Beautiful place to spend an afternoon. I'm new to the wonderful world of wine, had a lot of fun trying new wines. I believe it was Matt who served and educated me, he showed me a few extra bottles and was very generous with his time. I definitely recommend taking a platter and bottle outside to the lawn. The tour is also stunning, giving you just enough time to sober up before buying everything you can get your hands on. The late Harvest and Topaque were my favourites.

This was definitely one of the highlights of our Clare Valley trip. Our host, Jai, was incredibly knowledgeable — he knew every wine inside out and made the whole experience fun and engaging. The place itself is amazing too! You get a really immersive experience as you walk around the big and small barrels, and there’s even an underground cellar you can explore. We honestly thought we had enough wine at home, but we still ended up buying so much (no regrets 😂). They also ship if you want to order in bulk! There’s a lovely outdoor area that’s perfect for sunny days and family visits, and a beautiful historic church nearby that’s worth checking out. Such an awesome experience. we’ll definitely be back! 🍷✨

A special place. We took the self guided walking tour and we were humbled by the simplicity and peace of it. We are over wineries, but this so much mare than a winery. 12/10 for the two young ladies who helped us at the tasting counter.

A great winery to visit with so much history attached to it. The tasting was excellent. Thank you Julian for your hospitality and welcoming nature. What a spot! Very picturesque surroundings, very welcoming staff. Some really excellent wines to taste and Matt our host was full of knowledge. Very much enjoyed this experience and would recommend as one not to miss in the Clare Valley.

We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Sevenhill Cellars located in Clare Valley this weekend and our experience with Annika and Matt was great. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel like old friends rather than guests. They have a natural gift for creating a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. This was my first wine tasting experience in South Australia. We were able to taste a total of ten wines from the inigo [$10]and premium [$30] range along with a platter. We could share our wines within the group, which is great! Apart from the cellar, sevenhills has plenty to offer in terms of space for outdoor wine tasting, family picnics, bicycle trails, the old Jesuit church with its basement crypt. Thank you, Annika and Matt, for such a beautiful experience. We will see you again!
