I went to one of Seven Lion Yards Immersive Sound classes and it was amazing! A really nice way to destress and relax. The room was very calming and they provide everything you may need to feel comfortable, blankets and eye masks too! Definitely will be recommending to my friends and will be visiting again.

Immersive sound class was transformative. An oasis and a sense of calm that I have yet to find anywhere else in London. The instructor, Mayra, has an amazing energy and explained the effects of the practice clearly which added to the experience.
