SHELTER HALL

Had a really great time at Shelter hall. They managed to squeeze us in when they were absolutely packed. Also had this lovely foggy view of west pier from our table. Food was great and came rather quick. Didn’t take a picture of it all as it was so nice I forgot to. Really like the fact you have such wide variety of different places to select food room. We went for a steak, Parmesan fries and a sea bream dish. Was all very well done. Staff were really lovely and accommodating, asked for extra plates and got multiple from each place we ordered from. So be wary making requests on the app as it goes separate to each place you order a dish from. Just ask the bar staff or specify the place you’d like an extra plate or whatever you request is. Definitely would recommend and will be attending again.

This was my first visit here (I had only had a brief look around on a few days earlier) and it was great. You can order very easily from the different kitchens using a QR code from your table and enjoy the sea views and music. My food from temaki (Japanese kitchen) was delicious and presented beautifully. Good prices for the quality. Lovely friendly staff.

Had a great experience at the Shelter hall. I think it is such a fun concept and could really help out when a group is struggling to choose where to grad lunch or dinner! I popped in here as an escape from some heavy rain and ordered a pizza. Food came surprisingly fast and was delicious!

My favourite place to go for lunch in Brighton, we always go as a group and it just has so many options for whatever anyone is desiring. There are fun drink options and it’s right on the beach so you can get great views. It’s a QR ordering system so you can see everything on your phone. I recommend booking especially for groups. Great place on the beach for food and drink. Nice choice of good food, good beers and great cocktails. (Sometimes service can be a little slow depending on business). Great atmosphere and attentive friendly staff.

We really loved our meal. The atmosphere and staff were fantastic. Would recommend this place. Nice stop out if the sun!

Was able to get a gorgeous balcony seat without booking on a bank holiday Saturday! Staff were incredibly welcoming. Service was so quick it was surprising! The sheer range of cuisines available means everyone can get something they like. Staff member Jaleh was exceptionally welcoming and helpful! It was my first time there and she explained everything clearly and enthusiastically!

We visited Shelter Hall on Easter Sunday for the first time and were really impressed. The food and drinks were really good, and came to the table really quickly - but what made it stand out was the service we received. Every single staff member was friendly and efficient. Special shoutout to Morgan who greeted us, explained how the ordering worked, and even came back to our table after we’d sat down to offer us a nicer table near a window. Absolutely outstanding service, as we’d already ordered food to the original table, she arranged for it to be diverted to the new table without stress. Thank you so much.
