Overall, I’d rate the experience as average at best.
Customer service was friendly, polite, and well-mannered, but there were some missing elements—such as not providing table water—which made the experience feel incomplete. I would also note that the café isn’t kid-friendly.
There’s a strict “time limit” policy for those only having coffee and snacks, which is understandable given the tiny, cramped space filled with as many tables as possible to maximize turnover. However, it does make the atmosphere feel rushed and uncomfortable.
As for the food, the haloumi was disappointing, with undercooked “poached eggs” that were overcooked. The arancini balls lacked flavor and came in very small portions, leaving them underwhelming.
All in all, while service was pleasant, the food quality and overall experience didn’t live up to expectations.
