Visited with our 21 and 19 year old. First time to Ibiza and although initially nervous having read some of the reviews our experience was fantastic.||Rooms - we had double and twin deluxe room on the 4th floor. It was clean, modern and the bathroom was well fitted out with a double shower. Only slight negative was the lack of storage space for a 10 day stay. Note - contents of the minibar are chargeable. ||Dining - we were half board. The breakfast had a great selection of fruit, pastries and the usual fried stuff - eggs done whichever way you wish, sausages, proper crispy bacon etc etc. Evening meal was again help yourself - large selection of fish, salads, chicken and lamb. All of which can be supplemented with various carbs - not just chips. Staff always had a smile and a greeting every day.||Pool - you have to be up with the larks to get a sunbed but you get saddos in every hotel that reserve sunbeds at the crack of dawn. We used the chairs at the snack bar and ordered drinks through the day on a tab. Sundeds are available at the sea front. All in all didn’t think the sunbed availability was an issue.||Location - few minutes walk to the marina and then into the main central area via the promenade. Plenty of restaurants and bars available at reasonable prices.||Staff - special mention to Dari - animation - he was energetic and really wanted to make everyone feel involved without being in your face. Paula at the snack bar - she’s brilliant at her job - really knows how to read the crowd and provide an excellent level of service. Crysti in the restaurant was amazing and made us feel at home. ||Would definitely recommend- in fact we’ve booked to return soon!

I came between July and August, I am still here while writing my review. ||This is my 4th year coming, usually with my parents and my brother, but just my parents this year. ||Like always the staff are so accommodating, bar staff outside are amazing and so helpful. Reception staff are there to help all the time, very approachable. The amazing team in the restaurant make us smile everyday! ||One thing I will say is the food still needs abit of work, but it is so much better that it has been in the last 4 years. Thank you!||The grounds always look perfect, well managed and clean.||My parents say Doulcie (their room attendant) is the best, she is so attentive and you can tell when Doulcie has been. When she hasn't its very obvious, she could definitely teach the others a few things. ||Entertainment has been good, the quiz, Dave and Albert were my favourite. The rest were very much same old, same old, same jokes in the acts, same songs as the last 4 years, but still good.||Dari has always been the best, the past 3 years he has made this place, the place to be! He is funny, energetic, engaging and just an amazing person. He deserves the world!!!||I had my room swapped as I didnt like being on the 4th floor in a single room while my family are on the 1st floor. The room I was moved to is amazing, spacious and bright. However the walls are paper thin and all I could hear was my next door neighbours talking, using the toilet, opening packets and even having sex. All these noises felt like I was in the same room as them, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I could hear people in the hallways like I had no walls, this needs to be looked into as yes I preferred the room, but the noises were unbearable, I hope this gets sorted out. Im already booked in for next July as we love it here, I would love the same room, as long as the noise complaint has been dealt with accordingly.||Thank you very much from the Marsh Family xox

Don’t book!! they will ruin your whole happy mood. We arrived at the hotel around 10 p.m., and they told us they had not received our reservation (Although it was confirmed on Booking, and we had never received any cancellation notice!! And the staff said the hotel was fully booked, and they told us to find another place ourselves and pay the difference. At that time, nearby hotels were already charging €500 per night.And it was late night! We phoned to booking, Booking’s customer service confirmed to us that it was wrong for the hotel to ask us to pay more, since the issue was due to their overbooking. The hotel was obliged to provide us with alternative accommodation free of charge, and if we were not satisfied, Booking would take responsibility to find other options. After we made a booking complaint, around 11:40 p.m., the hotel staff suddenly told us they had a room available and that they would compensate us the next day. We accepted and stayed. However, the following day, when we asked at the front desk, the manager Monica’s attitude was extremely bad. She first told us the matter had already been settled the day before, even though we had to leave early. Then she offered us a meal as compensation, but later withdrew that offer and said they would give us nothing, at most just a drink. Because of the hotel, we lost two hours (which cost us two hours of our party at Hï Ibiza, tickets €120 per person). The hotel’s behavior was completely deceptive: first promising compensation so Booking would not intervene, then going back on their word. Highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing attitude. Until now, we even never received any apologies or emails from the hotel.

I stayed here with a friend to celebrate my 50th birthday and could not have had a better stay. Our corner room was a huge suite with all amenities thought of. The reception staff (Neus and Jennifer) and the pool attendant (Enrique) were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. Walking over to the restaurant for breakfast felt like going out for brunch each day. The infinity pool is the perfect place to laze away a day. We will definitely be back.

Sea View Rooms, great staff, great breakfast, great location, luxury feel, Infinity Roof Top Pool, Boutique Hotel, and Relaxing. Booked this Hotel as we saw it last year. It’s still new and feels new and in super condition. Small number of Guests so feels Private. The Reception staff are genuinely lovely people who always greet you with a smile. They were very knowledgeable on trips and Restaurants around the Island. Thank you to Neus, Adrian and Jennifer you truly do care about your guests. You have breakfast at the beach front restaurant next door where you will find the staff were all helpful and lovely.

I came to this hotel regularly as a child. Before the marina was even built and there was nothing here but the hotel! I have returned in the last few years to revisit pleasant memories. Needless to say, I like the fact that the fish lights are still on the balconies. And the "standard" rooms do not bother me. They are fully functional and the important things, such as quiet air con, black out curtains, good mattresses, quality linen (which really do matter) is all there. The food could have a little more variety. Particularly on the spice front. It would also be lovely to see more typical Spanish options such as octopus, calamari, black rice, shellfish etc The one thing that did bother some of our party is the access into the sea by the hotel. We are not sure if the hotel owns this land but the steps down are really difficult to ascend due to the angle, particularly for older clientele (of which there are many). The steps on the other side of the bay are only reached via a dangerous and slippery promontory, again, not suitable for older people. We do intend to return regularly but would love better access to swim safely in the sea. Love the Ses Estaques though and all staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful relaxing 4 night stay at this hotel. The views are just stunning. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Room & bed huge and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and what a view from your breakfast table! All the hotel staff are so kind and professional and we’d like to give a shout out to Jennifer & Adrian who we met on checking in & out. They are true assets to this hotel . Thank you to everyone who made our stay very special and for the anniversary wishes and our cava!

Returned this year after a good experience of this hotel in 2024. Maintained its good level of service and staff and look forward to returning again.|Staff: good positive friendly approach and always helpful whether housekeeping, reception waiting and bar staff |Hotel: always tidy, good level of housekeeping.|Room: Clearly updating rooms but we had a superior room having been upgraded to a new room and couldn’t fault it. Lovely balcony view, plenty storage and bathroom facilities ideal. No shower leak and no steamy mirror !|Food : plenty options and choices. Resort itself has many great dining options so although we were half board we ate out quite a lot |Area: great location, lovely brief stroll along promenade to the town centre.|Criticism: only gripe would be the behaviour of some guests and their desperate necessity to reserve loungers from 0630 am. Even witnessed towels being thrown from balcony to colleagues below to reserve multiple loungers. Despite requests by hotel management not to reserve beds, advising guests that after 45 mins towels could be removed that seemed to fall on deaf ears. Many guests reserved beds from 0630 and didn’t go back for hours. Totally selfish behaviours and frankly hotel needs to be stricter and just remove guests towels who blatantly disregard hotel request for the comfort of all guests. For an adult only hotel there was plenty child like behaviour ||I would give this 5/5 if the selfish sun lounge obsessed minority could just control themselves.||Certainly return but not in August as it approaches peak occupancy. ||Lovely hotel and great location.
