Shake Shack Gardens by the Bay

I had Shake Shack for dinner and it was fantastic. The burger was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing, super juicy and full of flavour. The fries were great — crispy, hot, and the perfect side. We also got the Singapore-special milkshake, and it was so unique and delicious. Everything came out fresh and quickly. The portion sizes were perfect and really satisfying. The ingredients tasted high-quality, and you can tell everything is made with care. The milkshake was rich, creamy, and honestly one of the best I’ve tried. Staff were friendly and the service was smooth and efficient. Overall, an awesome meal and definitely worth trying if you’re in Singapore.

Nice food and comfortable seating. I came here with friends for lunch, and food was actually great! The combination of the beef patty and the soft buns can make this probably one of the best burgers here! Though a little expensive on the pricing (the whole meal in the pic was like $80+), I think you should give this a try. Side note: I waited VERY LONG for a table, which I guess is normal due to the immense amount of international tourists there

The wait at lunch is insane, 45 minutes. You have no clue how long the wait will be because there is no indication, but if you only have a short amount of time to experience the gardens DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE. This is why it has such a low rating from me. If they let you know the average wait time, or even how many orders are ahead of you, or even if they are working on your order, that would help, but what a ridiculous wait for “fast” food. The burgers and food here are amazing. A little high priced, but man the quality and taste are worth it to me. It is incredibly difficult to find a table as well. Obviously, this is because the wait is so long, but if you are coming here to eat - and beat the heat, you probably won’t find a table.

The food at Shake Shack GBTB is consistent in quality to the ones from other branches. Lovely grill but somehow slightly saltier. The ambience is great with the generous aircon and great ventilation. Truly appreciate not smelling like fast food after the meal. The service or lack thereof is strange though, as there were staff walking around and working in the kitchen, but I didn’t even interact with a single staff during the whole ordering and collection process, and was slightly confused by where the buzzer would be collected. Apparently I wasn’t the only one standing around looking confused, as buzzers were just placed randomly at the collection booth. Nevertheless this is a great resting spot to refuel and recharge after a walk in the gardens.

It was really crowded, and if you don’t enter your buzzer number on the screen, it keeps beeping. For such a busy restaurant, this system works really well—it prevents people from taking the wrong orders and helps control the overall crowd. The burger was far better than those in the U.S.—American ones are often too salty and heavy, but here you can really taste the freshness of the mushrooms and the rich flavor of the beef. The mango ice dessert seemed to be a limited-time item. It was delicious, with a pleasantly crunchy texture, though slightly sweet. Overall, if you’re hungry while visiting Gardens by the Bay, this Shake Shack is definitely a great choice.

I was the first customer to arrive on a weekday morning. It was empty. The food was made to order and it was hot. I did not manage to get the condiments after a few pump and a service crew went out from his workspace to assist me. The breakfast menu does not have one that have vegetable and meat, I had to top up for bacon from the arugula burger.

We visited during a busy period, but the self‑service ordering kiosks made the line move surprisingly fast — no long wait despite the crowd. The food looked fantastic and tasted just as good: juicy ShackBurgers, crisp fries, and creamy shakes. A clearly popular spot with families, which adds to the lively, friendly atmosphere. Perfect for grabbing a quick, satisfying meal while exploring the Gardens. Will definitely return!

Came here with family after a trip through the Flower Dome at Gardens By The Bay. Food was great but the patties were quite dry but still very tasty will go there again! Seating was comfortable, but pricing was kinda expensive…. But the food was still great.
