Shahpura House Hotel is a beautiful property with a traditional charm that truly stands out. The rooms are neat, spacious, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant is lovely and adds to the overall experience. However, a few areas need improvement. The breakfast buffet was average, and the baked items such as croissants and donuts were below par. Our experience with the spa was also disappointing. Despite receiving a call from the spa, there was no male masseuse available in the evening. When we tried to book a session for my wife the following morning, we were told that no female masseuse would be available during those hours either, which was quite frustrating. The valet service also requires attention. The staff often appeared disengaged instead of being attentive to guests. On a positive note, the reception team was excellent — professional, courteous, and always ready help. However, with a five star hotel status, we expected more from Shahpura House. Hence the 4 stars.

My experience with Mr. Vineet, the hotel manager, has been outstanding. He is attentive to every need and request, provides warm and personal attention to every guest I send, and always acts with great professionalism and efficiency. The level of service he delivers is truly exceptional, and his genuine care for the guests’ comfort is remarkable. A highly professional manager I wholeheartedly recommend! Hotel is very luxurious all staff is very good and all services is very good specially thanks for housekeeping services of jai Singh kartar . and durvesh thanks LEVANAKAHIRI aldorf .

Having looked on Tripadvisor, this was the hotel I was most looking forward to on our trip. However, I was left quite disappointed, as were the other people in the group (29 other people). Whilst the decor and detail are beautiful and traditional there is quite a bit of damage and a fair bit of dirt in the rooms.|I found the bed very comfortable however the plug socket by the bed didnt work, the blinds aren't good at keeping light out and the glass above the door let's a lot of light in so the room is nowhere near dark when trying to sleep.|The shower is very large and powerful which is great but took about 10 minutes to drain, at one point it was close to overflowing.|On a positive note the food was lovely and plenty of choice. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Disappointed stay. Some of the main rooms were beautiful and traditional, however the bedrooms didn't meet expectations. The bedrooms didnt feel clean, the towels were a dirty white and in the room there was a smell of sewers. In addition, a decorative glass above the door let light through, making it difficult to have complete darkness to sleep.|The food was nice and had a good variety for a small hotel.|Not many staff around, so cannot really comment on the staffs service,|The hotel just needs a good clean and some TLC

It was a great stay at a great place. Exceeding all our expectations. The hotel itself is an oasis in a big city. We felt comfortable and safe. The property itself is in a very good condition, smells history on the one side, but everything is up-to-date and renewed, on the other. The restaurant and the bar are very nice, the menu is quite big and you can choose anything up to your taste, and the staff is very mature and professional. We would love to come back next time with our children.

I have never been treated with such disrespect in a hotel before. The staff here were shockingly rude, arrogant, and had absolutely no sense of hospitality. Instead of being welcoming, they spoke in a harsh, dismissive tone and behaved badly. For the money charged, this place is a disgrace. The attitude of the staff ruined the entire stay. I checked in expecting basic courtesy and respect but was met with hostility and zero professionalism. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel - don’t waste your money and peace of mind here.

Please do not be fooled by the glowing reviews for this hotel. It is serviceable, but much closer to 2.5 stars than 5 stars. Limited information provided during check in about the hotel or services offered (probably on purpose). Rooms have outdated furniture, stained sheets, very old and discolored towels, and a shower drain that barely works. Would suggest booking elsewhere if you are truly looking for a 5 star visit.

We stay for 2 nights at the hotel. We enjoy very much the room, restaurant and the welcome. |I would like to mention specifically Bharti in the restaurant, always welcomed us with smile and she did everything to make us satisfied breakfast and dinner. Thanks Bharti
