It was smoky and hot inside. I enjoyed Mr.Breeze sold out concert every tho it was 5 mins. We had tickets but no seats available for us to sit.

Google
Good vibe but kind smells like piss. First suggestion, get some sponges on the back of the urinals. Splash back is bad and dudes tracking piss into the bar on the bottom of their shoes. Next, get a third bartender. Waiting 10+ minutes to order drinks is crazy. I can go to PBR, get drinks and come back faster than waiting at the bar.

MIA IS THE BEST BARTENDER EVER!!! She just gets it. She made these Barbie shots for us and they were totally amazing 💁🏼‍♀️😍😍 AND SHE LOOKED FLAWLESS DOING IT!!!!

Google
Mia was amazing . she was quick , efficient , funny and helped me have a great time . She’s beautiful and on point.

It’s not hidden but it’s a gem. Crowd is usually very fun, the dance floor is hoppin, and the staff is hospitable. Brandon is one of the coolest managers there. He takes care of his patrons and makes sure everyone has a good time.

Google
Great vibe! Bartenders are kind and will attend to you even during rush time. Didn't try any food so can't say but drinks are decent. Priving was also good.

Google
Terrible bouncers. Almost rejected me with pictures of passport and physical drivers license while letting 1000 underage people though. Don’t go if you’re not white. Spent 20 minutes scrutinizing my real id, while letting 100 kids stream by. Make sure to bring your birth certificate, mother, and a judge. Or go to anywhere else

The bartenders didn't wait on people in approximate order of their arrival. We had to wait several minutes just to be acknowledged while others walked right up and got served. We went during what was supposed to be the Christmas pop-up bar and were told that had ended at 10:00 PM which wasn't well advertised at all. And after paying a cover to get in, a vodka tonic was $13. Which is insane. The atmosphere sucked. The music was weird. The wait staff were awful. The prices were outrageous. Don't waste your time and money.

Yelp
Their ok. I go down to ballpark village all the time. They always have great drinks. Just go down there yourself and you'll have a good time.

Yelp
Great bar! Tons of games to play inside. Plenty of seating. Great music, love the lighting. The staff was very nice. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Conveniently located at the ballpark, this bar/club was a nice venue to have drinks and maybe dance a little bit too. It was pretty cold outside, but this beach themed place made sure to turn the heat up so that the patrons and employees could just wear t-shirt and shorts. I thought that was pretty awesome especially when it was 30-40 degrees Fahrenheit outside. I wasn't really into their selection of bar food, but their drinks surely got me riled up. Fun times!

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! Went to this place in Kansas City and loved it there, so I decided to check out the St. Louis location and it didn't disappoint. The DJ plays all types of music and it's a great place to dance. Also, love that you can play beer pong. The drinks are a little pricy, but that's expected. Shout out to Shark Bar for making my birthday weekend amazing!

Yelp
Cool little spot for events. Beer pong in two spots. A DJ going and two bars. Seating of all types all around and open dance floor concept. Girl bartenders do not wear much for heads up if u bring kids to ball park village. Great views sitting.

Yelp
Super fun atmosphere, love all the colors and lights. Tasty drink options but they are really overpriced. Happy hours and other deal nights are definitely worth it. It attracts a pretty young crowd (early 20s) but is usually one of the less crowded bars at Ballpark.

Yelp
Love love love! Was in town for the weekend and was looking for a nice chill but fun vibe. This was the place. Was there on a Friday and Saturday night! Drinks were on point! If visiting STL again trust and believe we will be back.

Yelp
I am not quite sure about this spot, but it is new and it is flashy. I've wandered in en route to Ballpark Village's other bars and/or the Cardinals game a few times now. It is very 80's/neon/throwback/beach kind of vibe. The bartenders are encouraged to wear bathing suits, and drinks are pumped with many sugary syrups and add-ins. You can get the drinks in small-medium-bucket sizes, which seems great for sharing, but not so great for the sheer level of sweetness. The few times I've been it's been very empty and rather quiet. I wonder if it has a different vibe at night as opposed to the baseball crowds. They do advertise bottle packages and other promotions for bachelorette parties, so I can only imagine the vibe must shift. I do enjoy the décor and colors outside of the staff uniforms. It is a cheery blue along with pretty standard "beach" items around: surfboards, shells, sailing ropes, etc. I didn't, however, enjoy the drink prices as they seemed a bit stiff. I'm sure it'll come into its own personality soon, especially with summer around the corner.

Yelp
3 of us went to Ballpark for the halloween party on 10/26/24. we spent most of our time in Shark Bar, which started as a fun night. My friend then lost her phone on the dance floor, so we were advised to stick around until Shark Bar closed to see if we could find the phone. We had no luck, so we waited on the steps outside of the building, a then so called "manager" told us to get off the stairs. my one friend hesitated because he recognized the "manager"... then it all went south so quick. This "manager" began to call us terrible names, told us to get off the property. we then walked down the steps, and as we did, "manager" punched the glass door and ran down the steps. he was pushing, cursing us out, and threatened to beat us up. there were 2 other workers holding him back and telling us to leave so he would stop. That was so inappropriate. the fact i got called every name in the book, also was shoved by this grown man, for standing on the property waiting for our ride to show up. we also were SOBER at this point, it was 3am and the last 2 hours we were searching for a phone. we did absolutely NOTHING wrong. not to mention he came back 20 minutes later as we stood there waiting and cursed us out again and demanded we walk past the gates of ballpark. I have never been so disgusted and shocked someone would treat PAYING customers this way. terrible experience, we will never return after that.

Yelp
Ah yes another club that's extremely overpriced compared to many clubs in the STL area. $9+ for a "domestic" beer, on average. I think Kona was $8+. So really, unless you're visiting from out of town and want to check out BPV & see the bars and club (this), there's absolutely no reason to go here. I wanted to check it out at least once and I did & now I have no desire to return. I've been going to clubs since I was 21 (not so much now though) & honestly if I were 21 again, I'd still probably be disappointed in this. The music was ok, it was mostly all top 40 stuff and while I liked the decor of the place, I just can't vibe here. This honestly seems like a wealthy "frat boys" type of place & if that's your thing then you're going to like it but if you're like me and want something more for the amount you pay for drinks here, you aren't going to like this. The easiest comparison I can give is: Miami/LA club drink prices but without the appeal of a Miami/LA club.

Yelp
Overall, I would recommend Shark Bar to anyone who is looking for a fun, sweaty Saturday-night-at-the-club experience. I've been here two out of the past three Saturday nights from around midnight to 1:30-2am. Drinks are MEGA expensive -- one of my bills ended up being $51 for 2 drinks and 1 shot, including the tip. Maybe there was one more drink thrown in there, but still, that's expensive! The bartenders are so much fun and usually end up shirtless and/or dancing on top of the bar. The DJs are hit or miss. The one from a few weeks ago played top tier dance music, but the one from last weekend played GOD AWFUL music. It's usually very packed in there, but it's fun to see everyone actually dancing and not just standing around. I will definitely be coming back here, as long as the DJ from last Saturday isn't around!

Yelp
Madi V & Ashley are the BEST bartenders. Go there, meet them, & play pong. you won't regret!

Drew M.

Yelp
my friends and I came into shark bar St. Louis for the first time, Ashley was our bartender. she made the best drinks and was very good at her job, she was very personable and enthusiastic. My friends and I had a great time, our new favorite spot for the late weekends in St. Louis.

Xavier T.

Yelp
Bouncer broke my id and then told me to leave. He wasn't going to give my id back because he thought it was a fake (nothing gets past this guy) so I had to go get some of STL's finest to confirm it is in fact, real. Reluctantly let me and my friends in after the confrontation. Will not be going back, and I wouldn't recommend.

Yelp
Super cute bar. When you walk in you are transformed to the beach. The music was 2000's throw back so I was happy with that. The tables are surfboards, the floor is blue, the walls have grass/moss. The place is bright, lit up and fresh. The staff are nice and friendly and constantly cleaning. The girl bartenders are in bikinis but the guys wear shirts (lame lol) but an overall super cute, clean spot to hang out and enjoy your time.

Yelp
Went to this place 2 weekends ago and it was a blast! Despite the $10 drink prices. Thought it could be a new cool place but then went last weekend after the Blues game. Was charged $5 cover then when friends came over after the game ended they were not charged a cover! Spoke w/ management and was told "yes we decide when we want to chanrge cover and it can go back & forth all night". That's crazy! I feel it taking advantage of people! Just a warning to people. If they are charging a cover wait 10 mins and they will stop. I won't be going back! I'll gladly give my $ to Paddy O's instead! Plus Paddy O's does buy 1 Bomb shot get 1 free!

Daniel W.

Yelp
Took 30 minutes of waiting at the bar to get drinks. The bartender also added a 50% tip to my tab without my knowledge. Not a good time.

Yelp
This was a very interesting restaurant located at the ball park in St. Louis Missouri. We attended a banquet at the restaurant on a night that it was closed to the public. The food was OK, the bar drinks were very good. The restaurant was very loud, but the buzz and activity was a lot of fun. This is a great restaurant for a group of people.

Yelp
This is the coolest new space in St. Louis. Love the beach vibe, cocktails and the staff is AMAZING! Would highly recommend. Shark Bar is the move all summer long!

Yelp
We went to Shark Bar last night for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final. We booked two tables and words cannot even describe how pleased we were overall! DANA WAS AMAZING! She wasn't our server but she is the one who we booked the tables through. She was literally there all night checking in on us. If I had a question or needed to get someone to our table, she stepped in immediately to help. There were thousands of people outside trying to get in... I sent her a text, and she got us in immediately. She was seriously so great and hustled all night. Shark Bar and BPV have a great one in Dana. We'll definitely be booking again with her. Thanks for all your help!

Yelp
This place is a rip off. Thought I was overcharged for 2 drinks ($17.50). I asked for a receipt, and they gave me a receipt with just the total. When I asked the manager for an itemized receipt, there reply was "we don't do that". THEY ARE THE SHARKS AND THEY FEED ON YOU!!!!

Yelp
Shark Bar rocks! The staff is super friendly, their dance moves are on point and the drinks are DELICIOUS! Would recommend to everyone!

Dana B.

Yelp
I was at this bar having a great time! Went to ask the DJ if he could play a certain song and when I got his attention he shook his finger at me. ( like shut up). I proceeded asking for a song and he stated in a nasty tone that he couldn't look it up while he continued to look up other songs on his computer. Other staff was professional.

Yelp
My friends and I were having a pretty good time. The atmosphere was crazy for the Cubs/Cardinals weekend outside and the atmosphere inside was obviously insane for the Blues game. DJ was pretty solid before the game. We had 6 or 7 people in and out of our booth type thing buying drinks 2 or 3 at a time. A sweaty man in a tank top would come clean our empties but there was no service or indication this was a spot you could reserve. We had to walk to the bar and wait in line each time. In the second period someone comes by and barks, "this booth has been bought, y'all gotta go," and she runs away. Clearly, we thought, she had to be joking. Then a bartender comes up, starts cleaning our table and insists we all move. I asked her why, of the three booths, we were being forced to move during the game. She didn't acknowledge anything I said and kept repeating "this booth was bought, y'all gotta go." 0/5 don't recommend.

Yelp
If you like beach cocktails and entertainment this is the place for you! Had a blast at this new venue at Ballpark Village and can't wait to go back.

Matilynn W.

Yelp
Great beach cocktails, fun staff and a new dynamic for ball park definitely a fun place to check out!
