Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm Hotel

Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.

Visited here as a family of 12 in August. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the recent reviews. ||Myself and my 9 year old son were given a room on the 2nd floor and the rest of the family were on the 14th. We arrived at 11am and all of our rooms were ready and check in was smooth a friendly.||Our room was basic but had everything we needed and our floor was extremely quiet. Not sure if we got lucky but this was a major plus point as we had a great night sleep each night.||Food at the hotel was fine and plenty of choice for us all. It’s a 3 star hotel and the food was of that standard. Which is all we could ask for.|The restaurant did get busy but was well run and all staff were efficient and friendly.||My son really enjoyed all 3 pools and the pool games and we never had a problem getting a lounger. ||Drinks in the hotel are reasonably priced and all staff again very friendly.||We loved the location of the hotel, close enough to everything but just away from the hustle and bustle. ||I normally visit the Greek islands and it had been 12 years since I last visited Benidorm. I was a little nervous about whether I would enjoy.||All in all we had a nice holiday and were pleasantly surprised by the pueblo. Great staff, great location, decent food and kept very clean. Thanks to all staff.

A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. The location is great for all the best bars and restaurants. Most guests (90%) are friendly and will talk. I was only here for 5days but i wish it was longer.

Happy with everything in the hotel. Food options were brilliant at all meals. Great location as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the main places I go to at night, so it's easy to get home.

Location - excellent walking distance to the beach (10 minutes) and nightlife (5 -10 minutes )but not too near the busy bars ||||Price - very reasonable ||||Facilities - indoor and outdoor swimming pools, nice bar area and outside patio area.||||Now food.||||Christmas Gala Dinner - this was excellent. Four courses served by waiting staff. The Dining area was packed for this and almost everyone rated this highly||||There are issues about dining room staff treatment of solo travellers, like myself, and that's why I am knocking off a star and awarding four stars. ||||1. One one occasion food was taken of me while I was still eating!||2. On another time, I left my room card on a table only to find it was removed by staff and someone else sitting at my table as I came back with my food.||3. Finally, a staff member cleared all the Spoons on my table and I had to search for dessert spoons

I'd like to say thank you to all of the staff, from the cleaners who always have a smile on their faces, to staff behind the bar for their humour, to the restaurant staff who all work incredibly hard. A special thank you to Amanda once again for her excellent Customer Service and I must also mention Giselle on Reception who is such a credit to the Pueblo team. Another memorable break with friends and I can't wait until next year. Thank You James x

27.08.2025 Once again a fantastic stay. The staff are super friendly from bar staff to domestic staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Bed are super comfy & we had a great nights sleep. The food was outstanding & so much choice. Well done everyone for all your hard work & dedication.

I absolutely love this hotel everyone is so friendly especially one in particular reception staff named Aitana I was over for the fiesta and she couldn't have been mord helpful and lovely im coming back for st paddys hope to see her again small things like that make your holiday

This hotel is lovely and has a good pool , the balcony is very small but nice to wake up to the sun in the morning, the people at reception were very helpful with any problems. The only downside being that the bed was quite hard and gave me a sore back towards the end of the holiday.
