Set Özer Hotel

A Gem in the Heart of Çanakkale This is how one could describe this boutique art hotel. We stayed there to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2025. The hotel’s location is very convenient, within walking distance of the city’s attractions. It impresses with its unique artistic spirit, creating a homely atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is rich and suitable for vegetarians. The staff deserves credit for our overall pleasant stay at this hotel. Everyone is very positive and responsive to any requests and inquiries. Recommendation: An additional wardrobe could be added to the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to the city.

We had a three day stay in this small and charming hotel. The hotel is very centrally located so we could walk everywhere. The room was very clean and comfortable and it was great having a lift to take us to our second floor room. The breakfast was served in a courtyard outside and included cheeses, an omelette, sweet treats, juice and tea which was plentiful and delicious. |The staff are all very pleasant, hospitable and professional. |Well deserving of the great reviews. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A small, no frills hotel in a good location with most rooms set around a flowered patio. Unfortunately, we were stuck the first night in a room that faced the street and it was noisy all night with partiers blasting rock and roaring tail pipes of motorcycles. No sleep. We were thankfully moved the second night when the quiet room became available. The staff was sympathetic and breakfast was good. Would not recommend unless they will guarantee a patio facing room.

Great value for money, but first and foremost, I would like to emphasize the excellence of all the staff, led by Mr. Burak. Their attention and assistance are invaluable. Excellent location with available parking, which is one of the biggest advantages given the hotel's location in the heart of the old town, where it is nearly impossible to park your car. The rooms are clean and relatively small, but given the hotel's location, size, and star rating, this is to be expected. Most guests use the rooms just for sleeping, so the size is adequate. The only downside is the lack of closets and storage space for clothes if you plan to stay longer than a day or two.

We had a good stay in Canakkale at the Set Ozer. The room was small and the beds a little hard for our tastes, but overall we enjoyed our time. The staff were amazing and always helpful. Breakfasts in the courtyard were delightful. The location is excellent - near many eateries and the main shopping plaza.

Very nice hotel. The location is very good. It is located near the Trojan Horse Statue. The staff is very polite. The breakfast is awesome. Our room was a bit small for a 3-person family, but it was good for couples. There was a Chromecast device attached to the TV, but it was not set up :).

This is such a nice hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the room is very clean. The breakfast is delicious with lots of tea. We had such a pleasant experience.
