Sevilla Aquarium

We visited the aquarium in Seville and while it’s not extremely spectacular, it’s definitely a great attraction for children. The highlight is one large main tank, which really makes an impression. You can walk around it from several sides and see sharks, turtles and rays. There are a few spots where you can get very close to the glass and see the animals just centimeters away, which kids will absolutely love. Parking was very convenient — we found a nearby parking lot via Google Maps and reached the entrance in one or two minutes. The ticket price feels fair for what’s offered, and the entire place is stroller-friendly. I’m taking one star off because of an unpleasant situation near the reception area. There was a restroom that wasn’t clearly marked as staff-only, and when my wife tried to use it, a staff member reacted by shouting at her. This could definitely have been handled in a much more polite and guest-friendly way. Overall, we still recommend this aquarium, especially for families with children.

The place recommended for visiting both for adults and children of any ages. It’s projected in a manner that you go through big aquarium corridors and gradually descending down. Thank to it you can look at fishes and other ocean creatures in all angles. At the end you go through the tunnel with transparent ceiling and because of that you can observe sharks, stingrays and other fishes right above your head.

Aquarium located across the road from Maria Luisa park - I was in Seville end of November and it was incredibly quiet when I went apart from a school group who were taking notes on the marine life sidenote: all the students were respectful and calm which was impressive! Got to see a team member feeding fishes which such care - obviously the ethics of aquariums is debatable but the team in seville seemed passionate in taking care of the animals there. I was amazed at the main large enclosure with shark and turtles as I didn't realise the Aquarium housed such large sealife - my first time ever seeing turtles made it well worth the visit. Very good layout leading you deeper underground - you could spend a whole afternoon here till evening for sure.

A very nice place, we all enjoyed it. A lot of different fish, some we never have seen before. The decorations are also beautiful. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved it ! We learned a lot (even as adults) it’s also a great place to teach children. They really have a nice message towards the defense and preservations of the seas and oceans The creatures a beautiful, we can see real ecosystems with different species in a tank and not just one to exhibit. It really does feel like the animal is prioritize there. It takes a good hour to visit, they also have amphibians and reptiles Really a must see if you are a sea lover You can buy your tickets online it’s 17€, but it’s 18 if you buy on spot

Parking garage on-site; beautifully done aquarium and the animals all housed appropriately. We enjoyed the exhibits and displays were in Spanish & English.

My 7 month old loved looking at all the fishes and other animals. Worth the price. Plenty to see. Tickets a little cheaper if booked online.

I was so happy to be able to make it to this aquarium. The City Tour bus dropped us off right in front and it wasn't too crowded at the time we went. So many beautiful fish to see in amazing habitats

A nice change from the beautiful architecture of Sevilla. A well laid out aquarium with some interesting tanks.

A very nice experience here at the aquarium, lots of beautiful species and our daughter loved it. Not a full day excursion, but worth the visit!
