Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu

A great place for families. Lots to do for young kids. With several pools, slides and a beach in site. Restaurants on site are good. The breakfast buffet is excellent will lots of choice. The rooms are OK but starting to look a little tired. The TV in ours didn't really work properly. However it wasn't an issue as we were not using it. However the technology is old with limited casting ability etc. Top marks for the staff thought. Every single staff member we interacted with was polite and eager to ensure your stay was as good as possible. They made the stay superb.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and sophistication at Tea of Spring. The menu boasted a diverse selection of dishes, each bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. The ambiance was inviting, perfect for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings. The staff were attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. Without a doubt, Tea of Spring has secured its place as a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts seeking perfection in every dish.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our Philippines adventure as we wanted to chill and relax. We booked Ocean Wing Panoramic view rooms, but they were not what we expected. Firstly, we expected the Ocean wing and the Ocean wing pool to be separated from the rest of the resort and, therefore, more peaceful - it wasn't. It is simply the wing at the beach end of the hotel, and the pool is accessible to all hotel guests as well as day visitors. Secondly, the Panoramic rooms are directly above the swimming pool, which opens at 6am, and we therefore dreaded early morning noise. We therefore changed our rooms and downgraded to Premium rooms, which were just as good but on the side of the hotel, and received a credit for the difference. Also, if you are above the 2nd floor, then you still have a view of the Ocean. The staff at the hotel were all very good and the facilities provided in the lounge were excellent. Overall, it is a good hotel, but we would say more suited to families than mature couples wanting a relaxing break.

I highly recommend having dinner here at Tea of Spring with the superb and personalized service of Sir Jom, we were greeted with warmth and welcomeness. He also recommended some great dishes which are new and exciting! The highlight of our dinner was the peking duck as it was so juicy and delicious. ||Our dinner was truly memorable and we will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

We went here to meet our client. The place is wonderful. From their services, food, staff and the activities you can do there. The main pool was huge, and there are 6 lifeguards in total watching around to make sure the safety of everybody. The beach was amazing! You can snorkel and see fishes while swimming. The weather was great when we were there so it made the experience so much better. The food there is excellent, the breakfast buffet and the 4 other restaurants serve really good quality and delicious food. The facilities are amazing, too. Other than the 3 different pools, they have an arcade area, sports area, Chi the Spa, a chapel and etc. It's worth going there. 5 star for Shangri La. ❤️❤️❤️

Came for dinner with my boyfriend and his family. We loved our super yummy mains which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive restaurant. Super accommodating and we're enjoying our foods. Keep that 100% good restaurant. Super love it 😊☺️

We have not been using the rooms, but we came for daily usage of resort. I have to say that the stuff is very professional (especially the online chat personal, which was very fast to reply and support), very kind and attentive. The resort is huge, lot of green area and it is very clean. You have everything what you need to spend a quality time in one day on the beach. Money worth paying for daily use. Warmly recommending for anyone looking where to spend a day on beach in Cebu.

I've had one of the best chinese dishes here at the Tea of spring, great service and excellent food! Do not forget to reserve in advance because this place gets fully booked right away especially the weekends. You will have a great time for sure.
