Servigroup Nereo Hotel

We went for 16 nights. We had a double room. No problem with lifts and food OK. Enjoyed omelette fir breakfast. Entertainment very good and hotel spotless. Staff very friendly. Spacious hotel. Good service at Reception and we hired double mobility scooter some days which allowed us to visit the old Town. Hotel right opportunity Indoor Market which I popped in most days. Got my hair done 15 euros! Definitely recommend the Nereo and really hope to go back in 2026.

Great very clean hotel. Spotless. Rooms are very basic. We got one facing local apartments not the best and never had sun on it. The pool is quite small|And not really in the sun so was freezing cold. The sunbed area is built up around it so had to keep moving when the sun went behind the other buildings. The food was good and had lots of options. English breakfast options ( bacon sausages fried bread ect) Staff really helpful and polite. Location is great and quiet but central. Celebrated Halloween and went all out with decorations really good.

Lovely hotel we returned home on 16th October after spending 16 days there. Very clean and comfortable room and the chambermaid Judith was brilliant. We were on first floor so sitting on balcony could be difficult as the terrace was level with our balcony and sunbathers were often there taking away our privacy. The food was lovely and staff very quick and helpful. In particular Ovi and Susy were outstanding. Only criticism is the food was often lukewarm which was disappointing. The entertainment and lounge bar was excellent and big screen tvs which showed mainly football. All in all would return to this hotel - the lifts were reliable and it was close to shops restaurants and the beach.

We had a fantastic time at the Nereo. At check in the reception staff were very friendly and informative. The room had a beautiful view and the room was fantastic. Only downside for me is not enough sockets. But I did manage with what I had. I knew there was no tea/ coffee facilities, so I took my own. Apart from that plenty of mirrors and space, wardrobe etc. The cleaners were amazing too. We booked B&B The Breakfast was just perfect, absolutely delicious. We never realised we had the New year Gala Dinner included. We had already booked somewhere else with family. We apparently missed a fantastic evening. So gutted. Heated swimming pool. What a bonus. We would definitely book Nereo again direct using thier online services without hesitation. We got so much extras. Thanks Hotel Nereo for a wonderful stay. 😁

This hotel is sparkling clean. The food is ok to a point. It could have been hotter and the empty platters replenished more quickly!|The sunbeds were very uncomfortable and have needed replacing for a long time!|The rooms overlooking the pool were very good. Plenty of drawer and hanging space.The most I have ever had before. The one bug bear is the screen between the balconies are see through so no privacy and people smoking either side is not good.|Smoking overall in this hotel was terrible as a non smoker there was no where to sit anywhere without smoking! I personally feel an area should be designated. Even Around the pool was bad. You cannot escape it. |It's worse now than it has ever been. |Overall improvements could be made.

TV's need updating. You should offer us the option to add our own entertainment to your TV's (firestick, apple TV we can add to your WiFi so we can watch TV from home) my room also had clearly been smoked in and I couldn't get rid of the smell - Clearly states no smoking in room. Didn't appreciate not being able to open my curtains or use my balcony as people were constantly sunbathing on the terrace as I was on the 1st floor. For a four star stay I expected better. Breakfast however was excellent as were the cleaning staff. Fridge in room was appreciated as was the safe.

Very clean comfortable hotel, breakfast good choice and plentiful. Staff very welcoming and courteous, enjoyed the bar area at night. Had some good entertainment on| The female singer in particular was excellent. Will deffo be staying here again on April 26.

Great location for The Strip, beach, markets, restaurant and shops. Hotel is a bit dated with old fashioned glass blocks in corridors and cheap looking flooring, although the hotel was very clean. The pool was fine but the surroundings were a bit unappealing. The walls in the bedrooms are fairly thin as you can hear people coughing and their toilets flushing. Hotel was very quiet for early/mid September with mainly older guests. The staff were all friendly. The food was fine apart from the desserts which I found to be quite tasteless. The waiting staff were a bit keen to remove plates on a few occasions. I did find it a bit odd that a 4 star hotel didn't have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star.
