I booked this hotel simply because of the location and price. You paid a reasonably cheap price and can stay in the heart of Moscow, its so rewarding. Firstly, you'd better not expect its a decent hotel, when my taxi arrived from airport, you could not find the hotel building on the street, because the hotel was in the set back of a little alley from the main street via a gate too. But if you walk from the hotel to the famous St Basil, Kremlin, Red Square, GUM ..... just took you 5 minutes walk through the shopping street, and you will be there, you dont need to cross any roads even.||||For the hotel, its not a decent one, reception is a very small one but responsive anyway. Rooms are small but clean, bathroom is exceptionally large in proportion with the size of the room itself. Another thumb-up is the breakfast, the room for breakfast is really small, but the 2-days I stayed, I didnt find it too crowded. Food variety is limited but enough, and they will serve you with fried eggs and oatmeal on separate plate. Wifi is good, there is a kitchen and fridge you can use and and a little kisok with fridge that you can buy some beverages and snacks.

This hotel was not very easy to find, but it was in a perfect location! Super close to the metro and super close to the kremlin! I really liked it. I was alone, so I had a single small room, the bed was not super comfortable, but was clean and warm. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, i was on the first floor (not ground floor), no floors above that one. At breakfast I could chose fried eggs with sausages, omelettes with sausages, pancakes (they are crepes and not American pancakes) and porridge. There is a small selection of cookies, bread, yogurts, fruit, cheese, butter, juices, milk, and jam. The man at the reception spoke very good English, the ladies at the kitchen did not, but he came to help. Would stay again, location is great, and WiFi also great!

I´m not sure if the negative reviews are based on other tiny rooms at the hotel; but although our room had no view whatsoever, it was spacious and clean enough. Also, the location was excellent and the staff was helpful (they even offered us an umbrella when we were going out to visit the Red Square while it was raining). If our team had made it to the semifinals of the World Cup, we would have definitely gone back to Moscow and stayed at Seven Hills Lubyanka one more time. Given what we saw, I would say that this hotel offers more than most two-star accommodations normally do.

The location is good. For my case, it was also cheep as compared to the rest ones, however by spending 50 more euro you could book a room in Kempinski.||Not sure how the rest ones value the money or the location, but I think that this hotel is a trap which is also supported with reviews which were surprisingly positive for it.||The room was the smaller room I've every booked as a double. There is not even space for 2 persons to go around the room||The shower, was the smallest I've ever used||The bathroom in general was one of the smallest I've ever used.||Both linen and towels were torn and dirty. The towels were also smelling.||Next to the bed, there were neither lights nor power plugs||The floor was dirty, in two different spots, and it was more or less disgusting||The location is near a main pedestrian street and the red square, however, the entrance and the building are in a dark yard besides the streets. ||There is no lobby either, or any, even small, area to sit and wait for your partner or relax.||So maybe cheap and well located, but it does not worthy its money. ||Never again

Basic hotel with excellent location (literally 5 minutes from Red Square). Very nice and friendly staff. Free WiFi with strong signal. Clean rooms. Pleasant bonuses: teeth brushing set and drinking water in the hallway. I was staying on the second floor, and the room was very quiet.

OK, so Moscow is expensive. The room was clean, but space was very, very tight. A double bed and hardly enough room to navigate around it. There must be an odor that is permanent, because the room had a device that sprayed a timed scent every 5 minutes or so. The bathroom was good sized and the shower adequate.

The hotel is located close to Kremlin, its a 10 minutes walk. It can be a bit difficult to find it since is not directly at the street. The rooms are not large but clean and the staff is friendly and they speak english very well. We enjoyed our stay here and would return for sure on our next trip in Moscow.
