Shalom Backpackers Rishikesh

I had the pleasure of staying at Shalom Backpackers in Rishikesh yesterday with my friends, and I must say it was an amazing experience! The place is absolutely wonderful – the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for backpackers. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The view from the property is breathtaking, with the serene surroundings of the mountains and the Ganges River adding to the peaceful vibe. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great facilities. It’s also a fantastic place to meet like-minded travelers, and there are cozy spots to chill and connect with others. If you're in Rishikesh and looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend Shalom Backpackers – a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and great vibes!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! One of the best hostel experiences I've had! The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh — cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always greeted with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcome. Peaceful environment and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Stay at Shalom Hostel Rishikesh!||I had an amazing stay at Shalom Hostel Rishikesh! Everything about this place was just perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Manager Rahul , who were really helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience.||The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the hills, especially during sunset. The Ganga view front of the Café was a highlight—the food was delicious, and the ambiance was just right for a relaxing evening.||The overall vibe of the hostel was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to meet Shalom Hostel is the perfect choice. I had an amazing stay at Rishikesh Shalom Backpackers – truly one of the most peaceful and welcoming places I’ve experienced in Rishikesh. What really made the stay special was the incredible host, Gaurav. He’s not just a host, but a genuinely kind soul who goes out of his way to make every guest feel at home. Whether it was sharing local tips, organizing activities, or just having meaningful conversations over chai, Gaurav's energy created a beautiful and comforting atmosphere.||The hostel itself is clean, calm, and filled with good vibes – perfect for solo travelers, backpackers, or anyone looking to connect with like-minded people. It's located in a great spot too – close to the Ganga, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace.||Highly recommend staying here if you're in Rishikesh. We stayed for 2 days but it felt like we should have extended our stay here because of the warm hospitality and clean rooms and specially the host (Gaurav) he is such genuine and happening host I have ever came across!! But man loved the overall vibe and food of shalom and this is heartfelt not AI generate!! ||All love to Shalom and it’s team!! |❤️❤️ thank you Gaurav bhai!

This is an amazing and comfortable hostel in Rishikesh. There is a beautiful view of the Ganges from the patio. There is also a really nice cafe space on the top floor overlooking the river. It's clean and perfectly designed and decorated. In the evenings the staff organized campfires with live music. It is exactly what we were looking for! (It seems they organize different events every night). The best part about our stay was staff. They were so accommodating with every request. Opinder was fantastic. He took a group of us on a sunrise hike at 4:30 in the morning. We then hike to a waterfall and spent most of the day in the mountains. It was beautiful.

Undoubtedly, Shalom backpacker's has the best hospitality anyone could ask for at such budget stay. The stays are very comfortable, has a great environment, very welcoming and friendly. ||Special kudos, to Gaurav who has been the best host till date. Very helpful and a generous soul. He goes out of the way to provide comfort to every backpackers.

I am a kind of person who never stays at the hotel, but after visiting Shalom Backpackers, I went out just in the evening that too for the GANGA MAA AARTI. Right after stepping into the property, I had decided to always stay here. A special credit to GAURAV BHAI for all the love. He ll go beyond his limits to help you out in everything. The best GANGA MAA view you ll get is here in Shalom Backpackers. The hospitality of the staff. SHALOM BACKPACKERS has everything you want for your stay. Thank-you Guys for the lovely stay.
