Shake Shack

Awesome for a quick bite-to-eat as I just landed in Singapore and checked into the hotel nearby. With limited options and fatigue setting in, I chose a fast food outlet and was not disappointed. Crowd was minimal, in fact hardly any, as it was a Thursday night, at 9 pm nevertheless. Loved the great option of selecting a place to sit and with no one to fight with since I was dining alone. Food was pleasantly modest and nice for the price I paid. Will definitely return for repeat orders in the future when such similar circumstances arise.

Everyone knows Shake Shack for their burgers and fast food, but the best-kept secret is that they serve alcohol! We used this as an "in-between" spot while waiting for our dinner table. Grabbing a bottle and some fries worked out perfectly. It’s a great, casual alternative to a traditional bar if you just need a place to hang out.

A bit expensive fast food joint, but the environment quite nice and clean. Open concept so a bit noisy. The chicken burger rather nice. But a bit too sour with the pickles.

Disappointed. $25.60 for their limited edition steak house burger set... Small sized burger same size as mos burger... Flavour was very underwhelming, food just looks presentable. Was craving a good burger on my day off, but i got burger that taste like not much thought was made when creating it. You can tell that the produce used are fresh, clean and decent quality but just taste wise is almost tasteless. Salt the patty at least. Only thing i can honestly say that is good is their bun, cleanliness and presentation of food. First and last time eating shake shack tbh because burger king whopper taste better.. should have spent $25 on five guys.

Recently tried the new york steakhouse collab. Was very satisfied with the burger. Buns were lightly toasted with a buttery taste to it. Excellent touch! Beef patty was juicy and slightly medium well but no complains. The patty was rather decently sized as well and was fatty enough for it to be tender. The only downside was it was quite oily and the beef excreting oil did not help. Cheesy fries are my go to! Melted hot cheese on the fried is an absolute great addition! The normal shake burger was a very good cheeseburger as well. No complains.

The shackburger is quite delicious, and the vegetables are fresh. I also tried their dessert, Matcha made in heaven. The seating is somewhat limited.

Waited 45 mins during dinner before requesting refund, was told that their manpower was 4 but usually it's 10. However there was food on the counter just waiting there, seemed like it was just a mess ! Usually have high praises for shake shack but this was crazy. Management needs to do better, as they were still taking orders when they haven't even cleared the earlier ones!

Visited the Shake Shack at Suntec and, as expected, it lived up to the brand’s usual standard. The burgers were juicy, the fries crisp, and the service efficient. No complaints when it comes to quality—everything was as satisfying as you’d hope from Shake Shack. That said, the prices are on the steeper side. While you’re definitely paying for premium ingredients and consistency, it would be even better if it were just a bit more affordable. Still, if you're craving a reliably good burger, this spot delivers.
