Servigroup Nereo Hotel

TV's need updating. You should offer us the option to add our own entertainment to your TV's (firestick, apple TV we can add to your WiFi so we can watch TV from home) my room also had clearly been smoked in and I couldn't get rid of the smell - Clearly states no smoking in room. Didn't appreciate not being able to open my curtains or use my balcony as people were constantly sunbathing on the terrace as I was on the 1st floor. For a four star stay I expected better. Breakfast however was excellent as were the cleaning staff. Fridge in room was appreciated as was the safe.

Great location for The Strip, beach, markets, restaurant and shops. Hotel is a bit dated with old fashioned glass blocks in corridors and cheap looking flooring, although the hotel was very clean. The pool was fine but the surroundings were a bit unappealing. The walls in the bedrooms are fairly thin as you can hear people coughing and their toilets flushing. Hotel was very quiet for early/mid September with mainly older guests. The staff were all friendly. The food was fine apart from the desserts which I found to be quite tasteless. The waiting staff were a bit keen to remove plates on a few occasions. I did find it a bit odd that a 4 star hotel didn't have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star.

This is our third time at this hotel. We have stayed in various other hotels in Benidorm, but the last three years we have come here. We love it at this hotel the food is great catering for all tastes. I’m a fussy eater and there was plenty to chose from. Cleaned your room each day fresh towels too. Walk in shower which is great for us. Down the road to beach . The entertainment wasn’t our taste but you only go across the road for plenty of choice. Location perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing Hotel. Fantastic location. Helpful and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Been back several times and other family members use this hotel too. Looking forward to returning soon. My only fault is that I wish they would provide more options for vegans and vegetarians in the restaurant. The chef always comes up with a dish for dinner if asked and booked the night before

Nice hotel with friendly Staff were always competent and friendly. The entertainment was satisfactory but in our opinion there could have been better acts. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was a little hit and miss. There were some really nice things and some not so nice, which I would not even consider eating like Pigs trotters. After saying this there was always something you could have eaten ie Salad with meat and cheese. Love the coffee machines. The staff in the dining room were always helpful and pleasant. The chamber maids were very happy in their work and did an excellent job.

Just back from Hotel Nereo wonderful hotel cleanest I have stayed in spotless everywhere by the hard working hotel staff. Very friendly from front desk to bar staff and cleaners . Location was fantastic less than 5 mins from beach,strip and lots of eating places around. Pool is lovely with a relaxed atmosphere which caters more for older couples than young. If back in benidorm would I stay here again absolutely.

Having stayed over the old town previously, we decided to stay a bit closer to 'the strip' this time and this hotel offered the ideal location ,being a maximum 5 walk to the main bars etc . You'd never guess it though as it was such a quiet and peaceful hotel .||Best bits:|Spotlessly clean,we genuinely didn't see a thing out of place all week.|Fantastic staff,so pleasant and helpful .|Great location .|Superb Air con system. Even at the lowest setting,kept the room lovely and cool .|Pool area was immaculate and loads of spare sunbeds whatever time you got there .|We were bed and breakfast and it was genuinely the nicest hotel breakfast we've had in a long long time ,just quality.||The only slight negative, and im being picky here,was the pool was slightly too warm given we were in 37 degrees of heat most days . Maybe they can alter the water temp for the summer months ?|Other than that ,it's a great little hotel and one we'll visit many times .

Lovely hotel lovely food entertainment could have been a little bit better for that type of hotel. We had a twin room could have been a little bigger but good view from the balcony staff friendly enough and helpful. Location was great, Definitely come back
