Shama Yen-Akat Bangkok

I stayed at Sham Aka from for 2 weeks. During the time I stayed. The staff were very helpful and nice. Jezz, in front dest, was so knowledgeable and nice. He even spent several hours in the early morning helping me process my Indian visa online, and I'm very grateful to him. During the day, all the other staff at the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful. Mink, Bank, Oat, and Jay at the entrance were also very kind and helpful. I truly appreciate the hospitality of this hotel!

Staying at this hotel was a pure pleasure. The customer service deserves the highest praise – extremely kind, professional, and always helpful. Special thanks go to Mr. Mink and Mr. Oat, who were constantly available and assisted us with everything, taking great care of the guests’ comfort.||The hotel was very clean and cozy, which made it easy to feel relaxed and at home. The location is very good – perfect both for sightseeing and for relaxation. A huge advantage is the beautiful rooftop terrace and the stunning view from the room, which is truly impressive. This place is definitely worth recommending!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and overall extremely pleasant. The bathroom deserves special mention - it’s spacious, modern, and features a very large and comfortable shower, which made a big difference. The service was excellent throughout the stay. The staff are polite, attentive, and always willing to help. A big plus is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is something I truly appreciate. I would especially like to highlight Bank and Jay they are absolutely amazing. Very polite, friendly, and professional, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. Honestly, if I owned a hotel, I would hire them without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

This is the best hotel we’ve probably ever stayed at through our travel. The rooms are spacious and well designed, the bed is comfy, there’s room to relax/work. We also loved the area, its quiet, safe, and although its not so well connected, it feels more authenthic.. and a short walk never hurt anyone :) there are restaurants and there’s a very well stocked groceries store just 3 minutes away. The hotel also has a great vibe, the staff is very attentive and made sure we have everything we need, at every point of our stay. Mr. Mink was spot on throughout our whole stay. Mr. Jazz helped us leave our luggage for our return and took care of some requests we had for when we’re back. Extremely helpful! The gym is pretty big for a hotel this size, pool is nice and has both shaded and sunny areas. All areas were always stocked with water and clean towels. There’s a great terrace on top of the hotel, we haven’t had the chance to spend much time there, but definitely plan to, on our return. There’s a restaurant at the ground floor, we dinned there twice and loved the food. We’re really looking forward to our coming back here.

Shame Yen-Akat Bangkok was a great stay! The staff were so polite and attentive. Thanks Bank & Ami ☺️ The room was spacious and kept clean daily. Enjoyed the night market on Fridays and Mondays. Area is quiet, not much around but and easy Grab or Bolt ride can get you anywhere within 15-20 minutes.

All you need to stay in bangkok! The rooms were fancy and clean, the only downside was that the bathroom lock was broken which was kinda annoying. They greeted us every time we came in to the hotel and were very kind and welcoming, they also came every day for house keeping. You can put a light if you want do not disturb or for housekeeping which is a nice touch. The location had a few good restaurants and cafes, but it takes 15-20 minutes to get most of the malls. Overall a good experience and if i’m visiting bangkok, i’d come here! I would also like to thank Mink, Plair, Jezz and Oat for helping us reserve and find places throughout our trip.

Very nice hotel, not far from anything. Staff was amazing. Thai people are always friendly and helpful, and these people went out of their way to be nice. The junior suite was more luxurious than I am used to, with a bathroom bigger than most full hotel rooms. The tub made my wife smile.

Hotel itself is not bad but needs improvement regarding the service. Rooms: great rooms,big, very comfy bed and pillows I love everything about the rooms. Service: the cleaning staff was not so good during my stay of 6 nights they just came to clean my room 2 times and I don’t know the reason. Location: the problem is that hotel is not near the bts station or metro station so if you don’t have your own transportation you just have to call a taxi to go to the town. That bordered me but it doesn’t not have to be a bad sign. The hotel itself is great, they have a nice pool, a good gym, the stuff at the reception are great as the two bell boys who helped with anything you need. The rooms are big and the bed is cozy especially the pillows I love it. As I say nice hotel but still need some improvement.
