Visited here as a family of 12 in August. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the recent reviews. ||Myself and my 9 year old son were given a room on the 2nd floor and the rest of the family were on the 14th. We arrived at 11am and all of our rooms were ready and check in was smooth a friendly.||Our room was basic but had everything we needed and our floor was extremely quiet. Not sure if we got lucky but this was a major plus point as we had a great night sleep each night.||Food at the hotel was fine and plenty of choice for us all. It’s a 3 star hotel and the food was of that standard. Which is all we could ask for.|The restaurant did get busy but was well run and all staff were efficient and friendly.||My son really enjoyed all 3 pools and the pool games and we never had a problem getting a lounger. ||Drinks in the hotel are reasonably priced and all staff again very friendly.||We loved the location of the hotel, close enough to everything but just away from the hustle and bustle. ||I normally visit the Greek islands and it had been 12 years since I last visited Benidorm. I was a little nervous about whether I would enjoy.||All in all we had a nice holiday and were pleasantly surprised by the pueblo. Great staff, great location, decent food and kept very clean. Thanks to all staff.

27.08.2025 Once again a fantastic stay. The staff are super friendly from bar staff to domestic staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Bed are super comfy & we had a great nights sleep. The food was outstanding & so much choice. Well done everyone for all your hard work & dedication.

So to make it's easier ||Food 1/5 breakfast was okay but how can you ruin a fry up, they have different themed lunch and dinner menu but it does advertise free soft drinks with your meal and the only drinks that are "free" are with breakfast which are juice and your standard tea and coffee, was told there was water fountains for free water but nope you have to pay.||For the food loved the idea of different themed meals but the food was so poor that for my stay I basically ate bread and butter and even the bread was stale after breakfast. ||The rooms were very small and we were meant to be in the biggest rooms they have, it wasn't clean at all even found the last person's rubbish, there was ants everywhere in the rooms and I mean everywhere. The safe didn't work right! the balcony doors didn't lock also the bedding was dirty we had to go and get clean bedding and towels. The walls were paper thin banging shouting and we could actually hear the man above us having a pee!!! So terrible sleep soon as we got into the room we noticed there were a lot of broken things in there so we took pictures and went to the reception so they didnt charge us for the damage! All entertainment was for the Spanish did not cater to the English at all. After a few days the pools were so dirty you couldn't see the bottom. People getting so drunk I couldn't take an eye of my children there were groups of people drinking and taking drugs! we had to bring up to 2 men about their language because they were being racist. ||||Positives- 5 min walk to the beach with old town 10min walk. Bars restaurants shops all so close it would take minutes to walk. ||||If your a family and wanting a family holiday I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all and if your going to pay for meals included then I'd advise to go elsewhere because the food is inedible.

Great location. Great pools. Room was basic but clean. No tea/coffee making facilities which would have been nice. Entertainment more geared towards the Spanish. Bar staff also gave preferential treatment to locals. They didn't even have to queue to get served.

Hi just got back from the pueblo today 1st September we had 8 nights and I'm going to write an honest review .After reading negative reviews I kept an open mind .Don't take any notice some people expect so much from a 3 star and its not fair .Right the rooms we had 1404 on the 14th floor lovely rooms basic clean and a small but apt balcony The maids came every day we especially had a lovely lady called katty she was so lovely and friendly and does a great job she deserves a pat on the back and appreciation Next the bar staff all lovely and friendly talk to them interact and they are all great they go out of their way to smile and say hello and try to help .The animation team try to get you involved but never push and always say hello all drinks and snacks are great We were bed and breakfast and it was always lovely Reception team all great at checking in and any other things to help with Perfect location for to dip in and out of all the fun but not booming all night so you get sleep What else can I say get it booked !!! I'm really fussy as well and bluntly honest I won't hesitate to be back and recommend

If you want to be kept awake all night long by Spanish families or in general by others then this is the perfect place to stay if not I wouldn’t recommend, my daughter has been woken up all night barely been able to sleep due to people above banging so loud and the people in the room next to us so loud to the point you go try ask them to be quiet the Spanish man is trying your room door banging on your door while your 5 year old try’s to go back to sleep after all the noise they’ve made, then after you’ve not been able to sleep or settle and haven’t been able to enjoy your stay at the hotel, you have arguing all in the corridor and young children screaming gone midnight. The staff in the restaurant aren’t always pleasant either some don’t make you feel welcome at all. It took over an hour to be able to check into your room to which in the reception was boiling hot and not nice to be waiting hour to check into, the reception staff that was on at the time wasn’t helpful with different demands. This isn’t a place to take a child when it comes to night time.

We had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was 10/10 they had English bacon which is exactly what you need after a night on the strip. The room cleaning was efficient and clean. The reason I have rated the service a little lower is because the rules around the pool where nothing short of military grade. The life guard was so strict and rude. No inflatables no balls no shirts no drinks. Other than that hotel was brilliant 👏

The hotel is lovely and in a great location. Two lovely big pools and a baby pool. Also an inside pool. The food is lovely and there is plenty of choice. The only negative about this hotel|Is one rude member of staff. Every other member of the staff was lovely. But one incident with one member of staff did spoil things. Myself|And my granddaughter ordered milkshake at the bar everyday and i know they are a faff but always tried to order when the bar was quiet. One particular day we had the misfortune of being served by a man who refused to make them and actually shouted at my daughter saying he wasn’t doing them. We asked for his name and he refused to give it. So we went to the inside bar to ask if there was a problem ordering milkshake to which we were told it was no problem at all. The ruse member of staff came to the inside bar and spoke to the man serving us and walked away. Another gentleman behind the bar came over apologised profusely and told us the name of the man. His name is YUSUF. So the long and ahort of it, , is the hotel is lovely, but they need to get rid of YUSUF very rude to the point of being prejudice. After speaking to some holiday makers they saud he was serving Spanish people before British people regardless of queue order.

Yelp
This hotel is lovely and has a good pool , the balcony is very small but nice to wake up to the sun in the morning, the people at reception were very helpful with any problems. The only downside being that the bed was quite hard and gave me a sore back towards the end of the holiday.
