Great experience with the staff here. They processed a very large complicated return from holiday shopping and everything went well. Mild hiccup was resolved smoothly without any issues. I appreciate the patience, professionalism, and courtesy from the lady that helped me. She is a gem. The gentleman she called over was nice and professional as well. Love Sezane items. Most of my wardrobe is Sezane, Figs, & Lululemon now.

I had an unpleasant experience with a male cashier who was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting in line, there was one customer in front of me. Instead of communicating politely, the cashier waved his hand at me in a dismissive way and signaled for me to step back. After I finished checking out, I reached out to receive my bag. However, the cashier did not place the bag into my hand. He simply let go before I had a proper hold of it. His behavior was careless and disrespectful, and it made me feel uncomfortable. This experience showed a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Customers should be treated with respect, and this interaction did not meet that standard.

Had a lovely experience at Sézane during peak hours on a weekend. The store was well staffed, all the employees so kind and knowledgeable about their products and not pushy to make purchases! Really enjoyed the experience with pastries for shoppers too🥹

Beautiful store, superb selection and service. A great addition to the Grove. I've seen it described as a pop-up for the holiday season, but I hope it stays around a while, as it fills a niche no other Grove store offers.

I love Sézane ... period. Once the Brentwood pop up store opened I was there within days, when I heard that they opened one at the Grove I couldn't wait to get here. So finally I came today with my family and it was love at first sight. What a beautiful store and great ambiance. The colors are just amazing, the decor, the setup and everything about this store is just wonderful. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The girls did an amazing job helping us choose our sizes. I purchased a cute blouse and a perfume. Also got a few perfumes for gifts to family and friends. It smells heavenly. I love this store and will be back to shop for myself very soon.
