Shaw Inn by Stay Pattern

We had a wonderful experience at Shaw Inn, Gulmarg. The service was truly excellent and made our stay very comfortable. A special mention to Mr. Zahur, who took great care of us at the restaurant — his hospitality, attentiveness, and warm nature stood out my son found a friend in him. The service staff, Tahir and Moin, were equally amazing and made us feel completely at home with their kindness and prompt service. Their efforts really added a personal touch to our stay. Only one thing the linens could have been better. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and memorable experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

It was an amazing experience, and the hospitality provided by the hotel staff was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay with absolutely mind-blowing food. As expected during a vacation, we spent less time in the hotel and focused more on enjoying the food and breakfast—and both exceeded our expectations. The entire hotel team made our trip truly memorable. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Thank you once again for your exceptional service.

Visited this axe through tours & travelz. Has a good garden courtyard in-front. Property is roughly 15 years old. Has a great coffee machine. Only 15 to 20 floors but architecture is fantastic. Niche hotel & really well done. Interiors are made of pine wood (I think). Kudos to the management as they were able to accommodate the dietary restrictions & made veg food without onion. Completely satisfied & cannot suggest & rate them high enough

Mr. Zahoor attended us really well. Entire staff is polite and helpful. Hotel is beautiful, you feel like you are in another country. Food was also delicious.

Just one word, not worth the price. It's definetely not 4* and not all recommended. The only plus point is the location near gandola. Advised others to keep safe from fake 5* reviews and choose other hotel, like kolahoi green or hilltop. Staff is ok. Restaurant serves tasty food but too expensive for dining. Breakfast is very basic and not at all worth the room cost. Heating is the major issue, controlled by the hotel, so it's either very cold or very hot. no individual climate controls in rooms. Garden area is ok. Final suggestion, don't book this hotel.

We stayed here in Gulmarg, and the staff and hospitality were truly beyond 5-star. Especially Mudabir bhai — his behavior was excellent and he has a very helpful nature. If I come to Gulmarg again next time, I will definitely stay at Shaw Inn, especially because of Mudabir bhai.
