The value, service, and cleanliness of this hotel can not be overstated. I don’t write many reviews but these guys really deserve a lot of credit for providing me with such an amazing stay during my week in Bangkok. The staff was very accommodating to requests. The night shift lady was especially helpful. For the value and everything else I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are the real highlight of this hotel- everyone we interacted with was genuinely polite and helpful. We also really appreciated that it’s dog-friendly. The room was generally clean, although it could be improved, the drawers were a bit dusty and we did find a few stray hairs (easily sorted with some antibacterial wipes) We had a bathroom leak one night, but maintenance came quickly and the gentleman who handled it was very polite. Housekeeping, however, could be more consistent. While the overall cleanliness was fine, towels weren’t replaced on some days when we clearly needed them, and the small amenities like cotton pads and ear buds weren’t replenished. Reception sorted it out promptly each time, but having to call most days, especially when getting back past midnight after sightseeing, became a bit of a chore. The bath towels themselves were quite thin and worn, so it would be great if those could be refreshed. The gym has two treadmills, but only one was working for the entire 10-day stay. On the upside, the price is very reasonable and there’s even a supermarket, Anytime Fitness, and a small mall just a couple minutes walk away which is very convenient. Location-wise, it is a bit out of the way if you’re planning to do a lot of sightseeing, we didn’t mind this and relied on Grab for all our transport. Overall, great staff and good value, with a few areas that could be improved for an even better stay.

I’m so happy with our stay at this hotel! The room was impressively spacious with a huge, comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and even a walk-in closet (such a pleasant surprise!). The staff, specially Bank & Plair, were genuinely accommodating and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, and the free shuttle service to the train stations made getting around so convenient. Everything just felt thoughtfully done . I’d definitely stay here again! ❤️

I travelled solo and was recovering from elective surgery. The hotel was incredibly well presented and clean. I loved that it was dog friendly even though I didn’t have a dog. I ate breakfast on the ground floor every day and the food was so fresh, delicious and consistently 10/10 from all the staff, so lovely. |I also used the gym every day and great that it was open 24/7. ||I went to some local malls and every time I left or arrived back at the hotel the concierge team was always so friendly and welcoming. They would help me arrange taxis or motorbikes. They were just the best. Thank you Bank, Jay and Ami - you guys were amazing! ||Thank you Shama for a great hotel, I couldn’t have picked a better place for where I was going to relax and recover!

The room is very clean and the bed is so comfy. I had first stayed here for one night but then came back for another 3 nights. My dog also loved it here; he walked into the hotel like it was his home! The staff are very attentive and kind; both at the reception and bellboys. Highly recommend for those who are searching for a pet-freindly hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My children enjoyed the pool upstairs and it was lovely that there were pool towels provided. Bank, Jay and Oat were very helpful.

Excellent option for pet-lovers in BKK! Great vibes, super friendly staff, quietish location. Couple of 7-elevens 5 minute walk away. Small mall and a bunch of restaurants and a 24-hour Tops Food Hall only a few steps away. Amazing bang for the buck, especially if you consider that it has a nice pool too! And there's a flea market twice a week right opposite the property.

I’m a frequent traveller and this hotel is one of the best ones I’ve stayed. Perfect for staying with family, friends or for solo travellers. We just felt like home during our stay at the hotel. We took the superior room and my experience is based on the following factors:1. Cleanliness - Very beat and clean room and surroundings.2. Service - Great service front desk and all hotel staff. Very polite and extremely helpful.3. Amenities - Rooms are sound proof with a nice aircon!! Everything you could possibly need during a family trip was available, including a very nice microwave, cutlery, Iron, smart Tv, a nice balcony, and a huge bathroom..!! The swimming pool was just amazing for both kids and adults..!!! The restaurant at the hotel is great too!! 4. Locations- Great and easily accessible location with 7/11s all around along with a great marketplace. If you are a party animal, you may need to take a taxi 3-5KM to party places..!! Grab (including food delivery service) and Bolt (taxi service only) are easily available as well..!!Overall, our experience was just amazing at this place and we will be staying here again in the near future..!!!
