Serra Sausage

What a great find and local gem! We passed it and decided to stop. It brought me to my youth of local places doing authentic processing! We had a great host that greeted us behind the counter, he gave recommendations and we got breakfast sausage, kielbasa, and extra hot sausage. Everything was wonderful. Great flavor and definitely a hotter sausage when wanting to make perfect hot sausage pepper and onions. We would not only recommend but say GO don't second guess, great place and a great team there.

The best sausage I’ve ever had. Not even close! The special blend? Forget about it. Please, stop by the market or pick it up at Shop Rite. I have zero affiliation with Serra Sausage other than eating a ton of it.

Great sausage, not like supermarket junk. Their seasoned raw pork loin roasts are delicious and tender.

The staff is always helpful, nice and just all around wonderful!!! And I have not had anything from Serra that was not delicious!! Try the breakfast sausage they take me back to being a kid in the 80's The Absolute BEST!!!

You're not getting better sausage. Absolute steal at under $6 per pound and several types to choose from. You want it shipped? No problem just call and ask. Shoot a deer and want some of it turned into sausage? Just bring it over! And best part is everyone is super friendly and helpful. Won't get sausage from anywhere else. Great find.

Still the best sausage ever!! This is a regular pit stop during visits to Vineland, NJ. I come prepared with cooler bags to transport it back to the DMV area!

Good gracious! What have I found here! What has foufound me? Friend to live up the street from you brought some of the sausage to us on the other side of Phila. This is great sausage. I'm not aware that I've ever had better. I will be going out of our way to get more and to pester our friend to pick up for us also. Thank you for what you do.

Without a doubt the best sausage in South Jersey! My favorite is the Serra Special, a perfect blend of sausage, provolone cheese, garlic, and parsley. Pan-fry it with your homemade meatballs, place in a large pot of your favorite tomato sauce, and allow the aromatic flavors of the meats to permeate your sauce. Also excellent with sweet peppers and onions on a torpedo roll. You'll never buy another!

Without a doubt, the best sausages in the North Eastern US. I have tried most of what they make at Serra but my absolute favorite is their Andouille sausage. It's as close to what you get in NOLA as you could wish for. Being a Cajun Cook and always looking for the finest ingredients, Serra hits it out of the park every time. They have a full line of Italian and specialty sausages in their modest little shop and they serve an incredible breakfast sandwich. I moved to South Carolina and one of the things I miss the most is my weekly visit to Serra. Next time you're in Vineland, stop in and load up. It's a must on my visits to The Garden State. Best sausage I've ever had anywhere hands down. We always get the hot and plain sausage make a huge pot of sauce and make sausage sandwiches with peppers and onions. We also make our own patties to serve with breakfast.

Best Italian sausage. A favorite for my family for the last 25 years at least! The Serras Special, aka provolone, parsley and garlic is my favorite. Delicious with pasta, even better on a good Italian roll with sauce and provolone.

Haven't had the Italian sausage but the kielbasa is awful, too spicy and hot, not the way my Dad made it, he was a Lithuanian butcher.

I have bought sausage and pork products from all the Philly 9th street Italian meat markets and Serra's by far has the best tasting sausage products anywhere!!. It is always clean and the pork is always fresh. I have ordered chops and crown roast and they are great! I have also brought them venison to make venison sausage and again the sausage does not get any better tasting. I only wish they would re- open they Deptford location they used to have so I wont have to drive down from Bellmawr to get it. Best Sausage anywhere!!
