Shangri La Hotel Fuzhou

My husband and I stayed at Shangri La Fuzhou for three nights last week. Although the hotel's decor seems to be a bit dated, We found that it is well maintained and still glitters! The indoor pool needs an extra star as it is very clean and comfy! Breakfast of the Lobby Lounge and Horizon Club  are both very good. |Services and personal touches have always been the edge of Shangri La group among the others, and this is still very true here in Fuzhou Shangri La! Every staff is so caring and looks into details, especially Nancy and Peri! Last but not least, I need to praise the impeccable services at the Hotizon Club led by their General Manager Eric Mommejac, who has taken care of every guest with the utmost pampering service!

I stayed at Shangri-La Fuzhou many years ago, and this time I was a bit worried that the room facilities might be too old. However, the air conditioning and overall cleanliness of the room were better than I expected, and most of the staff were proactive and friendly.||||I would especially like to express my gratitude to Barry, a staff member at your hotel. He sincerely and attentively resolved my problems and offered me a lot of help. During my one-week stay in Fuzhou, the weather was sometimes quite cold, and since the hotel’s air conditioning did not provide heating, I felt very chilly. Barry listened carefully to my concerns and went out of his way to arrange a suitable heater for me. I truly appreciate his kindness.||||I have stayed at many hotels in Fuzhou, and the next time I visit, I will definitely choose Shangri-La Fuzhou again!

Stayed after long trip from London via Hong Kong and received wonderful service. Hotel maybe the oldest 5* in Fuzhou, however, it is spotlessly maintained, and all staff are professional, helpful, and courteous. Rooms are spacious and the club lounge on the 22 floor is excellent. Would highly recommend and a special thanks to all the club staff, and the engaging General Manager, Mr Eric Mommejac.

The check in process was smoothly and quickly. Edwin helped us with the check in process. Annie also offered us warm welcome with seasonal fruit and water. Dio also assisted us send the luggage to our room. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and welcoming and the whole stay was great! The breakfast buffet has lots of opportunities and fresh. Highly recommended!

Simply an amazing stay! Colleagues are very attentive and helpful! Shangri-La is absolutely a great example of luxury hospitality and I enjoyed every moment of it!

great experience. room was clean and spacious. toilet was awesome because well segregated wet and dry area, plus great water pressure from shower. breakfast buffet was pretty good too! Annie really took care of us by sending us tea, snacks and even complimentary breakfast! loved our stay here

It was my second time staying in this hotel. They have maintained the excellent standard. Prior to my arrival, I advised them that I don’t eat fruits except for dragon fruit. The dragon fruit was prepared. In my stay, the staff members were quite helpful. They recommended the good place to eat and also helped me to get a taxi as my Alipay didn’t work for transport. It was a pleasant stay.

Great location, wonderful amenities, so what more you could want? Each time we come to Fuzhou, we stay at the Shangri-la due to its convenience, price, and quality of service. ||This hotel is located in the heart of the city and just by stepping outside the hotel's entrance, you can easily walk to local shops and restaurants, as well as some local historical sights and streets. The staff are truly one of the highlights of this hotel and at every point of meeting (check-in, dining, housekeeping, Club lounge, etc), everyone is courteous, friendly, and thoughtful. You can choose to have Club Lounge access and I think it is definitely worth it. Not only is the included breakfast buffet incredibly varied and quite delicious, but the nightly food offered in the lounge is such a convenient option when you want to stay in and just don't feel up to going out anymore. Overall, we have stayed at this location several times now over the years and it truly has become one of our favorites. To the point that every time we come, we know we will have a wonderful stay.
