Absolutely magical!! My wife and I have a large collection of strategic board games back in the states, and we have never seen such an inventory! Plus, I am a huge Harry Potter fan and I had more fun on the top floor Harry Potter room than when we went to Harry Potter world in Orlando Florida!

Great comic and general nerd store. Lots of choice and the prices are reasonable. It was busy but still able to look around. As a tourist it would be useful to have a section of local or at least Swedish heritage comics or graphic novels so that I could focus on those but can't complain as they do have everything.

Such an amazing store, I wish had longer time to visit it, came sadly very close to closing hours but found many amazing merch of stuff I never seen in other European stores like Hollow Knight! Was very amazed it was sold for fair price as well 🫶 Will visit again once I have the chance. + other fandoms, and general adorable items and of course many types of books!

Absolutely fantastic store and a total must-visit when in Stockholm. I personally stop by here every time I visit with my partner and son who is crazy about manga, so this place is like heaven for him! Though this is called a bookstore, there are a very wide variety of items to choose from, everything from books to T-shirts, miniatures, board games, specialty items from your favourite nerdy fandom, plushies, collectibles and beyond. I'm always so impressed by the quality and quantity of the selection here as well as how well organised everything is. It's always busy when we go but that's understandable since it's such a great spot.

One of the greatest bookstores I've been too! Has great selection of books in English and Swedish, as well as such an expansive array of games, models, and supplies for every hobbyists! The value here is pretty standard, but at such a variety there's something for everyone. The service was also very good! Friendly staff!

I wandered in here out of curiosity and was really impressed by this store! It is much bigger than you expect and had a huge variety of books, toys, merchandise, games etc! I was also pleasantly surprised at the huge variety of English graphic novels! I would defiantly recommend this store to all the comic book geeks out there! I can't comment on service or pricing as I didn't buy anything this time. But I would be hopeful that they are knowledgable on the products being sold

Wandered into this WONDERFUL Mecca to Sci Fi! They have a terrific selection of everything Sci Fi! On the top floor they have a nice selection of game materials plus a table for enthusiasts to meet and play if so desired!? I would offer my generous recommendation to all to visit this fabulous place!

This place is absolutely fantastic! I used to go regularly when I worked in Gamla Stan and had the pleasure of going there this week while I was on vacation. There is a great selection of books in English and the selection in general cannot be beat for those interested in SciFi or fantasy. I go there for the books and am never disappointed with the selection not only of new books but also wonderful books written a number of years back as well. There are also non-book related treasures such as Harry Potter memorabilia and loads of other stuff. I wish this bookstore was in my town! Love love love it!

This is the geekiest store in Stockholm. Whether you're looking for a Warhammer figure, the latest sci fi-novel in English or Swedish, or a Harry Potter wand - this is where you'll find it. They have a huge selection of t-shirt, books, comics, action figures, board games, DVD and Blueray movies and general merchandise from fantasy and sci fi-themed books, movies and tv series. You can find everything from the companion cube cookie jar from Portal to a Lord of the Rings t-shirt and beyond. Apart from the geeky board games they have a small selection of English board games, like Monopoly.

This may be the most famous bookstore in Sweden, and for good reason. Loving it is the default setting of any human being, and I am no different. Sure, there is a great selection of all things fantasy and sci-fi; books, games, movies, toys, trinkets, posters, t-shirts, what have you, and much of it in English (they have the selected works of Robin Hobb, Patrick Rothfuss, Mark Lawrence and many other authors that you should read everything by, if you haven't already, which I assume you have), but that's not the point. The winning argument for Sci-fi bokhandeln is the service. They will get *anything* for you, for the best price you're likely to find anywhere, and they'll do it with an enthusiastic smile. I dare you to interact with a member of the staff and leave without feeling like you've just made a new friend. P.S. Don't make the mistake of carrying a suitcase into the store. I once went in to look around and accidentally spent SEK 2500 on books alone, just because I had a suitcase to put them in. You judge me now, but you just try it. /G.G.

A HUGE selection of everything geek related. Need a Harry Potter wand? Not a problem! Searching for Dr. Who gifts for your friends? Drop by. Books? Comics? You name it. Table games? See the upstairs section. This is not one of those hole-in-the-wall places. It's really, really big... You will not regret stopping by.

Extremely bad and rude service. They don't want to help you at all. It's a shame because they have a pretty decent selection of sci-fi books but either way it's waaaaaaay too expensive. If you're that expensive you should at least have some humans working for you instead of people who do anything to put you down. Don't go to this place and don't ever support them.

Sweden for some reason doesn't have the same love of comics and D&D and MtG as the states, so this gets an extra star just for being available in a nice location. If you are looking for science fiction books, you could easily rate this five stars. But I am a nerd in search of other kinds of things as well as science fiction (such as D&D and MtG), which they don't carry.

As an expat that has moved to Sweden, finding books to read was a challenge.. Until I found this store.. ONE of the only reasons for me to make the trek into downtown! Or if I am being forced for other reasons to go in.. A stop at this store is a must! Even my 6 year old loves to go here! Christmas shopping here is a breeze as well, as it has games and books and collectibles! The staff speak Swedish as well as English, and have always been helpful and knowledgeable! On the off chance the book I want is not in stock, they order it for me and it arrives very fast! All in All... a great place!
