Shambaling Boutique Hotel

The service here is so good — it feels like they treat you as family. Nice reception. Neat room. Water supply is assured clean. The restaurant provides a variety of food options, Himalaya, Indian, Chinese, Continental etc.. Close to boudha and easy to find.

Shambaling is a great hotel. The rooms are well kept with an antique feel. Beds are very comfortable and the whole place is pleasantly still.||Staff looked after all our needs and the restaurant staff were great hosts||I loved my stay in Shambaling and would recommend for anyone travelling to Kathmandu

Very good place. I highly recommand. The people working there are nice and friendly. They make you feel confortable.in every details. The location is perfect closed to the stupa Boddnath. The food is very good .the room are spacious and very clean. I appreciate especialy the garden.

You could easily miss it when you walk by on the streets, but you would miss out in a great experience.|The rooms are comfy and clean, the whole hotel makes a great impression, the food is deliciouse and the staff are overwhelmingly friendly. Definitely a recoomendation if you ever come to Kathmandu.

We had a really great time staying here for about 2 weeks. We arrived and were already welcomed so kindly with a blessing and Welcome drink. |The rooms are lovely: clean, comfortable beds, enough space, great view from the window,...|The best thing about our stay here was the extrememy friendly staff! Whatever we needed they always helped us and fulfilled our request immidiately! Not only did they do a great job but they did it with such a kindness and friendly manners that it made us smile every time. Thank you to everyone! Thanks to the reception staff (knowing our roomnumber already by hard:), the cleaning staff (bringing extra coffee everyday without asking for it) and all the staff in the restaurant! We always like to come back to the Shambaling hotel. It feels like home for us. The staff was again very friendly. We also like the cosy rooms and the tasty food, especially the Indian dishes. And the vicinity to the stupa of Boudhanath is perfect.

Fantastic quiet boutique hotel, very comfortable and friendly with a lovely garden and wonderful staff. Boudhanath stupa is around the corner and lots of great Tibetan restaurants too. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything.
