Shangri-La Eros New Delhi

We stayed in the Shangri-La Eros for 3 nights at the start of our Indian adventure and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was immaculately clean and beautiful. The entrance hall was stunning and the lovely pool are a welcome oasis in the business of Delhi. Breakfast had just about every option you could think of and was delicious. We ate in the hotel twice, once off the menu and once the buffet and again both really good. Finally, the staff were so friendly and could not so enough. A really good hotel.

Everything about my stay at the Shangri-La New Delhi was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel grounds were beautiful, complete with a lovely swimming pool. A special highlight was the excellent breakfast buffet. The selection was vast, and the quality of the food was superb. I would especially like to thank Neelam, from Chef Sumit's team, for her attentive and wonderfully friendly service during breakfast. She made the start of the day truly special.

I had the pleasure of attending my organization's bi-annual meet at Shangri-La Eros hotel in heart of New Delhi. The hotel is easy to locate. The conference rooms are spacious and appropriately lit. They do not owerpower with their presence and distract you with all that 5-star hotel aroma. All of this is maintained while holding on the elegance. Food here was good, but not the best. I feel they played it safe as they have to entertain guests from all over the world. Manage your expectations if you like spicy food. But that was made up by their service and their attention towards our needs. The staff of the hotel was available at all time. I never went searching for them be it during lunch or during conference.

The rooms are well kept squeaky clean, every little details. I intentionally meet the room responsible to say thank you. His name was Shobham. I have been to other 5star hotels but this the best I experience in terms of customers care and quality
