Shangri-La Eros New Delhi

We have had an amazing experience visiting this hotel very first time. We went there to visit our friend. When we arrived, the staff were very welcoming an friendly. We waited in the lobby, it looked spectacular. It was very comfortable while we spent time with our friend. The coffee was great along with the snacks. Although we did not stay, our very short visit made a lasting impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your future stay to experience comfy and luxury.

Great hotel! Close to so many places that are historic or touristy, as well as shopping and the embassies. The entrance is wonderful, ring greeted by a cadre of doormen ensuring that once you arrive, you no longer need to worry. They take your bags and whisk them away to your room, arriving shortly after your check-in is completed. Like many upscale hotels, there is a car service for taking you on local trips (for a fee). Inside the hotel are several restaurants to choose from and I highly recommend them all. The room was cozy but spacious. The room attendants were meticulous and returned in the evening to turn down the bed and check the room for any thing that might do quickly to straighten things up before you go to bed. The spa left me in complete bliss after 90 minutes of massage and the pool was simply relaxing.

Excellent hotel Excellent Hotel with amazing F&B. Has an amazing pizza at their Italian restaurant and a lovely Chinese set meal at Shang Palace. ||Very stylish lobby. It's an old hotel but very maintained. Highly recommended for people looking for good quality and not cheap price.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Shangri-La Eros Hotel, Delhi while on official duty, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect—centrally situated, making it very convenient for both business and leisure purposes. Whether you're heading to meetings or exploring the city, everything is easily accessible. The service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I particularly enjoyed the Thai cuisine—it was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There are several dining options, and all maintain a high standard of quality. The hotel also features a well-maintained swimming pool and a fully equipped gym, both of which added to the comfort and relaxation during my stay. Overall, I had a very refreshing and comfortable experience at Shangri-La Eros. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers looking for a blend of luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

Very unprofessional and Harassing experience. I attended a party here and although I was leaving peacefully on my own , The hotel management behaved in a highly unacceptable way. they forcefully clicked our photo without consent , made me write and sign a letter under pressure , even called the police unnecessarily . this shows how poorly they treat guests and how unsafe their environment is .Instead of handling things politely , they created unnecessary fear and humiliation . Guests deserve respect, not harassment . I would strongly advice people to avoid this Hotel - there are far better and safer options available .

Our experience at the shangri la was excellent. The buffet is superb and the accommodations are exceptional. Jitendra from house keeping went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, adding personal touches with flowers, fruits and towels animals to enhance our stay. The best hotel in New Delhi!
