The WV Set Active store is so lovely and the entire team is so nice and helpful! Marina in particular made my day, she was so knowledgeable about all the different materials and what type of workout they were best suited for and gave me great recommendations for my athletic needs! I should have listened to the reviews on this one. First time visiting this store. The girls and staff were so pleasant and nice. But the clothing is the cheapest and worst quality I’ve ever tried. I bought a set for an event yesterday and I ended up not wearing it because the threading was already coming lose and the fabric was starting peel. Went to the store to return it and the same staff member was there who remembered me but she says my email isn’t in the system today, my phone number, or name either. So whoever checked me out didn’t enter or save my info. They can’t look up your receipt unless they save your name in the system!!!! No store credit and nothing management could do except say they were sorry. Imagine if my order was $100s of dollars. Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amazon has much better quality activewear for half the price.

Had a really bad experience there. I was trying on clothes, deciding which sizes to get since I'm in between sizes. It took me a while, but there was no queue at all. While I was in the fitting room, the staff called out to check if everything was okay, but I wasn’t sure if they were talking to me or the lady next to me, so I didn’t respond. Out of nowhere, a tanned staff member with puffy hair suddenly opened the curtain, giving me a shock! I was really disappointed. You shouldn’t do that you should at least open and peep in before opening. When I finally went to make my payment, I asked for new pieces instead of the display pieces. I showed the staff exactly which four pieces I wanted (two identical sets of FC in different colors), yet she still managed to give me the wrong item! She handed me leggings instead of shorts, but luckily, I spotted the mistake at the cashier. I told another staff member, who then shouted to her colleague to get it changed while I sat and waited. Once it was supposedly fixed, I approached the cashier again and asked if everything was correct—specifically if I was getting the shorts. She said yes. GUESS WHAT?? When I got back to my hotel and started packing my luggage, I realized they had made the SAME mistake again. The worst part? I couldn’t even check my purchases properly because they use a tablet for payment—there’s no indicator, no verbal confirmation from the staff, and no physical receipt. NOTHING. Such a terrible experience…

LOVE THIS LOCATION!! I always enjoy my time here and the staff members are incredibly helpful and kind! Marina, Christina and Sabrina are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! They got me situated right away and never made me feel uncomfortable at any point!! Always going to shop in store instead of online just for the experience plus the clothes are SUPER CUTE and FANTASTIC quality ✨

Very limited selection in both style and sizing. Customer service was mediocre. I visited on a Sunday, and although there were three employees present, they stayed in the back chatting until I was ready to make a purchase. I spent $62 on a pair of shorts, only for them to pill after just one wash. Disappointing quality for the price.
