Who doesn't love a cute alpaca? SHED Chetwyn Alpaca farm has the cutest alpacas. You can see but don't touch! Their alpacas fur is used to create high-quality fleece and yarn. Check out what gifts they have to offer!

OMG! How cute are the alpacas!!! I made the drive the Scarborough to PEC for their Yoga with Alpacas event and I do not regret it! It was so great. The blazing heat had the alpacas hiding under the shade during yoga, but we got to feed them afterwards and they're the cutest thing! Alison (yoga instructor) was amazing. She was very relaxed, laid back, and funny. We were able to roam around the store as well to see their products. We were also told about the horses that they had on the farm, and the female alpacas too. It was so cute! I would definitely go back!

Can't really complain but not quite as advertised. The alpacas are about 60 feet (20m) from the fence where you can see them. As they say, this is not a petting farm. It is mostly a place where they sell products from fur.

Aug. 2023 This was smaller then what I expected but it was nice to see the alpacas. It had a nice little shop but not much else. However it is free!

We had a large family party at The SHED (5 adults, a toddler, and a baby). The house was well equipped for our large party needs. We were able to cook at our accommodations as well as access several local restaurants (within a 10-20 min drive). The charming home boasted two lovely living spaces for sitting around the fire or making music around the piano. Their assortment of books also held some delightful surprises (see The Underachievers Guide and The Shed for great laughs). For children, there were a few toys and books available, not to mention the farm at hand! The hosts went above and beyond for us. They were extremely responsive to inquiries and gave excellent local recommendations. They even took the time to take us on a farm tour and let our toddler participate in chores, which he will be talking about for years to come! We would highly recommend this magical little farm, set conveniently in the heart of Prince Edward County for any family looking for a home base during their PEC adventures.

A nice stopover for your next PEC trip. With all the excitement surrounding wineries, this was a great change of pace. Take a moment to observe the Alpacas and shop the merch... all made with Alpaca fur, even the soap!

Super cute place to stop off if you’re in the area. My kids enjoyed watching the alpacas and I loved the shop which is full of items made from alpaca hair.

The alpacas are so sweet, the gentleman running the shop was very friendly, and I like the wool I bought

This is a nice stopover in PEC. On a visit you just look at the alpacas which are very cute. There is a gift shop. Since alpacas produce a limited amount of wool a year some of the products are from other artists. Still a great way to support the local economy.
