Seven senses guest house very unique. They have 7 seven room and every room have different experience. Nice swimming pool and this place is very quiet place. Staff help you every way. Best experience while my Chiang Mai trip .

The Ayutthaya room was a big room! Old wooden room with creaky floors, but that's what I was expecting when I booked it. Bath was a massive plus, and staff were very helpful

Charming guesthouse with themed rooms inspired by different locations around Thailand. We stayed in the Chiang Mai suite, which was large. The staff were lovely. As others have mentioned, though, it could do with some maintenance and a bit of a clean, plus the shower was slightly precarious as you have to balance on the slope of the jacuzzi. Good location, you can walk to most parts of the old city fairly easily.

Our room was big and the idea is nice but it wasnt the cleanest especially the bed sheets and the floor. There was also a dead roach in the lanai area that adjoined our room. Thank god it was dead. The bathroom was also big but the water gets everywhere when you shower and it pools on the wood floors that you feel have already softened a bit over time. The AC was very nice and cold. The location is good. A nice quiet place that is walkable to temples, food places and night markets. But it's not the closest. At least a 500m walk usually. The breakfast was okay. Coffee was good. Overall great value for money. Would rate higher if it was cleaner and the bathroom better maintained.

One of the staff is a Vietnamese who moved Thailand when she's very young. She's very friendly and helpful. The room is very interesting too.

Nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Generally feel however it could do with a bit of a refresh, redecorate and deep clean, though - but the location was great and the area is reasonably quiet, so I would recommend it.

I stayed a few nights at Seven Senses and loved my time there. It is quaint and peaceful, a traditional Thai bed and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable, with thoughtful elegant touches in the design (hello, waterfall shower and personal terrace). The salt water pool is a delight, and for those reviewers who criticized the pool’s position in the house, I’m not sure who they fear might intrude on their peace: there are only every three staff on sight who are lovely and keep to themselves, and we saw one other guest coming and going. Try the traditional Thai breakfast options! And the yogurt. The walk to old town is maybe 15 minutes, but I suggest you walk around the neighborhood local to Seven Senses because it’s full of delicious food and treats, and plenty to take in.

Absolutely recommended! Thai house with a warm touch, very nice swimming pool and great breakfast. Location is great. And the stuff are the kindest!! Very very good people that made our stay there the best in Thailand.
