Seven Hotel & Wellness

We’ve stayed at Seven Hotel & Wellness Gran Canaria several times now, and each visit only deepens our love for this exceptional place. This latest trip was no exception, after a generous upgrade, we enjoyed a blissfully relaxing week in beautiful surroundings, with service that continues to set the gold standard.||The complex is immaculate, with every corner spotlessly clean and maintained to perfection. The staff work tirelessly and with such professionalism that it feels effortless, though we know it’s anything but.||Oscar, was the standout star. He was welcoming to us and our friends. Nothing is ever too much for him, and he positively thrives when challenged to create obscure cocktails. Watching him rise to the occasion with a sparkle in his eye is part of the joy and he genuinely seems happiest when his guests are happy. A truly lovely person who brings heart and flair to every shift.||David was on top form too, keeping the laughs flowing and the energy high. His humour and charisma is unmatched. And let’s not forget the rest of the team, each one contributes to the seamless, joyful experience. Their teamwork is exceptional and a big part of why Seven remains, in our view, the premier gay hotel in Gran Canaria.||We’ve tried other places in the past, but Seven has become our home away from home. We have no intention of staying anywhere else. Bravo to the whole team, until next time! Salud!! ❤️

One of the best gay resorts anywhere in the world. Warm/excellent service from all staff. Nice restaurant, with better food in general than restaurants at Yumba Center. Stylish, well-furnished rooms. I stayed in the Villa which was super quiet, and had a very comfy bed (something I can be picky about). I had 3 excellent massages during my 1 week stay.

Absolutely LOVE this place. The team are wonderful, so friendly! The gym is good, food incredible and the salt pool is lovely. Rooms are light, clean and airy. Great for a day trip too! €20 for a day pass or €40 with a two course lunch and drink included! I come every year on a solo trip and always make great friends! See you soon!

Very nice hotel. Large pool, feet are everywhere, unless you're under 1.50 meters tall. There are plenty of spots for sunbathing, reading around the pool, or further away, depending on your mood, on a deckchair, a double garden bed, or a large round mattress. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The facilities are very clean. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked. The rooms are large and functional. We just wished for curtains on the bathroom and shower windows to block out the lights that shine outside all night. Hence the availability of blindfolds in the rooms. The staff is numerous and communicates loudly from the start of the shift until late in the evening, which is a bit disturbing when you want to sleep in (bring earplugs). Our stay was disrupted by construction work on a building within the hotel grounds. There was noise from drills, grinders, and angle grinders during the day. It's an unbearable situation for a guest who wants to rest. We would have liked to have been informed of this when booking or upon arrival.

We had such a lovely time over the long Easter weekend. The location is very central and private, and because it's in an otherwise residential location, very quiet. I would recommend renting a car (parking is plentiful outside the property) but if you need a taxi, they come very quickly and most were under 8 Euro per trip. Our friends had a villa with a separate living area, which was very nice, and definitely what I would book next time. The king room we had was very comfortable, but it's just a Studio space. Each room has a little patio with a table and chairs. The air conditioning is silent, strong and SUPERB. That made all the difference, even though the temperature never really eclipsed 23 degrees outside. We were worried that because it's a gay resort, it would be one big gay club 24/7. That is not the case at all, I'm happy to say. Men from their late-20s through early 70s were there, in all shapes and sizes. It was very nice to see and be part of. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the incredible staff, which made all the difference. They are attentive, fun and friendly. The food was very nice, with a great breakfast available, as well as a menu for lunch and dinner which catered to many dietary needs and hunger levels. Will definitely go back again with a bigger room.

Seven Hotel & Wellness is the gay paradise that you have only dreamt about. The limited rooms and exclusivity really makes to feel like you are a VIP and the staff all go above and beyond. ||As they knew we were coming for my 30th birthday and arriving late, we were welcomed to champagne on ice and chocolate covered fruit.||The staff were incredible! Diego, Alvaro and all of the other staff (can't remember everyone's names!) really do everything to make your stay feel special. Our room was a lovely size for 2, very open plan and the air con/heating works effortlessly to maximise comfort. The food served at the hotel is extremely great and well worth the money you would pay even when not all inclusive. They have a signature cocktail (The Seven Smash) which is extremely tasty and we could not get enough of them. It was the perfect resort to be able to unwind and relax and even though it's not as close to the Yumbo as other hotels, it made it the perfect escape and anything we wanted to go to was only a €5-7 taxi. ||This is the first hotel we have been to where we can confidently say we WILL be returning. Thankyou all for making my 30th birthday so special!

Travelled in September 2024 for our second visit of 2024. Booked a suite (larger room) and upgraded to private pool villa on arrival as it was unoccupied. Clean, comfortable, friendly, great service, nice food and very peaceful. Very very hard to find faults!!

[Nicolas and Sam, du 9 août au 16 août] A great enjoyable stay 🥰! The staff are very attentive, both at reception and at the bar! One of the cleaning staff looked after our room really well, he was lovely! The team were also very helpful in organising airport-hotel transfers and car hire on site. About the hotel's facilities: the swimming pool (and jacuzzi) is great and pleasant with a little background music coming from the bar. The view is unobstructed and it's great! The food is very good and so are the cocktails! Special mention for the breakfast every morning! The only point we can mention is perhaps a lack of atmosphere in the afternoons and evenings (no events or entertainment offered during our stay). Nothing too major but it would make the hotel more fun! We had a massage in the basement which was nice but we didn't have the chance to try out the sauna next door! About the room: it met all our expectations, the air-conditioning was efficient and very quiet, the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Thank you seven hotel 😍 !!
