During our stay at the hotel, my partner and I appreciated the spaciousness and design of the room, and we found the in-room amenities to be quite satisfactory. The sauna experience was exceptional—it was one of the highlights of our stay, allowing us to relax fully. The pool was also enjoyable, meeting our expectations for a leisurely swim. However, there were aspects that could be improved. Check-in was just okay, and the service did not exceed our expectations. We did not particularly enjoy the self-service aspect, as it felt more budget than what we had envisioned for the price. We had to handle our garbage and towels ourselves, and no cleaning service was provided, falling short of the luxury experience. Additionally, we faced inconvenience regarding transportation, as the hotel lacked an airport shuttle service. When a power outage made calling a taxi impossible, the staff could only suggest taking the bus without offering further solutions. Overall, while the room itself was comfortable, we were disappointed by the lack of luxury in services and experiences beyond the room. In conclusion, if you're seeking a place primarily for its stylish and spacious rooms, seven x seven Ishigaki could be a good fit, especially if self-sufficiency is your accommodation style.

The prices are high compared to similar hotels on Ishigaki Island, yet some basic services are missing. There is no daily room cleaning and no in-room dining, which feels disappointing at this price point. Staff are generally polite and helpful, but the service model is limited and self-service in many aspects. Breakfast and dining options are fair, but on the expensive side for what is offered. What a great location and view. It was about a 15 min taxi ride from the airport. Our room did not disappoint. The sauna and hot/cold tubs were nice. Very few children when we went so all the pools were nice. The bartender at the swim up pool was very kind! We also had a great experience renting one of their luxury vehicles for a day. Dinner and Buffet breakfast was great! Would definitely come back!

Really nice hotel, location wise it’s a bit outside the Center and as uber or GO doesn’t work, it would be a good idea if they could install Lime Bikes. If you download the Lime app there is a parking about 5 mins by foot away, we got those to go to the Center. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the pizza at the restaurant is very good too! Downside, no gym and a 15€ to play billiard/pool at the bar which was not necessary. Would stay again here however!

The hotel, it's swimming pools, spas and our room were lovely. House music was continuous from 9am till midnight. This did not make for a relaxing stay and we were unable to find any quiet spaces. Even though we had a balcony with a seaview we couldn't sit outside because the continuous beat. If this is your thing then go for it but it wasn't the chill time we were looking for.

Despite paying around $600 per night, no welcome drink was provided, I was informed that only one complimentary bottle of water was included regardless of staying three or four nights and any additional water had to be purchased, loud DJ-style music played from the pool area for extended hours, I was told late check-out would require an extra fee despite the noise issues, and staff handled the situation poorly by first saying no comparable room was available and later offering an unsuitable room next to a construction site; having stayed at other high-end resorts in Okinawa, this was by far the worst service experience and not one I would choose to return to.

One of the best hotels Ive been to. Very spacious, comfortable, clean. Facilities are great, 2 saunas, 2 hot tubs, 2 cold tubs, Pool (missing a gym 😀)..The staff was great and kind. The room was well equipped and very spacious. There is a 24h supermarket around the correr if you need something else. I'd love to come back!

We loved the spacious loftlike room. It has everything you need. You could even self supply here with a fully stacked kitchen. Some missing supplies might have to be added. There's a 24/7 supermarket within 10 minutes walking. However we took issue with the cutlery. It's beautiful to look at with wooden handles. Said handles tend to smell rather badly though. Specially when the get wet. The pool area and saunas are fantastic. We chilled a lot there and I used the sauna every day. Although it's a self hospitality facility, the staff was incredibily friendly and helpful. And let's not forget the restaurant! It's really high class with top service and excellent chefs. The food was amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Given you get a deal that's below standard pricing, it's absolutely worth the value.
