Wow this place is a must see if you are coming to Stratford Upon Avon.
Our walking tour guide recommended it to us.
If gave us such an insight into the life of young William Shakespeare and life at the time.
We were guided around by three excellent guides. Tried out how to write with a quill. Bravo & thank you for an excellent visit.

We bought tickets in advance but could have bought them on arrival. The guide was very informative and the teacher was both knowledgeable and entertaining. We only did this one Shakespeare experience whilst in Stratford upon Avon and we were very happy with our choice. We enjoyed writing with the quill and ink. Good value for money too.

Phenomenal experience! The tour guides were so knowledgeable and kind. Fascinating facts about the educational experience dating back to the 1400's. Hands on experience in an all boys schoolroom while learning calligraphy. If you love history, it is worth every minute. King Charles attended .... HRH

Wonderful visit. Very helpful guides, who are super enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Shakespeare as well as life in Stratford-upon-Avon pre-Shakespeare. Had lovely conversations and learned an immense amount. Thought we'd only be in there for 30 minutes and spent almost 2 hours. Wonderful visit. Thank you from the two visitors from Tasmania :)

Wonderful experience. We were a family of 3 generations and we were all entertained. The two lady tour guides were amazing with a real depth of knowledge. We saw the 15th century wall painting, tried quill writing. Sat in Shakespeare’s actual school room. Highly recommend a visit
