Staying at this hotel was a pure pleasure. The customer service deserves the highest praise – extremely kind, professional, and always helpful. Special thanks go to Mr. Mink and Mr. Oat, who were constantly available and assisted us with everything, taking great care of the guests’ comfort.||The hotel was very clean and cozy, which made it easy to feel relaxed and at home. The location is very good – perfect both for sightseeing and for relaxation. A huge advantage is the beautiful rooftop terrace and the stunning view from the room, which is truly impressive. This place is definitely worth recommending!

I want to talk about my satisfaction and my gratitude for the treatment received at the hotel during my stay. Especially because being housed I had a mishap with a tooth implant, and I needed a dentist as soon as possible, since the pain began to be worrying. It is in the difficulties when you see the quality of the professionals. And I can say that its quality was excellent. The reception and concierge department turned to find me an appointment at a nearby hospital on the same day, taking care of investigating the necessary technical aspects of the implant so that the visit to the dentist was effective. And so it was. What a success. When I left the dentist I no longer had any pain. In addition to this quality of professional service, the hotel has very good rooms and a set of extensive and quality services. To highlight its pool, gym, its work room and its cafeteria. They also have a very good space on the terrace with very good views to be able to enjoy with friends and / or pets. It was the first time I stayed at the hotel and they have a new client with me. This was my second stay here! The hotel is modern, very clean, and I love the minimalist-chic interior. You get the feel of a boutique accomodation with the service of a five-star hotel. It’s located on a quiet soi just a few minutes from One Bangkok and Lumpini MRT. While it’s not within walking distance to the MRT/BTS, the hotel provides a shuttle service (weekday only) for your convenience. There's a TOPS supermarket just 3 mins walk with plenty of restaurants, massage, bakeries etc. There’s also a local night market across the street on certain days. The room is VERY spacious for the price, the bed is comfortable, and the noise level is close to zero. Perfect for light sleepers sensitive to sound. Facilities wise, there's a large meeting room with plug points, if you need to work. There's both a well equipped gym and a small pool for a dip. Shout out to Khun Bank, Mink, Yu, and Amy for their wonderful service and for making the stay feel like home. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay. Looking forward to my next visit!

Really nice and modern rooms. Service outstanding, especially the cleaning staff and the bell staff (Bank, Oat, and Top). The pool is warm, has lounge chairs both exposed and under cover, and features jets if you can find the button. Small but good gym. Free laundry machines. Plenty in the neighborhood although it's a little tough to walk along Yen-Akat Road, and mass transit is hard to get to. I'd stay here again.

I booked this hotel for 1 night in BKK due to the high score and good reviews. I enjoyed my stay here I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in BKK. The room is big, clean and everything is new and highly maintained! And the best part is the price, it's really cheap for this kind of room. The stuff were wonderful and very helpful especially: Bank, Jay and Oat. They helped me with everything I needed :-) The only thing that bothered me was the size of the bed (too small for tall or big people), and the shower current that was too low for me. But the shower is big and very comfortable Also it's a pets friendly hotel
