Perfect example of a DTC Instagram brand trying to scale into retail and while the transition is not easy, this company has made it clear that the customer is NOT their main concern. If anyone wants to purchase a $230 store credit off me, let me know. I’ve tried multiple times to get my money back since none of this brand’s items fit me right, but they refused to refund me.
- oversized items are way too baggy
- fitted items are way too tight
- customers services sucks
- have no idea what “Omni-channel” means so don’t bother trying to shop both online and in store, you’ll be disappointed
