Shangri-La Eros New Delhi

Excellent stay at Shangri-La in Delhi. The breakfasts were outstanding with a wide selection and very high quality. The staff were exceptional – professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for rest after a busy day in the city. The spa was also a great experience, relaxing and well-organized. Overall, a top-level hotel with great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

First, I want to express my sincere appreciation to Anubhav at the reception. He was incredibly helpful every single day — guiding us with activities, offering support whenever we needed it, and always treating us with genuine care. In fact, all the reception staff were extremely professional, kind, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home from the first moment. A special thanks as well to Jitendra from housekeeping. He cleaned our room perfectly every day and added beautiful personal touches — especially the swan-shaped towels with roses that made the room feel magical. His dedication and attention to detail were outstanding. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay — a delicious cultural experience with authentic Indian dishes and chai that we looked forward to each morning. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional service and warm hospitality. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely return again! 🌟

My three night stay here at was nothing but spectacular. Great hospitality, wonderful service and room on 16th floor with a great view were the obvious highlights of this stay. They got a large Jacuzzi, cold plunge, infrared and saunas - great complement for Delhi’s bone chilling winter.

had an excellent stay here!! The housekeeping was phenomenal and special thanks to Vijay, who went above and beyond to keep everything spotless and comfortable. The staff consistently made me feel welcome. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well, making it easy to relax after a long day. Highly recommended!

The front staff was so warm and welcoming and got to know Shubham as we would meet every morning at the front desk. His customer services skills were spot on, not only did they get to know me but I also got to know other staff too, like Imran, Sabia khan, mohit. The hotel definitely is work 5 star. The staff was awesome and I recommend anyone coming to Delhi to stay here. The location is very central and also very secured.

I had a corporate event today in the hotel hence got to experience the service for the first time and was pretty disappointed with the level of hospitality. Let's directly come to service During the tea time I approached one of the servers for the jeera cookies as the jar was almost empty. The server looked upto his senior Shahnawaz to which Shahnawaz replied in a very rude tone "jo hai wahi kha lo." Not exaggerating a bit these were his words l and that's when I was forced to look at his name plate to understand if he is a permanent employee or just a trainee likenfew others who didn't have a name plate. It didn't end here after having my meal I was just standing there waiting for a colleague when I overheard a voice saying ""Oye in sab ko do jalebi ke piece dena jyada nahin"". I was quite surprised and immediately turned around to look who had the audacity to say this and there was Mr Shahnawaz again with his warmest ever hospitality. I actually want to understand what was his mindset that all senior level employees of a reputed leading financial institution who were a part of this event are some beggers who were attending a bhandara and were at his mercy or was he a ration que manager in his own village where he was rationing two jalebis per person. And someone really needs to remind him that he is working in a reputed hotel and unfortunately not in a highway dhaba where people might be at his mercy. I m sure you do have video recordings of the area not sure whether or not you have the voice recordings but just review the body language and rudeness in his whole personality. And yet if you decide not to take any action, God bless your future These days most of us have been to and stayed in all topline hotels across. But what I got to experience today was quite astonishing especially from the standards of shangrila Decent hotel in the heart of the city beautifully decorated for the festivities.

Beautiful and functional hotel , convenient location and a superb staff . The moment we called n spoke to the first person and the restaurant team, they were polite and courteous And guided us well. The hospitality team , servers , captain and the other staff was excellent at hospitality and took great care of us The food spread at tamra was delicious and we enjoyed thoroughly

Everything about my stay at the Shangri-La New Delhi was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel grounds were beautiful, complete with a lovely swimming pool. A special highlight was the excellent breakfast buffet. The selection was vast, and the quality of the food was superb. I would especially like to thank Neelam, from Chef Sumit's team, for her attentive and wonderfully friendly service during breakfast. She made the start of the day truly special.
