Shannon's Unshelled - Rt. 27

The food here is great and the staff are wonderful! We ordered a crab roll and a haddock sandwich. When our food was ready, our server let us know they were remaking the haddock sandwich because it wasn't up to their standards. We appreciated the transparency rather than just making us wait! Loved both sandwiches, and the seaweed salad and Maine blueberry coleslaw are great sides.

Lobster roll was tasty, the lobster bisque was okay. It was a bit too creamy for me and I would've preferred a smaller portion with a little more meat. The salad was a little odd in that it was a half head of romaine lettuce not really cut up. The blueberry crumb pie was great and I would grab a slice with some ice cream!

My wife and I were staying near by and wanted to try some local spots for lobster rolls. We have been to Bradys and Sprague’s. Shannon’s has beat both places by a long shot. The quality of the food was excellent, the tender lobster, toasted rolls and that garlic butter is excellent. The clam chowder was creamy and exactly what we wanted. Shannon’s menu selection is just right and it really shows with the attention to detail and quality control. We will definitely stop by before we head back home at the end of the week. Thank you for a delicious meal!

My son and I came here for dinner by chance. Absolutely delicious. We ordered the fish basket. The food was prepared in a wonderful timely manner. The fish and fries were cooked perfectly, and the blueberry coleslaw was pretty tasty. Shannon was also super kind and made us feel so welcome. Thank you!

I was so stoked to find a gluten free seafood spot on my drive back to MA! It's so rare to find safe, delcious and quality fried shrimp. It was the cutest walk up stand with plenty of outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Hoping to be back someday!

Everything was absolutely flawless! This team of extremely talented and hard working personals shine through the quality of the food that they prep, cook, and serve! The food is consistently delicious and tasty each and every single time I order from here! Highly recommend this place! Stopped at this roadside stand and had such a lovely experience. The service was really good and the staff is super nice. We both had lobster rolls which were generously portioned. I had pickle chips and blueberry coleslaw with mine. The weather was perfect for eating outside.

Good roll Meat was clean, no dressing. Melted butter was ACTUALLY garlic butter. Wish I had known before adding to the roll (thought it would butter the bready part) Nice presentation. Orchid is pretty though tbh not very coastal Maine 🤷🏻‍♂️ “Blueberry” Slaw was not very inspired but welcomed. Nice crunch. Fried were good Just wanted a roll though got pushed to the “basket” $40 ish with an ice tea.
