Another great stay at this Hotel. Excellent staff everywhere in Hotel, room lovely and cleaned every day (with clean towels even though we didn't always request these!). We were full board, great choice of food. There's microwaves if you want to heat anything up. Booked direct and got free transfer - no problems, easy to locate at Alicante airport. Amanda in Guest Services is excellent - we borrowed a kettle! Location also excellent, not too far from everything (close to the market too!). Would highly recommend.

We are repeat guests and stayed here over the English bank holiday weekend (25th to 29th May 2024) for bed and breakfast. We had stayed here the previous year (same dates) and booked again following an enjoyable stay. We wrote a trip advisor review last year for our stay which was published approx. 6th June 2023. This time we have bumped the rating up to 4 stars.| |Last year we stayed in one of the annex buildings/blocks which we found convenient for the pool. We contacted the hotel a few weeks upon arrival to see if they could place us in one of the blocks again. They honoured our request, and we stayed in block 6. The room layout was the same as the previous year. Plenty of storage, sockets, mirrors, free safe, Wi-Fi worked excellent (we found it to be hit and miss last year), air-con worked well and both shower pressure and temperature were spot on. Kettle and iron are not provided. We slept peacefully this time (no disturbing/noisy guests). Housekeeping attended the room daily and replenished the towels.| |It was good to be reunited with the breakfast menu (breakfast is served from 08.00am). There is something for everyone. The English bacon is still available as well as black pudding and the omelette station. There was the addition of French fries to the breakfast menu. We filled our boots again with the Cava (bottles are located on the yogurt/fruit counter), drinking several mimosas whilst enjoying our fabulous breakfast. Again, we found this a lovely touch and is another reason for the repeat visit. Team members are attentive in replenishing the Cava (as well as other breakfast items) in addition to clearing away any used crockery/cutlery. | |There was no issue with getting a sunbed. We love the position of this hotel as it gets the sun all day and isn’t impeded by any high-rise towers. By 10.30am is sun hits the whole pool/sunbathing areas and is there until after 7ish. The weather was dodgy during our stay last year but was glorious this time around.| |Overall, we had another enjoyable stay. The staff we encountered during our stay were very hardworking and spoke excellent English. This hotel ticks every box for us, good value for money, great location, gets the sun all day, no issue with getting a sunbed and fabulous breakfast that includes Cava. Needless to say, we will be back xxx

We stayed here with friends for 4 nights, the location is great, the hotel is spotlessly clean. |We stayed on a half board basis, the food was excellent both breakfast and evening meal, tables cleared and reset so never a problem finding a table at either meal. |The staff are efficient and friendly, especially Begonia on reception who checked us in quickly and efficiently with a great sense of humour.|The hotel is close to the strip but not that close that you can hear all the noise. One of the things that made us return to this hotel is the security, you have to have your key card to get through to the lifts and the pool which means that only the guests can enter and use the facilities.|Absolutely nothing to complain about, this is a 3 star hotel and in my opinion a very good 3 star hotel. |I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

I have been to Pueblo many times and find it a great hotel. The food is usually very good. The rooms are smashing and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drinks tend to be quite expensive. The hotel is only minutes from everywhere you could want to go. The prostitutes that sometimes are outside are to be ignored, dont let them get near you as they are expert pickpockets.

THE CLEANERS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AVOID AVOID AVOID 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬This is a mixed review of this hotel. The hotel itself was very good for the money, staff were friendly and food is OK. But unfortunately this is the bad side.. I had twisted my ankle the day I arrived 08/06/24 so was in my room ( not out drinking) but managed to get out for food at their restaurant, 2 days into it I noticed my euros were short by at least €130 give or take 10 or 20, also my uncles money was running out very quickly considering we had only been there for 2 days. I left my wallet out empty to see if the cleaners were the ones and noticed my wallet had been moved when returning to my room after they the cleaners had been in, I also left my wallet under my wash bag and noticed the wash bag had been moved leaving my wallet in view. I reported this to the manager but nothing was done. Absolute joke and for that reason I WOULDN'T recommend this hotel.

Facilities great especially the changing area best I've seen. Impressed with food too great selection. Room was a bit dated with cream walls and green could do with a modern refresh and bathroom small but it was clean.

Stayed one week in May24 , hotel was very average but spoilt by lots of large male only groups that gave a very stag party attitude (although apparently stag and hen parties are not permitted in this hotel) both types of group were very evident. The rooms were fine clean and modern , the food was poor low class menu items menu structure was poor (roast beef but no roast potatoes or choice of veg)

We were a family/friends group of 15. Planned to take mums daughter and granddaughters away on a trip. The hotel was spotless, the staff brilliant. What really impressed were the hotel prices- they were fab. Wine for 2.10 euros! We couldn’t believe it. The rooms had everything we needed too. Will return. Great hotel.
