Stayed for 8 nights in a 3 persons room. The room was basic but clean. Daily housekeeping service. Kettle for tea and coffee in the room. Mini-fridge. Check-in was a breeze and our room was available at 8:30 AM, which was really appreciated after a long red-eye flight. Location is really good, within 15 mins walk from all major attractions. Neighborhood was really nice; photos are from the view from our window. Pricing (for London and the location) was reasonable for the quality of the room and stay.

Is it a 5 star hotel? No. Does it deserve 5 stars for the price? Absolutely! Staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean. Bed is a bit on the harder side for my liking but still got a great sleep. Stayed on the 4th floor and there was very little passing noise which is impressive for the location. I’d easily recommend someone to stay here whilst visiting London and will use again when working double shifts. For £50 honestly very little to moan about.

Does it deserve a 3 star, definitely not more like a 1 or 2. Seven dials hotel more like hot box slum. On a moderate temperature day they managed to create a hot box so hot you could cook an egg. Very small rooms but I guess that’s what you’re paying for. We woke up with water on or beds from the extreme condensation and sweat. What a joke. I have to say the staff was kinda nice but the temperature and conditions of the room sucked

Superb find - so convenient! The location is exceptional and the cost so much more affordable than many other London options. We were able to store our luggage after check out time, and then walk to the tube which took us straight to Heathrow. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Issues on check in re reservation but got sorted. Didn't stay at the main hotel was booked into one of the Annexes. As a solo traveler, when I arrived at the location I was a little concerned as it was down a corridor and above a mobile phone shop. Room was on the 3rd floor up some very steep stairs. Room itself was a single room, whilst it was clean and tidy there were a couple of issues. The room had a fridge and microwave which came in handy. However, whilst there were a plate, glass, cup and saucer there wasn't any cutlery so not really very helpful. Due to the small size of the room there wasn't a wardrobe, couple of hooks with 3 hangers, not enough for my clothes as I was attending shows at Drury Lane Theatre so had dresses to hang up, but managed to make it work. The bed was comfy and thankfully it had air conditioning. However, the location was noisy as there were large air conditioning units running outside for local pubs etc. Price for the room was £240.00 for 2 nights which I thought was ok, but seems others paid a lot less for a lot bigger double rooms. Luggage could be stored in the main hotel, not in a safe storage area but in reception by the lift. One thing in its overall favor is the location, as I say it was great for the Drury Lane Theatre.

Perfect for a 1 to 2 night stay. Really clean and well presented with a lovely welcome on my arrival. ||Great location to see some friends and theatre shows too so for me it was perfect. ||Was able to check in a bit earlier than listed too which was nice.

Amazing location. Tiny tiny room (basement) without window. It was quite hard to stand together here one of us should be sitting on the bed. Highly overpriced. Excellent for a 1 night stay if you go out for the night 😂

This little hotel is right in the heart of Seven Dials and really close to loads of the theatres. It is fantastic value for money. We stayed in a basement room and this didn’t have windows but we knew this when we booked and we were given the option of upgrading to another room if we wanted to. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. It had a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The bed was comfortable and there wasn’t any noise. The staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived and reception was manned 24/7.

Yelp
The rooms seem to be recent ensuite conversions. Access to our room, #37 on the fourth floor (450 pounds for 3 nights), was down a dark hallway where you had to take an extra step past the door before a motion sensor turned on the hall light so you could guide the key into the lockset. I don't know if our room was typical but we two seniors found it to be uncomfortably small. What used to be a shallow closet is now a shallow bathroom, the closet now is just four hooks on the wall in the entryway. The remainder of the room is an 8 x 8-foot cubicle with bare walls and bare wood floor. Furnishings included a small double bed in the corner shoved up against the old radiator, a bare wooden chair that was little more than a small stool, and a desk with three drawers that impeded access to the bathroom, so much so that it had no hinged door. Instead, there is a sliding door that you must side step past to get between it and a refrigerator that stuck out beneath the desk where the chair ought to be. There is one Type-G outlet above the desk, two if you unplug the fridge. Curiously, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom so be sure the loose roll is within reach before you squeeze between the toilet and pedestal sink. Alas, the narrow bed is a corner bed so only one of you will enjoy easy in and out access. There is a big window that lets in lots of air but you must stand on the bed to reach the horizontal pull bar at the top with its built-in shade. There is a hair dryer, an electric teapot, and an AC wall unit. There is also a TV but all you're going to do in this room is sleep and shower. Cramped space aside, the room is clean, secure, and its central location can't be beat. The Covent Garden tube station on the Piccadilly line and the Tottenham Court Road station on the Elizabeth, Northern, and Central lines are both less than a quarter mile away. We took the Elizabeth line in from Heathrow and had no problem pushing our spinners through St. Giles square and the Shaftesbury neighborhood to reach the front door. Check-in is 3 pm but early arrivals are welcome to leave their luggage inside by the new elevator. If I was younger I would have given it four stars.

Yelp
All was perfect for me this time. All I want to go nearby. Price for 6 nights 650 pounds. Not much for this room. In the middle of coventgarden. Love it and come back next year. Near Leicester square, Tragalgar square....so much more...and not forget Neals yard just round the corner from the Hotel.

Yelp
I had to think about the number of stars for a moment...the price was good ($220), and the location in the Seven Dials area is fantastic. The room was small, which we are fine with. Who spends time in their hotel when they're in London, anyway? Bed was not very comfortable, ceiling fan rattled like crazy, had a bare bulb hanging down from it. Tiny bathroom. Minus star. Breakfast included, so add the star back. Very nice desk people and girls at breakfast. So, if you're still reading this by now, if you're cool with less than luxury in exchange for s great price, location, and included breakfast, go for it. We are, and would return.

Yelp
Was looking for a bargain close in and found it! Great price, breakfast included, and it's in Seven Dials, a great area. Done. As expected, it's a bit old and a bit worn at the edges, but my room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom small with the sink in the main room. Simple furnishings, not much storage. Nice English brekkie in the basement, nice reception staff are very helpful. Enjoy!

Yelp
I had an amazing stay at Seven Dials, despite it being a last minute booking. We stayed on the 5th floor of their extended building on Endell St., around the corner, which was conveniently located right next to a Fish And Chips place. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is located in a lively area, which is exactly what my two friends and i were looking for. It's also a short walk away from Big Ben and its surrounding attractions. Rarely had to use the tube. My only complaint was the shower. The shower head would spurt water out, which caused the bathroom to flood the first night. Also, the light switch to the bathroom, whenever switched on, would make this loud grating noise, which eventually got annoying. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others on a budget. You just can't beat the location.

Yelp
Me and my friends booked to stay at the seven dials hotel for a night and it was awful. The room had not been cleaned, there were huge stains on the bedding and towels, the kettle had dirty old water still in, and the toilet seat was unclean as well. It was simply unbearable. Subsequently we went down to ask for clean sheets and the man at reception was very unhelpful, when asking for new duvet covers he told us there was none left. After about 20 minutes of waiting around (bearing in mind this was about 3 in the morning and we were very shattered) he finally gave us a key to another room. We were told we would be able to speak to the manager in the morning but when we got to the desk they weren't there. We spoke to a woman however she was again very useless and would not tell us when the manager would be in and just said for us to email. Will be requesting for our money back. Very upsetting it had the potential to be a lovely hotel in the centre of London but was let down hugely. Do not go.

Yelp
Noisy, miniscule rooms were overpriced and even the continental breakfast was subpar.

Yelp
This is a great little hotel in a super location run by very sweet competent people. Price is way less than all the hotels in the area and when you include a full breakfast of eggs, ham, sausage toasts and coffee, you can't beat it. Rooms are clean, service is great. Good size bath with a nice hot shower.
