When you get to the location you need to call a number that is on the doo, to get a code to get in. I just finished walking el Camino and my phone was low. Try calling the number and sound busy, finally got a person and she could not hear me. Our phones ran out of power. Spent 4 hours outside until I was able to pay a taxi driver $20 Euros to use his phone. Then it took another hour and 3 calls since they could not hear and kept disconnecting. Second taxi driver another $20 and finally was able to get a code to get in. During this time I tried calling Booking.com. They would not help and they did not care. Really bad experience. They would not give a code before I arrived. I tried several times. The taxi drivers said They see this every day and they love making the money.

Clean and cosy rooms! Very close to the central square with the gorgeous cathedral. It was easy to check in and follow the instructions given online. Bathroom was very clean, the beds were comfy. The coffee was horrible tho 🤣

A block from the cathedral, you can't beat the price for location but you get what you pay for. There is no Front Desk, just a day staffer who prepares breakfast and cleans so if the individual isn't there when you arrive, check-in is electronic. That being said, the automated check-in box works very well and is easy to use. Our room had a comfortable bed but was very small. The walls were also thin so we heard people walking by in the night. Normal conversations were heard in other rooms and showers. Although the staff are very friendly and helpful, if you have an early departure, you are your own to get a cab. The breakfast offered with the room was minimalist - toast and granola. If you are on the pilgrimage and don't need much, then this hotel will be great. If you are on a more traditional holiday, you may not be completely pleased.

Spent four nights here alone on a business trip - could not have been happier with the choice of hotel. The room was old-fashioned, but big and with a view to the Cathedral wall. Very picturesque. Clean, very hot water in the shower, simple but fresh breakfast. The hotel does most definitely not fit disabled people, or if you have troubles with stairs. Also, if you have a hard time falling asleep to sounds - do not choose this hotel. I could hear street singers as well as my neighbours in the hotel. However, if these things do not bother you: the Sete Artes is absolutely lovely! Pilar, the caretaker, was very helpful and kind enough to make breakfast at what ever time I wanted, and I had a great time there.

Super accomodation, located a stone's throw from the cathedral. Easy code access with full instructions. Would definitely stay again if the weather was better!!

This small boutique hotel is right next to the Cathedral. It only has limited reception times so make sure you will be arriving in those times. It is quite cute and clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows on the bed with crisp linen. Make sure you get the codes for the door otherwise you'll be locked out. I stayed on a night that had a fun run starting right next to the hotel at about 9 or 10pm so there was a lot of music and noise which didn't stop until the early hours. Generally I think this would be a fairly quiet hotel otherwise. location is brilliant, easy walking to everything.

This is a lovely little hotel in the perfect location - on a quiet street just a block from the cathedral. The host, Victor, was wonderful. Very friendly, funny and accommodating. We really loved him! Our room was spotless, tasteful and comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice: fresh squeezed orange juice and great coffee. Highly recommend.

this small hotel is located a few steps (100 m?) away from the main square in Santiago. There is an automated system for registration but during the day someone will help you with this. The rooms are big enough with a closet and a comfy armchair but no good lamp to read on bed.The bed was soft and the pillows were OK. There are several floors with rooms named after an art or profession.||The breakfast is good with fresh orange juice and geat coffee. Yogurt, some fruits, ham, cheese and fresh bread was a plus to start in the morning. The hotel was quiet and the service was very good.||The taxis drive you to the airport on a fixed fee (21€).
