I stayed at Shangri-La Fuzhou many years ago, and this time I was a bit worried that the room facilities might be too old. However, the air conditioning and overall cleanliness of the room were better than I expected, and most of the staff were proactive and friendly.||||I would especially like to express my gratitude to Barry, a staff member at your hotel. He sincerely and attentively resolved my problems and offered me a lot of help. During my one-week stay in Fuzhou, the weather was sometimes quite cold, and since the hotel’s air conditioning did not provide heating, I felt very chilly. Barry listened carefully to my concerns and went out of his way to arrange a suitable heater for me. I truly appreciate his kindness.||||I have stayed at many hotels in Fuzhou, and the next time I visit, I will definitely choose Shangri-La Fuzhou again!
