage is Fantastic, Heck all their Sausage is a Cut Above the Rest! Always Fresh, Always well worth the Trip! Do yourself a favor & Check them out. Try the Seasoned Boneless Pork Roast, it's awesome!

liver sausage good but needs more pork fat, to lean.pork liver is strong due to high iron contents little more garlic would also help.
