Servigroup Nereo Hotel

First time at this hotel.staff are friendly approachable and helpful. |The rooms are spacious and we were fortunate to have a pool view. Bathrooms fine..shower was perfect. No faults here at all. |The breakfasts are plentiful and good variety. Dinners the same..food aimed at the British palate mainly but plenty of choice. |The hotel is located not far from the strip but is quiet and seems to have clientele mainly of a certain age (,which suited us ). Entertainment at night was good and drinks in the bar were very reasonable |Based on this trip I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quick check in and out. Staff very nice. Good breakfast. Great location. Fairly priced bar from memory. Rooms up to date with decent enough air con. Ticked all the boxes from our point of view albeit we never spent much time there. I would stay here again if the price was right though just based on the aforementioned.

I would recommend this hotel. I have stayed here twice in the last 12 months.|| I feel this hotel is value for money and the food is excellent quality. sometimes food wasn't to my fancy on menu but always something from menu that I liked. Some of the English translations of food dishes were incorrect but I feel if you go to a country that speaks a different language you should know some of the basics anyways. ||room was cleaned every day and rooms are basic but that's all I think you need. I was travelling solo and in a double room but think would struggle for space to put clothes if two people sharing that room. walls are thin and can hear people in hallways but think you get that in most hotels. ||I didn't really use the TV but would say that having better channels on the TV in all Servigroup hotels even if just football or news in Espanol etc would be a great addition.||pool area had enough sunbeds and a good size pool but was cold in May but you warm up quickly. I do prefer the Venus pool area to the Nereos but I think Nereo is better value for money and a 4* compared to Venus 3* and more expensive to stay there. ||I would recommend this hotel to couples and solos. I look to come back in the future.

Hotel and food are good. Would have given this a 5 star but .....|Bathroom door opens both ways and no lock. You can also see through the door so there is no privacy.|The bar closes at 11.30pm.|At breakfast time you can't finish your food bet your plate is taken away and you are constantly being watched

we were there for five nights at the end of April for my nephews stack party, the pool is great as it is heated at that time of year, the location is good for the Brit strip but not too close. The breakfast is fantastic. Everything is fresh and hot which you don’t find often in hotels.

I have stayed at the Nereo several times over the years. It’s always my first choice. The hotel is lovely, spotless, great staff and located in a nice part of Benidorm. Our stay this time was great, as usual. I would have given the rating 5 stars except on our last morning we were being picked up early at 7am. We were told there would be a continental breakfast available. Sadly all this consisted of was toast, cereal and biscuits. The milk was boxed for your tea. Hardly a continental breakfast! Disappointed as we had paid for a breakfast. It certainly doesn’t put us off staying again. I just hope servigroup take on board customers reviews and add a better choice.

This hotel is clean modern & in a good location 10minute walk to Levante Beach & near shops & restaurants & the indoor market is across the road - staff all pleasant & hardworking looked smart in their uniforms- lounges & bars were cool & relaxing - restaurant was clean & there was a good selection of food every day - rooms were fair size & a bit dated but comfortable & bathroom good size with walk in shower -our cleaner was in every day & did a good job thanks - pool are was lacking in atmosphere but plenty of beds & parasols & clean area - entertainment was a little old fashioned but we had a laugh & enjoyed ourselves - we took a taxi to the old town & Poniente beach for the day & it was lovely - 9 euros each way between 3 was fine - would recommend this hotel & it was our 2nd stay - Gracias ☺️

Great stay at this lovely hotel. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff all friendly and helpful. Facilities are great. Overall I could not fault my stay here. Would be more than happy to return.
