I had a wonderful experience at Shanti Spa. The ambiance was relaxing, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Yogesh, who did an incredible job. His expertise and attention to detail made the massage truly rejuvenating. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend both the spa and Yogesh for anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing massage experience.

We stayed at the hotel with my wife for a week in a Sunset Villa with a pool, during which we also held our wedding, and the hotel was excellent. In addition to the beautiful facilities, we greatly appreciated the personal approach from both the sales manager and the general manager, who checked in with us several times during our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The wedding itself was absolutely wonderful, just as we had envisioned. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Amal was our butler during our honeymoon, and everything was absolutely amazing. From the very first day, we had his phone number, and he responded to any of our inquiries within three minutes. Even when we weren’t completely satisfied with the service at dinner, he personally accompanied us the next evening to ensure everything met our expectations.||Amal was incredibly polite, and nothing was too much trouble for him to arrange or find out. Thanks to his exceptional service, our entire holiday went smoothly, allowing us to completely relax and leave all our worries behind.

We visited Shanti a year ago, yet this time felt different, in a good way, for some reason. Every single staff member was were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. We felt very welcomed and relaxed. The breakfast was outstanding and staff attentive. It’s a small hotel with a warm feeling. This time we didn’t manage to benefit from the Ayurvedic treatments, will love to next time.

Please do yourself a favour and visit this little piece of paradise.|The friendliest staff especially our butler Amal. I think we lucked out as I’m sure there could not be a more caring and friendly human on the island. Nothing was too much trouble for him ever.|Also the lovely young man and young lady that service our room morning and evening were so particular with making it perfect.|Special mention to Sheila at the spa she is one of the best you will find at any resort world wide.|All the staff everywhere went about and beyond.|We had a beach side villa with private pool and if you want to really spoil yourself this is the one to book.|Wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows and amenities.|Only thing I think could be slightly improved is breakfast…it’s very good but not amazing.

Overall: Shanti has the potential to be an exceptional resort, but its shortcomings in service and food quality hinder its ability to deliver a truly five-star experience. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with excellent amenities, this hotel may be a good option, but be prepared for some service inconsistencies.
