I’ve been to this place a few times, and it’s a great spot for brunch and work. The beef burgers are super real and tasty, and the refreshing lime juice is a nice touch. ❤️

Google
ATAS. One word to describe Shake Shack. This is my first time visiting this place and knowing of such a place in Singapore. Was nearby with a colleague at the Police Cantonment Complex. The interior is super atas, and the overall experience is off the roof. Their burger tasted SUPER nice by the way!!!! Managed to try their strawberry shake that was phenomenal.

Google
Great place for a burger, felt pricy but not too much - 18 bucks for a combo. Great vibe and design, one of few places which actually has mustard hahah. One star deducted for obviously not enough staff, people had to wait a bit, there were maybe 3 employees or so.

Google
My personal top 3 burger in Singapore! Not only because of the high premium quality, but also their seasonal menu. Must try the shake stake for normal period burger there, with a layer of beef and a layer of huge portobello mushroom cheese patty. I had a seasonal burger with Sarawak white pepper. Super delicious and I really love the spicy pepper and fragrant smell. Even their fries put the Sarawak white pepper sauce on it. It is just crazy. Great job to maintain this kind of high standard burger!

What a fabulous experience! The ambience is amazing and so is the food. Service is reasonably quick. Hygiene standard is excellent.  I wish they had some more variety though. I found the pricing commensurate with the location! However, their existing menu is quite good. Here's something amazing about this restaurant, unlike others in Singapore- is that it allows customers to avail Tissue and even offers drinking water for free! Isn't that amazing. LoL! Also a very spacious restaurant. If you haven't tried Shake Shack yet, you have got to try it out. It's fab!

Visited on a late Sunday morning and basically had the entire place to myself. Can never go wrong with the double smoke shack - patties are grilled nicely and goes perfectly with the bacon and chopped chilli peppers. Complete with a side of fries. Vibes are pretty good at this outlet too.

Google
normally order shack burger but decided to try the shroom burger this time. Portello patty is super juicy and tender inside, still somewhat crispy on the outside, also goes very well woth the cheese and shacksauce. delicious, will be having it again.

TLC Is In The House

Google
The new NY steakhouse burger is a complete deception and utter pretension. Portobello? Not. More like ordinary button mushrooms and certainly not what's portrayed in the promotional pics that feature juicy large portobellos. Fried onions? Not. What we saw to be large fried onion rings sandwiched between the buns and patty turned out to be limp, sauteed onions. As for that horseradish peppercorn mayo, I hate to break it to y'all but my taste buds detected nary a kick, let alone a punch of flavour. Flat. So there you have it, I'm utterly unimpressed by their pretentiously named NY steakhouse and would rather they just bring back the ShakeMeister. Now, at least those ale-marinated shallots bring next-level complexity. I can't wait for this lame promotion to be over. If I had known it was gonna be such a dud, I would've just stuck to the OG Shackburger. Shake Shack, you've seriously lost your mojo with the last few lame executions. The Caesar was completely unoriginal, the french bistro was a complete *yawn*, the zi-char series was just gross. Pull your socks up and give your smash burger the credit it deserves. Kick things off again with the ShakeMeister and redeem yourselves!

Yelp
Food quality seems consistent with other branches to me, but this branch stands out with its cosier ambiance (at least compared to the outlets at Jewel and Suntec) Came on a Sunday night and the food didn't take too long to serve, partly because this isn't as populated of an area so the customer orders don't pile up as much Spotted power outlets at various spots too, handy for charging your phone/laptop

Yelp
The food was exactly what you would expect. It was good comfort food. I ordered an IPA and it was the best beer I had in three weeks in Asia. The service was good and clean. The ambiance was ok for fast food

Yelp
I go to shake shacks all over the world and I can honestly say this is one of the BEST locations I've ever been to. The staff were kind, attentive, and spoke multiple languages. The food was well cooked, they offered fun Singapore variations! The building is in a fun location and the interior design is one of the best I've seen, very clean and hand washing station is a great new addition!

Yelp
Had a Shack Stack. Very nice. Tasty & juicy. Fries with cheese also nice. Only problem is that I couldn't seem to cut through the mushroom. Better than the one I had in New York City because they brought out 15 in one go and mine was no longer hot. Good service but the lady who asked for feedback came a little too close for comfort in these Covid-19 days.

Yelp
Much, much, much better than the Jewel branch. We were nearby during its official launch last Friday, so of course, we have to drop by and see (out of curiosity). I was expecting a long queue but to my surprise, there wasn't! We were there around 9-ish. There were over-enthusiastic staff cheering and screaming and giving high fives as we were walking in, I thought I was there to buy an iPhone for a split second. LOL. Queueing up to order was a breeze as there were 4 counters and at least 30 staff in the kitchen churning out burgers, fries, "concretes" and milkshakes so efficiently. Very impressive. The wait was manageable, around 20 mins for our order. There was also staff on the dining floor assisting customers with any queries, passing them cutleries, interacting with kids and basically being a great ambassador to the brand. The dining area is big and spacious enough with lots of seating booths, tall tables, and plants. Now onto the burgers - I tried various burgers from Shake Shack before, so I decided to try Chick'nShack. Delicious chicken breast slow-cooked in buttermilk marinate and then fried to perfection served with lettuce, pickles, and buttermilk mayo. Good stuff. We also tried the "concretes" - a term used for frozen custard blended with mix-ins. The Shack Attack is the regular cant-go-wrong chocolate mix, but my new found favorite will have to be Eye of the Tiger which is vanilla custard blend with lychee and top with lime zest. Refreshing and not too heavy on the palate. Overall, a pleasant visit and first-time experience at the new Shake Shack branch in the city. I can't wait to be back soon!

Yelp
This business should re-evaluate the way it determines it's pricing. If they plan to charge the rates they do for their food The least they can do is make the servings adequate enough to guarantee their customers are not leaving hungry. Quality and flavour is only moderate nothing impressive what so ever. We left very very disappointed considering the cost.

Yelp
I had a regular hamburger in New York and wasn't impressed. In and out seemed better (although I haven't had that in a loong time) and the frozen custard was way too sweet I threw away most of it. I was later told it's the portobello mushroom that's popular so I tried that. Shrooms burger - 3.5 stars The deep fried portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese was interesting - it was juicy and filling, but the cheese tasted like your regular hamburger processed cheese. For me, the bread is usually a dealbreaker. Their buns were par for the course. Cheese fries - 3.5 stars For starters, I wouldn't have gotten cheese fries if I'd known the portobello was stuffed with cheese. The fries were hearty and fried well. Not too bad.

Yelp
I was really looking forward to trying this spot as I have heard a tremendous amount of good reviews about this spot, since they do not have any halal food me and my family went for the vegetarian "shroom burger" it was really good, you get something good for what you pay basically. The staff was really friendly and had a good attitude, however at the end of our dinner when we were throwing away the trash they had not placed a bin and the sauce fell on my family members pants. Overall a very successful choice to go here, highly recommended.
