Stayed here 5 nights. Sea view room was lovely. Resort in general in showing its age and could do with a refresh. Breakfast is very busy but wide selection. Pool and beach lovely however I appreciate the staff putting on lots of children's activities in the pool but I wish these were in the children's pool and waterslide area to encourage children to leave the main pool and go there to give the adults or guests without kids breathing space and some peace. The main pool is overrun with screaming kids. The adult section of the pool is a small ropped off area, which would be better if that was the kids' area and adults had more space. Lovely resort, but if you are after peace and quiet around the pool, this place is definitely not for you. It's a playground for children. Resort outlets also do not accept cash, which can be rather annoying.

Great location with beautiful views. Hotel is super clean and the staff are amazing. Big shout out to our evening waiter at the Silver Shell Cafe, an older gentleman by the name of Steven who is so friendly and welcoming every time we come down for dinner. It’s a perfect place for families with young children like ourselves to take a vacation.

Wow! We stayed here for 3 days on our way home from travelling for some R & R. We were very impressed with all the staff, especially one cleaner in particular who was always very vibrant, happy & friendly on Level 8, Room 888 - they could not be faulted & were always happy to assist. ||Our room despite being a little outdated was very clean, tidy & very nicely presented. ||There is so much to do here if you have kids eg kids club, table tennis, 8 ball, 2 separate pools including water slides etc, organised pool activities, movie night & lots more.||For the thrill seekers there is also bungy jumping & zip lining close by. ||Adults there is an adults only pool, a few bars & a few lovely restaurants to dine in & adults only breakfast room. The food at breakfast is amazing too, so many choices. ||Free laundry service is an added bonus & also free watermelon & cold towels around the pool. A nice touch!||Only down side, it’s on the expensive side for drinks & food.||Do yourself a favour & book your stay here you won’t be disappointed !!

Absolutely fabulous! Amazing for kids of all ages! My toddler has had the best time ever! The staff are great and go above and beyond. there’s so much to do! It’s easy to get everywhere from the hotel. However, it’s hard to leave because it’s so nice at the hotel you won’t want to leave. You can order food from outside and get it delivered if you don’t want the pricy hotel food. The breakfast is easily the best hotel resort breakfast I have ever had. They have so many options you can’t go wrong. I will most definitely come back!!! Prepare to pay a premium price here. However you definitely get what you pay for.

We stayed three nights in this beautiful hotel. ||It is surrounded by a lush forest and a sea. The garden is well kept and is home for some monitor lizards who come to say hello from time to time ;-) ||The hotel is a huge resort, with predominantly families which can be a bit overwhelming during the weekend. ||However, the hotel tries to ensure some good spots for adults only. For breakfast, adults can have a breakfast in the business lounge, in a more private atmosphere. We loved it there. The choice of food was great and it was possible to sit outside. The staff there were really amazing. ||We also enjoyed the adult pool. However, I would suggest the hotel designates clearly the area around it as adult only to prevent misunderstandings. The area was meant as a quiet zone as we were told, but there was no respective sign so not all people got it. Some came with small kids who ran around screaming so the life guards had to come and direct them to the family area. We also saw a family using a drone (!) around which made the chief life guard to come to resolve this. People should have more respect for the others. The family area is very big, with sufficient number of sun beds so each will find a way. ||The room was amazing. We were lucky to have a Mountain View which was great. On a little balcony. we liked listening to the sounds of the forest in the evening. ||We chose the hotel to be close to the beach, knowing that it will be close to the harbour and may not be what for the swimming. Indeed, it is not for swimming, it is very artificial and not worth it. So definitely, do not come here for the beach. Also, the view on a number of container ships may not be appealing so we were indeed very happy that we chose the Mountain View. ||We definitely recommend the hotel for families with young children. There is so much to do for them to the point we regretted our kids are teens :-)

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The staff are incredibly friendly (especially the ‘Fun team’ by the pool, share my thanks to them!), rooms are lovely (clean, amenities, great view), the pool is spacious and there are many things to do (badminton, ping pong, kayaking, volleyball, poolside activities). For young children; it’s endless. So many things to stay entertained, alongside great lifeguards to ensure you can enjoy by the pool too. The buffet breakfast has everything, so many different cultures foods and very yummy! The island itself also has many activities and shuttle buses to get round and about. Thank you for making our stay wonderful in Singapore ❤️

Though the hotel is a little old, but the service was excellent in the last 2 stays with them within this 1 year. They have plenty of activities going on, including movie night by the beach, great sea view, quiet and scenic corners in the hotel for walks and just to sit around and rest, located right at the beach itself. I can easily see and understand why this hotel is a favourite spot for family with kids especially. Especially love the fact that they have a private beach within the hotel with sea sports options for hotel guests. Thank you for always being so generous in the way the hotel care for the guests, including the generosity in extending check out time. And having the technician arriving within a short time when there's issue with the TV.

We had a staycay here during the 1 week school break. We took the deluxe sea view twin room. Comes with 2 single beds, bathtub-cum-shower plus all the necessities that you should expected from a 5-star hotel. The single bed is a bit tight for an adult and a 9 yo to share. Better to go for a king-sized bed instead, but do note that deluxe sea view rooms with king-sized bed doesn't come with a bathtub. As this is a very well- established hotel in Sentosa, you can definitely see the 'age' of the hotel from the furniture within the room as well as hotel premises. Even the bathtub was faulty when my BB found it keep on draining on its own when the stopper was on. The hotel positions itself as a really family-friendly hotel. There's an indoor playground, water slides, pub by the pool, spa and an international buffet café within the hotel premises. Outside the hotel, there's also an outdoor playground and an Italian restaurant. Gorgeous view from your room/suite balcony if you're having the sea view. Overall, it's a great family-friendly hotel with great service from their staff. But you may have to look elsewhere if you're particular about the 'age' of the hotel.
