Our stay was simply perfect! The room was excellent – very clean, well maintained, and you could really feel the attention to detail. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful. From housekeeping to the beach service, everything was just spot on. The dinner was absolutely delicious – compliments to the very talented chef! The service team was also top-class: professional, friendly, and always attentive. A very special thank you to Abdul for taking such great care of us. He was always present, extremely kind, and truly made our stay extra special. Service like this is rare. We are very grateful and completely satisfied. With such outstanding service, we will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel. 🙌

Excellent stay here at the Ritz Sharq Village! They acknowledged Marriott elite status and Amex FHR at check-in, and gave us a list of benefits we were entitled to. We were upgraded to a suite and given a tour of the property. Staff were great! We were only here for a short layover and wish we could have spent more time, as the property is beautiful. The private beach views are immaculate. Hope to try the spa next time! Room was spacious and all of the details were well done, lots of great art and design. Very clean. We had room service for dinner, and the food was perfect! Big portions, fresh, a lot of flavor. The shawarma was excellent, as were the nachos. Highly recommend the Ritz chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

The staff were consistently caring, warm, and attentive, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Muhammad Arif, who looked after us at the pool bar and lunch area. His attention to detail was remarkable—he remembered exactly how I liked my mocktail and never forgot that we preferred our food spicy. These thoughtful gestures made us feel genuinely valued and added a personal touch to our stay. We would also like to sincerely thank John, the bell boy, who assisted us with our luggage and kindly gave us a detailed tour of the property, helping us feel oriented and welcomed right away. Additionally, John at the reception made both our check-in and check-out processes seamless and incredibly comfortable, setting the tone for a stress-free and enjoyable stay from start to finish. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming, allowing us to truly unwind. Leaving was honestly heartbreaking, as we had grown so comfortable and happy during our time there. We would absolutely love to return again soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality.

A special mention must go to Ms. Rail Lukas, who escorted us to our rooms with care and surprised us with a big jar of Arabic coffee mix powder—an incredibly thoughtful and generous gesture that truly touched us.|Mr. Raju, who handled our luggage, did so with warmth and professionalism, making the arrival experience smooth and pleasant.|Dinner was made special thanks to Chef Mett, who arranged a comforting and delicious Indian meal. The dal and rice were outstanding—simple, soulful, and prepared with heart. The teams at both the Dinner and Breakfast restaurants were attentive, warm, and consistent in service.|A beautiful cultural highlight was the evening ceremony on 7th January, where the Guest Services in-charge from Russia, dressed in traditional attire, added charm and elegance to the experience.|Our time at the beach was equally memorable. The lifeguards who took us kayaking were professional and reassuring, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. The pool bar and lounge team thoughtfully arranged pizza right at the beach, while another team member ensured we were well taken care of with water and SPF—small details that made a big difference.|Housekeeping maintained immaculate rooms throughout our stay, reflecting the Ritz-Carlton commitment to excellence.|The Spa experience deserves special recognition. Mr. Vency Fernandes is an absolute gentleman—professional, calm, and incredibly warm. His presence alone elevates the spa experience and deserves special appreciation.|And finally, a heartfelt mention to Mr. Ben, the security team member from Kenya. Our conversation with him at the beach was delightful—what a wonderful human being and a true ambassador of hospitality.|I may have missed a few names, but every team member—seen and unseen—contributed to making this stay truly special. Fantastic staff made us feel super welcome, got early checkin and more importantly I felt like they really tried to accommodate me, upgraded room as a titanium elite, I felt the warmth and extra effort. Room was ofcourse phenomenal, super comfortable and extra spacious. The decor was top notch all the way around and evething was spotless, you can see people cleaning around the clock. Breakfast was ample and good not extraordinary which I was hoping for given the Ritz name and perhaps my only critique. Pools were expansive and never felt crowded. The beach is superb with excellent views of downtown Doha. Everyone was ultra attentive and the beachside drinks were extra alcoholic! The hotel lobby is stunning and the piano player added to the vibe. Again all the staff were superb. Everything is a 5$ usd Uber ride away. This was worth it.

One of the greatest swimming pool + beach venues in Doha. Very well maintained and clean as usual, and the staff is absolutely magnificent. They're all ready to assist at all times and very kind too. As time passes it gets better and better. High quality towels and amenities, with free sunscreen of differential varieties. Loved the water cooler and the complimentary passion fruit juice. Affordable prices too. Keep it up!

Beautiful hotel, laid out with 'villas' with rooms surrounding a central courtyard (Riad style). Service was impeccable throughout the hotel from our early arrival through to our late departure we were expertly looked after. The hotel has an excellent beach and 2 well laid out pools. Unfortunately none were designated as adult only so there was no 'quiet' space to relax. Definitely worth a visit again, but maybe outwith school holidays! 😆

The service was extremely good, from the receptionists, who were extremely friendly, to the restaurant staff and housekeeping. The food was amazing, very clean and hygienic. The rooms were legendary. We tried the spa, and that was the best experience my wife and I have ever had. We definitely recommend this hotel if you visit Doha. Plus, it is in the perfect location, close to both the airport and the downtown area.
