1 Holiday Fashion Mistake ‘Emily in Paris’ Makes

"Offers refined, high-quality sweater options such as a shimmery turtleneck jumper with small cuff buttons and polished detailing ideal for holiday occasions, and a delicate lace-accent sweater with front-or-back button styling that gives two distinct looks—both described as sophisticated, well-made choices for a winter getaway." - Rosie Marder Rosie Marder Rosie Marder, a New York-based writer for Travel + Leisure, specializes in finding top travel product deals. I adore Sezane! My in store experience yesterday was amazing (as always). The thoughtfully curated aesthetic from the store interiors to the clothes are quality start to finish. I brought my mom, sister, and one of our dear friends and we all left with beautiful buttery yellow totes filled with are lovely new Sezane pieces. Our friend is not one to shop often, and she was over the moon with her shopping experience (the staff was so kind and helpful!) and plans to go back with her mom. So grateful we have a location in Austin, and I will certainly return. ♥️

I love the quality and fit of everything I've purchased, and the girls at this shop have always been kind, so this is no shade to them. However, when you have storefronts that don't stock your full catalogue and an item is available at another location (but not at my closest location or online) it seems like pretty bad business to not be able to facilitate store-to-store transfers or phone orders in order to make a sale. I've worked in retail management for over a decade and that has always just been a standard practice of basic customer service. I would expect more from a company of this size.

Came in the other day looking for some clothes for my upcoming vacation and had a great experience! Left with some great pieces I'm excited to wear. Dahlia was so friendly and helpful and made my visit great! Definitely will be returning soon.

Cutest pop-up store I have been to so far. I visited Austin from Dallas and had to stop by since I have been shopping from here online for a few years now. Limited collection but you can see all the cute and girly Sezane touches throughout. They can even order something and ship to you. They close down end of August 2024, so be sure to visit before that.

I just moved to Austin from NYC and the truck with all of my clothes / furniture has still not arrived. In just a week of being here I had an unexpected interview come my way and I needed an outfit fast! I'm also 18 weeks pregnant and it's 90 degrees here so I knew I needed a polished yet not-so fitted dress. When I saw my new house was by the Sezanne pop up, it was the first store I ran to for help! I could not WAIT to finally see the products off line - the flowy dresses also looked perfect for a baby bump! I was greeted immediately upon walking in - and once explaining that I was pregnant and looking for a dress for a big interview, the associate started pulling items she thought would be great and began a fitting room. Once she went to the back to get more options, I continued to browse and two other associates approached me in such a warm and helpful way! Now I felt like the whole team was helping me!! If I had it my way - I would have just bought accessories because I don't like spending too much money on clothes while pregnant. Once I started trying on, almost every flowy dress (even in smallest sizes) were HUGE on me - I'm 5'4 so I think the fit models for Sezanne must be a lo taller. I was feeling discouraged, but was so grateful to the team and was still obsessed with the quality of the brand. The team couldn't have been more supportive trying to see what else they had without being too pushy - just genuinely helping to see what else they had in stock that would work. At the very end, someone brought me the Elvina dress in size 34 and it not only came together so chic and polished, but also covered the bump perfectly in a professional & feminine way!! I could absolutely wear this again when not pregnant which is the best part. I styled it with the Amandine shoes (which I loved) and if I had more $$ to spend, I would have also bought the Justine bag. Will have to go back for it once I get this job!

Horrible customer service at Sézane Austin. Nearly every shop here is dog friendly, and there were no signs saying otherwise. My husband stood by the door with our dog, and right away the staff shot us dirty looks. One of them actually said, “Ew, there’s a dog in here go get a lint roller.” Beyond rude and completely unprofessional. We left immediately and won’t be back. Plenty of other stores in Austin that understand how to treat people (and their pets) with basic courtesy.

I was very excited to visit Sèzane, as I have purchased items online before and loved the quality! However, my in-store experience did not hold up. As I was browsing, the sales associate never once asked if I needed any assistance, but looked at me up and down and said, “we have extended sizes in the back,” then left. While size inclusivity is very important and I’m glad Sèzane carries multiple options, this felt almost like body shaming and ultimately poor customer service. I would not recommend shopping in-store.

Love the clothes and the jewelry. Such a fun space. The customer service though is over the top! They give you a cute little bottle of perfume with your purchase along with your clothes wrapped in perfume paper. The jewelry comes in a lovely little pouch and box. Perfect for giftgiving. I also forgot something at the store and they sent me an email to remind me and kept it in a special bag in the back for me to come and pick it up.

Yelp
The cutest Sézane pop up store I ever did stumble upon when roaming south congress on a 4th of July staycation! I learned recently that one of my favorite clothing brands opened up a physical store front presence and was able to handle a small collection of fun pieces, try on cute dresses and tops and spritz on the perfume that I love so much of my packages that I always order from online in person! While this store will be open til August, I couldn't resist picking up a cute Adriano top for summer and a lovely heart toiletries bag that stole my bag collection. There are even Austin x Sézane exclusive pieces like a tshirt and their lovely ATX branded tote bag! The staff were super sweet friendly and helpful and I am so glad they have a fun presence here in Austin!

Yelp
Visited the Sezane pop up with my mom to try and some clothes to order online and the girls working were so helpful, patient and knowledgeable on the clothing and materials. Special shoutout to Shannon for being so sweet and patient with us! We will definitely be back :)

Yelp
A little bit of Paris in Austin. I wish the store had more options/was bigger but I love that it's here and enjoy shopping there.
