Servigroup Calypso Hotel

Wonderful holiday, first time abroad as a family and we were so pleased. The lady on reception as we arrived was so lovely and friendly and our room was ready and we could have lunch which was so wonderful after the flight/transfer. Room was bright and clean and we actually had the best sleep!!! Shower was great too. The service at the restaurant was fantastic, friendly staff very hardworking and would go out of their way to provide for you. Would book again we really loved Calypso and the location was perfect too. I liked our room being at the back as it was quiet. Food was brilliant each day something different and varied to suit different tastes and added bonus having a fridge in the room as well as a free safe and WiFi which worked very well.

Stayed at this hotel over Christmas with friends, we had a great time.|Hotel and rooms were very clean, food was plentiful and always something different to choose from, staff were constantly refilling the buffet.|The gala day was brilliant, we could not fault the day from start to finish.| Staff were very helpful and friendly, the entertainment was really good but the hotel needed to sort out the acoustics as one night the entertainer could not perform and left early. |My only thing I missed was not having tea/coffee in the hotel room. Also as it rained all day Christmas day getting from reception to the terrace bar there was overhead over which meant we all got a bit cold and wet.

Fantastic hotel and location. Reception staff lovely and helpful. Very clean throughout, daily room clean even though only stayed 3 nights. Breakfast nice, great English choice just a little salty for me.

Had a lovely stay over xmas, food, service & accomodation was lovely. Unfortunately I probably won't return. Not having a kettle in the bedroom was an inconvenience for me & having to pay for water at the evening meal was a disappointment. Only gripe was my room A202 was really cold when I arrived on the evening of the 23rd. Would have been nice to have had a warm welcome, as it took a while to warm it up.

Just arrived back after 10 days in Benidorm, we have previously stayed at the hotel before so that’s why we chose it.|It is in the perfect position for the new town and is spotlessly clean ok not the most up to date rooms but who cares. The maid was in every day cleaning and you have a small fridge but also the use of an electronic safe and air conditioning all included.|The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, the other thing I love about this hotel they only cater for their guests nobody can come in and use any facilities unless they have a hotel key card even to use the pool so no subbed wars here.|I can’t understand why anyone would complain about the food the selection is great and always hot. We will definitely be back again.

Fantastic hotel very clean, food was great and good choice. Love you get a safe and air conditioner included. Love the fact that only hotel guests use the facilities and that you can’t access anything without your key card especially the pool so no sunbed wars here. Close to everything but can’t hear the noise.

Standard fare for a spanish getaway, id say the rooms are very clean but not very big but you only really sleep in there so it doesn't really matter. Overall hotel is kept very clean and the staff work very hard to make it a pleasant stay. I would stay here again as the location is excellent too.

Spent 2 weeks here over New Year. Great choice of food and dining room staff very helpful. Reception staff were excellent as well.
