Shaw Inn by Stay Pattern

The place was very welcoming as the staffs were very friendly. Always ready to serve any requests that comes along their way. I wanted to have the room decorated for my husband’s birthday as a surprise and they executed every details flawlessly. Would definitely come back here . Amazing food, nearby to Gondola and great hospitality!

I had good experience at this hotel. This is located close to gandola so it was easy to reach there. View from the hotel is also great you can see gulmarg top from here. The hotel garden is well managed and they also organise bone fire (at cost). Room looks amazing but the view from the room is j Okies. Staff is helpful. I don't like the food at the hotel. I had breakfast included in my booking and ordered dinner separately. Food's taste does not justify the 4-star rating of the hotel. The room heater is available but switched off at night from 10pm to 6am. But you do not feel cold so that is fine.

Pros- 1. Location is extraordinary. Walkable distance from gondola. So if you’re staying here, no need to book another costly cab to reach gondola in the morning. 2. Food Is sumptuous. 3. Rooms are heated enough by the room heaters 4. Overall behaviour is good. Cons- 1. The photos shared in their website and other third party websiteslike MmT for the Super premium room doesn’t matches description. They have 3 super premium rooms, but all are not same. 2. They had a bonfire party happening just outside the main entrance, but it was not open to all. So it was a private party. However, it was a very noisy one. Loud music was being played till midnight . This overall hampers the environment of the location, it affects the serenity for which people pays this much premium for these rooms. Not expected from a 15k room. Overall good experience other than these 2 issues.

The best hotel we stayed so far… very professional service with hospitality and great views. Room is also very good apart from room service. I recommend this for anyone who wants to have a decent stay in Gulmarg with no hesitation.

Excellent location and view, This was our first time 4 star and we loved this. This property has a very good and safely maintained park also for kids and to sit around with beautiful view. My 2 year old daughter used to see cocomelon christmas poem and she revises this to this as it lights very beautifully in night with cold weather and snow around with mountain and snowy view. Service was very prompt and responsive. Extremely polite staff and property manager. One the the best hotels i have ever stayed.

Flawless experience, we stayed for 4 days for a ski trip. It was near gandola. The staff is very humble and helpful. Ultimate hospitality.

I must admit this is one of the best property in Gulmarg for Family and friends. Best view and yummy food options. Staff are well experienced and humble towards guest and very helpful. A strong recommendation to all tourist. Surely revisiting again.

Amazing place. Nice rooms. Wonderful staff, all the way from Reception, to room service, housekeeping and dining. Yummy food at the restaurant. Variety of food options, also the dining stagf are extremely friendly . Overall the place is the best.
