Overall a fab holiday. Location is really good, close enough for the action but far enough away for a good night's sleep. Service is excellent. Food was good but plenty of restaurants and bars if you want to eat out. Rooms are a little dated but were clean. We had a room at the front of the hotel, overlooking the mini golf and it was shaded in the evening and quieter than the rooms at the back, overlooking the sea front. Suggestions to the hotel would be a Matt in the bath, I found it quite slippery, the floor could do with a mop. We also didn't realise you can use the facilities of another hotel. The pool was lovely and clean with sunbeds and a few umbrellas. We had a great few days and wouldn't hesitate to go back to the same place.

It was 19 year since we last stayed here and the wife wanted to go back for her 65th Birthday. The hotel has been updated since we where last there and is of a good standard for a 3 star hotel. Location is the key here right on the beach front. The pool area is not massive but there is another sandy area to the side of it which is adequate and is used by a lot of people, however it does need a bit of tidying up and some of the sunbeds could do with been replaced. The staff at this hotel make it what it is, everyone is so polite and friendly and can not do enough for you and I mean everyone from reception,bar staff, cleaners and the restaurant staff. In ten nights not had one bad meal. There is a good choice and of a good standard. I asked for a 4th floor room with a terrace and got one so happy with that as it had fantastic views of the bay. Overall a very good stay, all guests made to feel welcome and we will be going back next year.

Absolutely fantastic week here with my children. Would highly recommend and also booking a Seaview as this made our holiday even more special - people watching last thing and first thing was fun! View is beautiful. Staff were very helpful and everywhere spotlessly clean. Food and drink very reasonably priced and nice. We stayed in the apartments on a self-catering basis.

Lovely apartments, clean and comfortable. Lovely staff, all very friendly and all working hard. |Loved the outside space, real chilled, great views. |Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.|One note though at 10.30pm at night the "day club O'beach" next door empties, and it can be a little daunting with the crowds of people falling about all of the place, but I do have to say it is well policed, and all very well organised.

the hotel is in a pleasant and beautiful location. nice beach in front of the hotel. the staff in the restaurant as well as at the reception always served us very well and friendly. the food was not the best because it was mostly always the same as a buffet. and the rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable, but for next time these rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly because we found a Smirnoff under our bed..

Returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel on the 28th June.It is a prime location right on the promenade of the Bay. I t was 19 year since we last stayed here and the Hotel and location was as good as we remembered it to be. It is a small family run Hotel and I have to say it shows. We can not fault the service we received from all of the staff working at the hotel. Every member of staff was polite and friendly. Ideally if you book here you need a sea view room as some of the rooms at the back of the hotel do not have balcony's which is not ideal. The food is of a very good standard and we did not have one bad meal with ample choice. Bar prices are very good for a Hotel. Already looking at booking again for next September.

This has to be one of the worse hotels I have stayed in for the last 20 years. The reception staff are nice but the hotel lets them down. It really is a lucky pick of getting a fabulous room or a prison cell off a room. My friend got a fabulous room, modern, clean, modern facilities etc. I got a room which can only be described as a prison cell. It was an absolute dump versus us. We booked it at the same time but the rooms are just miles apart. I would not recommend this hotel and can only describe as in need of much TLC. My room’s lock was hanging off and and quite frankly didn’t feel safe and secure. Avoid at all costs and would not recommend despite a real friendly reception team.

We stayed in the apartments next door to the hotel. Great spacious apartment on the top floor, so had a great sea view. The apartment had a fridge a safe, air con, an excellent terrace and balcony, nice bathroom with a walk in shower and a small kitchen. Clean and comfortable.|The staff at both the apartments and hotel very first class and very friendly. Must mention Andrea on reception who was excellent and most helpful. Great Seafront location.|Can't wait to return.
