Shangri La Mansion

I wish I could rate this hotel 6 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟||My wife and I stayed here on June 15th 2025 and were so pleased we did.||The location is only steps away from where you want to be! Super safe, convenient and beautiful. ||The Hotel has an absolutely amazing roof top area for perfect sunsets. ||The gentleman who works the reception speaks perfect English, is very kind, friendly and helpful. He even gave us directions when we left for our next location, that were better than our vehicles GPS would have provided.||Our room was very lovely and extremely comfortable/clean. Great air conditioning!! We had room #5 and it had great views from the windows. Wonderful shower too!||We know booking hotels can be very time consuming. Do yourself a favor and just book this location, than enjoy your vacation in Mostar. You will have a great time, in the extremely safe, beautiful city!

Super comfortable rooms with AC and great bathroom facilities. Calm, relaxed atmosphere with very welcoming hosts helping us to navigate Mostar and make us feel at home. They let us keep our bags in the hotel after check out and to refill water. Would highly recommend when in Mostar.

This is a gorgeous hotel/guest house – beautiful, quiet, friendly, and truly special. It is set back from the old Town enough to be tranquil, yet is just a minute's walk to the lovely old Bridge and the cobbled streets of the main sights of Mostar. The rooms are wonderfully presented and are clean, stylish, and comfortable; the icing on the cake is the stunning private terrace where, as a guest, you can relax and watch over Mostar. The hosts are kind and helpful, offering recommendations and advice, and booking nice and reliable taxi services if you wish. Breakfast is a real treat, which you can also take in the paved garden surrounded by olive trees and rosemary bushes. We hope one day to return to this spectacular place. Stay here – you will be very happy that you did.

Most things here were great. Especially the owner who was wonderful in every way.||The location is close to the bridge and restaurants. Getting here from the main road is a very, very steep walk. ||The rooftop seating area is lovely. The breakfast dining room is stylish and food was lovely.||We had a twin room and the beds were very narrow. We also had a lot of small flies in the room - more than 20.

This well located small property offers nicely furnished, quiet rooms for a quite reasonable rate. The property is at the top of a steep short street only a quick walk to the Mostar bridge and shops. It is set high on the hill with a beautiful view from their common area, rooftop lounge. This area is a great spot to share some wine after dinner and enjoy the city view. Room amenities are very nice and the beds were quite comfortable. Travel upstream a few blocks to Oriental Restaurant for a great picturesque breakfast.

Lovely stay for 24 hours from Sarajevo. I got in at 9 am. and my room was ready for me. Owner was super friendly and accommodating. He walked me up to the room and showed me around. There is a rooftop terrace with wonderful views of the Old Town. I don't know if there was breakfast or not, since I had to leave at 530 the next morning.

Very close to the Old Town pedestrian area, less than 100 yards probably to the bridge but still off a street you can drive on. Exceptionally nice host. The rooms are like a hotel and very comfortable. There's no refrigerator. Decent looking breakfast for a charge. Though we didn't eat there we had complimentary coffee in the breakfast room and took it out into the courtyard. Very relaxing outdoor courtyard off the breakfast room. Also the full rooftop is a terrace with chairs, tables and lounges and a great view of Old Town. They have a little parking lot. Watch carefully for the alley up to the inn off the main street, it's a little deceptive and just looks like someone's long driveway, and it's steep especially right at the top outside the inn there are a couple of sharp and steep turns to get to the flat parking area. If you stop in front the host will offer to drive your car the rest of the way up the steep pitch into the parking lot. In Mostar be sure to walk past the Old Town tourist shops and stay on the pedestrian street Braće Fejića for shops and cafes where you'll see less tourists.

Love everything about this country and it’s people and this beautiful, family run hotel, confirmed all of what I had believed.|Nermin and his wife make the guests feel like family. The 12 rooms are very well detailed with everything that could be expected. Breakfast was another delight with the full buffet style feed.|A truely amazing place to stay and words in a TripAdvisor review do not do justice to this magical little place.
