Enjoyable stay on the 17 floor with a nice view. Nice large room with great shower. Slept well. Good pool rather empty but good with view to the formula track, lousy WiFi in the pool area. Impressive breakfast with truly big but tasty choice of more or less everything. Good service. Quite some construction around the hotel. Hotel is not far from the airport but far from old town

Came to Shangri-La Jeddah just to have breakfast with my mom. In Jeddah. Still worth it. We had a small confusion at the start, and Meshael, the duty manager, handled it really well. Super calm, professional, and genuinely helpful. She fixed everything smoothly without making it awkward, which honestly makes a big difference. What I appreciated most is seeing this level of hospitality locally. It’s nice to feel that Saudi tourism and service standards are clearly improving, and people like Meshael reflect that. Great breakfast, nice atmosphere, and solid service overall.

My stay at Shangri-La Jeddah was nothing short of extraordinary and truly one of the most refined hotel experiences I have ever had. Every detail reflected elegance, sophistication, and an exceptional standard of service. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Meshael for her impeccable professionalism, gracious manner, and genuine commitment to excellence. Her outstanding service added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. A remarkable stay in every sense, and a hotel I would highly recommend without hesitation.

I came back to Copa – Shangri-La Jeddah after a previously bad experience, and honestly, today completely changed my mind! I was welcomed by a staff member named Wassim, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He really made my visit enjoyable. The whole team has clearly improved, and the service is much better than before. Great job to everyone—I’m definitely loving the place again!

Hotel is well situated, next to the corniche and right in front of the F1 circuit, also it's closed to the Redsea mall. So no matter for leisure or business, it's definitely highly recommend for international guest first time visiting Jeddah. We had a corporate event at Shangri-la Jeddah and whole team stayed there. The front office team are very friendly and helpful, check in experience was smooth. Room is very spacious, furniture and decoration is comfortable and practical. The bath room is made by marble, gives you a low key luxury feeling. thank god it's not gold color... the amenities they are used also high quality which is aqua di Parma. |Among all the facilities, their waterfront kitchen restaurant offers fresh and delicious food. It is focus on varieties and qualities, not quantity, I guess we share the same concept that less is more. For the event catering, for our menu, Peking duck is included I bet you won't see it often in other hotels, it's delicious and the sauce is authentic, and it will be only available at Shangri-la, proud Asian touch. ||A very special thank you goes to Badr Mobarak, Director of Event, who was always available and just a message away, ready to support and accommodate every guest request with a positive attitude. It comforts you with the feeling that everything is under control. The presence of General manager Mr. Brice at various facilities also made our guests feel valued and assured that their feedback was heard. ||We highly recommend Shangr-la Jeddah and will definitely come back for next event.

I had the worst night during my stay. The room smelled extremely bad from the moment I walked in. The overall service was very poor and far below acceptable standards. The furniture in the room was old, worn out, and clearly not maintained. Even the valet service was disappointing and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It does not deserve the price they charge, and the experience was completely unacceptable.

I had a great experience at the wellness club! The receptionist, Saad, was very professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also tried a massage with Eyouni she was amazing! Very skilled and attentive, and I left feeling completely relaxed

The administrative team and service team were very professional and respond fast to our inquiries. And the event planning and organization during the occasion went smoothly just as planned, without delays. The setup in the newlyweds suite (the night of the wedding is complimentary) was clean and romantic! The overall experience was exquisite and we hope to visit Shangri-La in future occasions, hotel stays, and spa days!
