We really enjoyed our 10 day stay at this hotel and so glad we booked a junior suite room which was exceptional. The room was very large, nicely furnished with an excellent bathroom and plenty of cupboard space. The air conditioning was fantastic. Bottled water is supplied daily and there is use of a pod coffee machine. It was definitely worth the extra upgrading. The suite had a nice balcony to sit our on with a beautiful view of the Port of Mahon and the Isla del Rey which was totally illuminated at night. We really liked the position of the hotel, just a 15 minute walk to the old town of Mahon which is beautiful at night with plenty of excellent restaurants. The port area also had some good restaurants but on some nights it was a little quieter and had less atmosphere.|Most of the hotel staff were very pleasant, attentive and eager to please, especially Silvia on reception who was so charming and helpful in every way. |Breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit available, the main down side were the coffee machines which did not produce nice tasting coffee. We purchased the barista coffee each day which was available from the bar and it was so much nicer.|The guy making the omelettes seemed to have a bit of an attitude and was quite rude on one occasion. We just refrained from eating eggs so fortunately we didn't have to deal with him on a daily basis. Do make sure that you get into breakfast well before the closing time as they will whisk the buffet dishes away from you on the dot!!! The breakfast closed earlier on weekdays and we were not told about it when we were checked in by the man on reception.

This hotel is so perfectly positioned to enjoy the views to Mahon harbour. There are steps right in front to take you down to the waterfront and there is a lift nearby if you can't manage the steps on your way back. Mahon centre is 20 minutes walk by the water, a bit less if walking on the back streets.|The hotel itself has got many old features and looks lovely from outside. There is a big terrace open all day. |The staff are friendly, from receptionists to the waiting staff, everyone makes you feel welcome.|The food was great too. We were on H/B and some nice touches were available, like eggs are fried on order, cava for breakfast, evening grill with fresh meat and fish also cooked on order...|There were plenty of deckchairs by the pool which was big enough for the number of people around.|Without sounding mean, there was nothing made for children and it was nice to sit and relax there surrounded by adults.|Lovely holiday

2 weeks of great sunny weather. Lovely hotel and situation in residential area, bus into Mahon a few yards from hotel 1.75e each, public lift down to quay, very useful. Suite 007, beautiful, roomy, really comfy chairs and sun loungers on private terrace, fabulous views over harbour. Breakfast great, evening meal not quite so good some evenings and would be better if the dining tables were situated further apart. Extremely enjoyable time.

The hotel is located within a 20 minutes walk of the centre, with a good choice of cafes and eateries along the way. The hotel offered a warm welcome and generally good service (Antonina was particularly attentive to guest service). Our room, a junior suite, was very spacious and fairly well equipped for refreshments, with the larger balcony being perfect for sitting out and sunbathing, though would benefit from some cushions on the sun loungers. One negative was the standard of cleaning, as the floor of the room was not cleaned correctly (be sure to wear the complimentary slippers). Evening entertainment was not great, with one evening being a guy playing a clarinet (he was good but the music was more bedtime music than entertaining music). The food was ok, but didn't excite and was a little limited in choice. Overall a relaxing holiday, though not impressed enough with the hotel to stay there again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Our room had the wow factor of harbour views and excellent facilities. The restaurant served a buffet breakfast and dinner with a very good selection of quality food. Special mention to Sylvia on the front desk, Owen the Head Chef and Gonzalo at the bar who made our stay better with their professional approach and friendliness.

Had a very enjoyable 7 night stay in Seth Port Mahon hotel. Situated in a nice quiet area with beautiful sea views. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Bar food and buffet dinner very good too. Very good service from the staff. Our room was comfortable with a balcony. Air conditioner worked well and quietly. It's a 10 minute walk to the town but there's a bus stop just outside the door. All in all we had a great holiday in beautiful Menorca.

We checked in 14 September for 10 nights with an ambient temperature of 28c. Antonio checked us in to room 233 and we are very pleased with the room the views from the balcony excellent. Breakfast this morning was from a vast choice of cold to hot. We will post another review at the end of our break which should be as positive as this opener.

Really nice hotel in a lovely location overlooking the natural harbour. All of the staff, without exception, are friendly and curtious. Happily letting me indulge in my attempts at speaking Spanish. The food, which is buffet style for breakfast and evening meal was spot on. Every evening the Chef was more than happy to explain which dishes were gluten free, and there was sufficient, including some nice puddings. No rowdy guests, always a sunbed available. Would not hesitate to come back
