Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The staff are incredibly friendly (especially the ‘Fun team’ by the pool, share my thanks to them!), rooms are lovely (clean, amenities, great view), the pool is spacious and there are many things to do (badminton, ping pong, kayaking, volleyball, poolside activities). For young children; it’s endless. So many things to stay entertained, alongside great lifeguards to ensure you can enjoy by the pool too. The buffet breakfast has everything, so many different cultures foods and very yummy! The island itself also has many activities and shuttle buses to get round and about. Thank you for making our stay wonderful in Singapore ❤️

Though the hotel is a little old, but the service was excellent in the last 2 stays with them within this 1 year. They have plenty of activities going on, including movie night by the beach, great sea view, quiet and scenic corners in the hotel for walks and just to sit around and rest, located right at the beach itself. I can easily see and understand why this hotel is a favourite spot for family with kids especially. Especially love the fact that they have a private beach within the hotel with sea sports options for hotel guests. Thank you for always being so generous in the way the hotel care for the guests, including the generosity in extending check out time. And having the technician arriving within a short time when there's issue with the TV.

So far a great experience staying at this hotel. BIG BRAVO for the staff, as they are so professional, friendly, and approachable at all the times. I recommend this place specially for families with kids. The hotel is full of facilities for kids, which makes the trips for parents more enjoyable and relaxing. The breakfast-buffet area is big and with so many options. The pool is big enough for all the the guests and there are always free chairs nearby. The kids-club is big and separated by levels, different activities every day to keep the kids interested. Great room fully equipped, amazing room services, free shuttle bus to several places to connect with the city and many other things you have to discover by yourself. If you are thinking about a family holidays, this place is perfect, in my opinion, for staying 3 or 4 days. You won't regret it!!

The resort had everything we needed and was situated in a relatively quiet area of Sentosa with easy access to cable cars and the Imbiah lookout islands. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed breakfast as there was a variety of food and even a station for young children to help themselves! The pool lounge area was a lot of fun, we encountered a large mobile lizard who decided to investigate all the guests bags while they were not looking! Plenty of wildlife including squirrels, peacocks, birds and monkeys.. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We are a family of three. We had the best time in Shangri-la rasa sentosa hotel! The resort is beautiful with great amenities and stunning views of rooms. The staff are welcoming and very attentive, polite and friendly. Room service was amazing! Breakfast buffet is awesome as well as the restaurant staff! Housekeeping staff are very efficient. They always make sure we have anything we need. The whole team’s professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy greatly contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Truly outstanding work. Thank you for the upgraded room! We really appreciate it. We had the best experience in Singapore at Shangri-la sentosa!

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms, great amenities, and nice breakfast options. The free takeaway coffee is a lovely bonus for morning walks. The only downside was the blocked room view on lower floors. To fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings, I recommend requesting a higher floor when booking. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience ideal for families and couples looking for a resort-style escape in Sentosa.

Day one our stay at Shangri-La Sentosa didn’t get off to the smoothest start, and at one point, we were seriously considering leaving . But I’m so glad we decided to stay because this hotel turned out to be absolutely incredible. We experienced outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and excellent food. The real highlight, however, was Jennifer at the front desk. I’ve been travelling for six weeks across the globe, and Jennifer stands out as the best staff member we’ve encountered anywhere. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care completely changed the course of our stay. She is truly an asset to your company. Thanks to her and the overall quality of the hotel, we’re already planning to return next year with all our extended family. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Sentosa!

Fabulous place to stay on Sentosa! Even though it is right to one end of Sentosa, it is serviced well by the free shuttle, bus, monorail, cable cars and taxis (other than at peak hour). Nice pool with fun activities and easy access to the beach. Fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
