Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok! The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Nana BTS Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooftop infinity pool offered stunning views, and the staff were friendly and attentive, especially Ms. Fatu at reception, who was incredibly helpful. The daily breakfast at Brainwake Cafe was delicious with fresh options. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay in Bangkok!

The hotel is quiet and its location is great, but the room furniture was very worn out, the bed sheets were torn, the room door was broken and made annoying sounds when opened, and when we asked them to fix it, they did not do so. Also, the management is very bad. We were moved more than once to other rooms because of other guests, and the last time they moved us to another branch of Shama, which also has the same problem and the same bad management.

Location is super convenient. walking distance to nana street. Just the facility from hotel is not attractive, swimming is super small. But no effects us as we mostly stay outside more then in hotel.Overall was superb!

The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. They prepared a cake for our friend’s birthday and surprised her with a nice small celebration in our apartment.

Hotel staff are friendly, respectful and very accommodating. Location is near the MRT and the the door has lot of bars and restaurants to explore. My family is happy to stay in this hotel. Thank you staff.

The keycard system, bidet-equipped toilets, and proximity to the Arab area make it a great pick. 9/10!

All staff members are friendly and very approachable! Your staff member, Fatu, at reception is highly recommended. She exceeded our expectations. As a hotelier with experience in management at Sands China Hotel and Resort in Macau, I can say that this staff member is an asset to your team. She anticipates guests' needs and always follows Forbes standards, such as greeting with a smile and sincerely.

This place is definitely 10/10. Everything looked new , very , very specious with very comfortable beds . Roof top pool is amazing . Everyone at the reception was very pleasant . I would definitely recommend this place .
