Shangri La Hotel Fuzhou

Enjoyed stay. Room was not exceptional but we had good park view. Ground level was well decked out with tasteful Christmas decoration. Service was impeccable but a hefty (I felt) 150% deposit was collected upon check in though this was not mentioned in Trip.com (unless I missed the detail.) Still waiting for full refund.

It was a really nice trip overall. Evelyn at the front desk was very patient when checking in. She also gave us some sweet treats, recommended local food nearby, and kindly reminded us about travel arrangements since there was a marathon going on. Manager Cynthia helped resolve our breakfast issue. Leon from concierge was very helpful and assisted us in carrying all the luggage for our three rooms upstairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. It truly felt like one of the best hotels we've ever visited. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We experienced an issue with water leaking in our bathtub, but the staff's response was exceptional. As soon as we mentioned the problem, they quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger room in the middle of the night. Their prompt attentiveness and willingness to accommodate us made a significant difference in our experience. We were genuinely impressed with their customer service, which turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. This level of care truly reflects the high standards of the hotel, and we left feeling valued as guests. The amenities were fantastic, and our room was both luxurious and comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we can't wait to repeat!

I checked in to Shangri-La Hotel in Fuzhou on 22 Oct. The experience was a pleasant & unforgettable one. I was greeted by Sarah when I checked in She was very friendly and helpful to acede to my request. Upon knowing that I am allergic to smoke smell, she arranged for the highest floor for me. The room is super clean and very big. I would also like to comment on the sincere service of another front counter staff, Wade Fu. He always greeted the guest with warm smiles. He answered all my questions well and showed concern to my safety as I was travelling alone. He made me felt at home. The hotel is in a strategic location, with WuYi Square just 5-min walk away and the there are many eateries within walking distance. Tourist attration ,SanFang QiXiang, is just a short car-ride. My overall impression of the hotel is awesome. I'll certainlyl stay in Shangri-La Hotel when I next visit Fuzhou. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

My husband and I stayed at Shangri La Fuzhou for three nights last week. Although the hotel's decor seems to be a bit dated, We found that it is well maintained and still glitters! The indoor pool needs an extra star as it is very clean and comfy! Breakfast of the Lobby Lounge and Horizon Club  are both very good. |Services and personal touches have always been the edge of Shangri La group among the others, and this is still very true here in Fuzhou Shangri La! Every staff is so caring and looks into details, especially Nancy and Peri! Last but not least, I need to praise the impeccable services at the Hotizon Club led by their General Manager Eric Mommejac, who has taken care of every guest with the utmost pampering service!

I stayed at Shangri-La Fuzhou many years ago, and this time I was a bit worried that the room facilities might be too old. However, the air conditioning and overall cleanliness of the room were better than I expected, and most of the staff were proactive and friendly.||||I would especially like to express my gratitude to Barry, a staff member at your hotel. He sincerely and attentively resolved my problems and offered me a lot of help. During my one-week stay in Fuzhou, the weather was sometimes quite cold, and since the hotel’s air conditioning did not provide heating, I felt very chilly. Barry listened carefully to my concerns and went out of his way to arrange a suitable heater for me. I truly appreciate his kindness.||||I have stayed at many hotels in Fuzhou, and the next time I visit, I will definitely choose Shangri-La Fuzhou again!

The bedding was very soft and comfortable. The in-room snacks such as pineapple tarts and red date desserts were nice. The room had 2 cup warmer that ensured that the dessert stayed warmed. They also provided cute kid toiletry.

Stayed after long trip from London via Hong Kong and received wonderful service. Hotel maybe the oldest 5* in Fuzhou, however, it is spotlessly maintained, and all staff are professional, helpful, and courteous. Rooms are spacious and the club lounge on the 22 floor is excellent. Would highly recommend and a special thanks to all the club staff, and the engaging General Manager, Mr Eric Mommejac.
