A Truly Fantastic Stay – Even Better the Second Time!||||This was our second visit to Shangri-La Le Touessrok (our first was in 2018), and somehow, it managed to exceed our already high expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. We stayed in rooms 114 and 342, and the setting, service, and hospitality were exceptional throughout.||||Days on the beach were unforgettable thanks to Yash and the boathouse team, who made every water activity safe and fun. Aldo’s morning boat rides became a daily highlight. On Ilot Mangénie, Jauhan’s warm welcome made our time extra special.||||The food was outstanding across all restaurants. Breakfast at TSK was a daily joy, with special thanks to Pella, Anna, Sharda, Shaloo, Dianne, Babita, and Nicole. Dinners were delicious too—Chef Ahmed’s meals at TSK and the fantastic sushi team at the Japanese restaurant (Harsh, Ashish, Dario, and Priyanka) truly impressed. Ronald at Cocos was also a standout with his warm island hospitality.||||The front desk team, led by the ever-positive Nabila, and Dipak at the entrance, made us feel welcome every day. Housekeeping was flawless—thank you to Kavita and the whole team for looking after our rooms with such care.||||We used the hotel taxi service for all our trips—Sam, Mike, and Neelesh were friendly, professional, and made exploring Mauritius a breeze.||||It was also a pleasure meeting Fredrick (GM) and Gregory—leaders who genuinely connect with guests.||||Shangri-La Le Touessrok is a slice of paradise that feels like home. We already can’t wait to return!
