I visited Shepherd Caffe on February 24, 2026, and it was such a wonderful experience. The cakes were absolutely delicious, and I ordered the cookies made by the owner—oh my goodness, they were pure heaven! I also tried the chocolate babka, and it was unbelievably good. I was sitting outside and it felt amazing. (There is also indoor sitting ) Everything tasted amazing, the place was very, very clean, and the atmosphere was so positive with high vibes all around. You can truly feel the love and care put into the food and the space. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again!

Great spot near the beach! Found this place while staying nearby and I’m so glad I did. It’s just a block from Miami Beach and perfect for grabbing a coffee and walking to the ocean. The line was a bit long, but it moved fast. The food was great, coffee was smooth, and the staff were super friendly. Loved the cozy, Cuban-style vibe inside. We sat outside and enjoyed a relaxing breakfast in the Miami sunshine. Definitely recommend this place!

Shepherd Artisan Coffee in South Beach felt like old school meets modernity. The architecture and the interior design felt more classic. You can smell the fresh coffee as you step into the cafe which is almost always a good thing. I ordered their latte and it lived up to their name. If you are in Miami, and are looking for a good cup of coffee, do not miss this place.

I have been leaving in Miami for almost 3 decades and i must admit this is one of my new favorite spots! The shepherd Frappe is extremely delicious which was made by "Gianella" but everything in general is one of a kind! I will definitely be recommending this outstanding location to everyone i know! The team were very nice including Keidy and Floro! If you would like an all day breakfast, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, fresh juices or additional great beverages, then this is an amazing place to come and enjoy

Shepherd Artisan Café on Collins Ave is a cozy and charming spot with excellent coffee and amazing service. My cappuccino was perfectly made, and the green “Hulk” muffin was a real treat — soft, fresh, and delicious. The staff is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Definitely a great place for breakfast or a coffee break in Miami Beach!

Shepherd Artisan Coffee in South Beach is a great spot to grab a drink and chill. The staff are super cool, laid-back, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The interior is well organized and stylishly decorated, giving it a cozy, artsy vibe that’s perfect for catching up on work or relaxing. The coffee is solid and the pastries are generally fresh, but the croissant I had was a bit oily and slightly smashed, which took away from the overall experience. Still, the atmosphere and service make this place stand out from the typical chain cafés. Definitely worth a visit!

The Shakshouka is delicious! LOVE their GF toast, looks like regular toast, I enjoyed it! However, they are pretty expensive, 1 shakshouka, 1 bagel, 2 coffees was $60 something

Oh my God I’m so glad I came here! I got a Matcha latte next-door from it and I was disappointed so I decided to not drink it and get one from here. Gianella was absolutely helpful and amazing. She knows exactly what Vegan is too. And she knows exactly what I wanted.

We stopped by Shepherd Artisan Coffee near South Beach. It's clearly a popular place--reviews are strong, and I can totally see why. We first stopped in just for coffee, but the vibe instantly pulled us in. The ambience felt bright, relaxed, and very "vacation"--maybe it was the beach mood, but it definitely had that South Beach energy. The menu is surprisingly vast with plenty of choices across categories. I couldn't resist ordering a Mozzarella Sandwich with pesto (huge pesto fan here), mixed greens, mozzarella cheese, and balsamic vinegar. They give you 3-4 bread options in a little basket to pick from--I went with sourdough, and it was perfect. The sandwich was so good that after sharing the first one, my husband and I immediately ordered another. For drinks, we had a Cold Mocha (pretty decent) and a Lavender Matcha (not really our thing). But overall, the food, vibe, and quick service made this place a win. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

DRINK REVIEW ONLY - I cannot speak on the food because I did not get it. I guess they have multiple locations in the Miami area, which I try to aim for a Mom and Pop coffee shop but at the time, this just did. The coffee was fresh and strong, it was hot out, so this my iced americano gave me a good afternoon boost. I did not add milk or fluffy syrup because I wanted to taste the coffee. The coffee shop is beyond cute but pretty small.The interior was vintage industrial with Victorian influences, which was gorgeous. I loved the warm brass and golden tones, along with the pattern tile flooring. This gave me European cafe vibes. Overall, the staff was friendly and the service was quick. The pricing for my drink was reasonable, especially for the location being in south beach.

Great experience all around! Tasty drinks and exceptional service. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped in the door and after ordering, was offered a size upgrade for my vanilla latte in exchange for a Yelp review. We sat down and our drinks were brought to us. The vanilla latte was delicious. We also built our own smoothie and could taste all of the fruit we asked for! They also serve pastries, sandwiches, and salad which I did not try on this first visit. There are about 5 tables inside (all but 1 are 2-seaters), and more tables outside.

Awesome cafe with coffee, cafe food, smoothies, and juices. Just a short walk from South Beach in case you need a beverage before or after a beach visit. I had a build-your-own smoothie with pineapple, passion fruit, banana, and berries. It was delicious! Also sipped an ice latte, which was also superb. The espresso had a great flavor, Sabrina would approve! Miami has some delicious coffee and smoothies, along with some of the best food around. I feel like I've gained 20lbs during my short visit... too many cubanos and a lot of relaxing under an umbrella at the beach. Next time I'm here, I'll need to check out Miami's Muscle Beach (lol!). Service was top-notch! The barista was friendly and welcoming and constructed my custom smoothie with precision!

The service was very fast and efficient which was much appreciated. The ambience was cute and fresh pastries were set out that I will definitely be back to try!

We went to shepherd artisan coffee and got a lavender iced latte, an americano and a double chocolate muffin. The inside space was really cute and the staff were friendly. I prefer my coffee to not be overly sweet so I loved the drinks we got. The lavender flavor really came through with the syrup but it wasn't overpowering or too much. I enjoyed it on the walk to south beach. The muffin was moist and rich and complemented the coffee well

Very cute decor inside! Conveniently located on south beach amongst the hustle and bustle. The girls working were friendly. They accidently made my iced coffee hot, it's okay mistakes happen, but the coffee itself is very watered down. I can't taste the espresso at all :( and it tasted warm I had to ask for extra ice. The steak sandwich came messy, it didn't taste bad, but not worth $17. Advice to owners--make smaller menu and perfect what you serve. I would come back for the chaggacino!

If you're looking to come here, I would walk over as there isn't much parking nearby. The coffee prices are pretty steep as well, a little over $5 for a basic small iced coffee. The inside doesn't seem that clean and tidy. It also took some time for our drinks to come out. This place was exactly what I was looking for...a healthy spot offering salads, smoothies, and juices. A huge added was having a GLUTEN FREE option for bread in their sandwiches and breakfast offerings. Shepherd has been the only place I've seen so far in my four day visit in Miami Beach offering gluten free bread. They also serve coffee, pastries, and gluten free cake! All day breakfast is available. I had the Kale Salad and added Salmon. It was delicious. The salmon was smoked and the kale was softened with oil and lemon juice. There was plenty of salmon and the salad was a good size. The place is really cute. A great spot to meet up with friends for lunch or take a first date for coffee.

Food - didn't try but I'm sure it's yummy. Came for coffee which was extremely good! I had an Americano with steamed half and half. Was so good. Service - super nice employees! Very attentive. Thank you. Ambiance - super cozy. I would shut the doors and have it a bit cooler but other than that, clean and nice. Good place to work. Chairs don't have cushion but not hard surface. Right on the beach with decent seating, this spot is serving up decent coffee for a steep price. The iced lattes were very average, but nothing I can be mad about. The tuna sandwiches were packed with diverse veggies but overall, it was a forgettable experience.

I was en route to shoot a morning courthouse wedding ceremony on Miami Beach on Valentine's Day and needed a bite that was quick and equally satiating. The line moved steadily, the service was quick and the prepared food was solid! I picked up an overnight chia seed pudding with added nuts and mango along with a small cappuccino. Would definitely like to visit again soon and try out more items from their menu.

Gross! Don't waste your money! I have no idea how this has a four star here and a 4.8 on Google. My boyfriend and I are visiting from NYC and we were excited to try this place based on the reviews. But this place was absolutely horrendous! Neither of us could finish the food we ordered.

We visited for breakfast. My wife is very specific on the coffee beverages and her iced Chai latte was made perfectly. I had a full breakfast which was also superb. Light and healthy so I didn't feel tired afterwards. Shepherds will definitely be a go to each time we visit Miami

This is a very cute coffee shop with lots of options for coffee to good! I got the iced cappuccino and it was absolutely delicious! Recommend coming here for your next coffee stop! Service was fairly quick!

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. My girlfriend and I love trying new coffee shops and this was a spur of the moment decision to grab a bite. Kept it simple with their Breakfast Sandwich which is just a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Bagel tasted fresh and well it's hard to mess up eggs and bacon. We also got a vanilla latte with oat milk. If you aren't in the mood for food then their coffee is a must get! One of the better coffee's we've tried in Miami. Definitely worth returning for. Overall, it was great! Simple, quick, friendly and food that was tasty. Definitely a spot to check out if you're in the area. TLDR: Coffee over food. Service was quick and friendly. Bit pricey. Outside seating over inside seating. Coffee- 9.0/10 Empanada - 8.3/10 Breakfast Sandwich - 8.2/10

The coffee is excellent. My wife had the Americano and I had the latte. The baked goods are very good too. The cheese danish was very good, also had the oat bites and vegan banana nut bread with cream on it, also very good. Spent 3 days in Miami and dropped in each day.

The coffee here is really good. Last time I came here I had a mocha. It was perfectly perportioned and made with real chocolate chips. The chai latte is also amazing. Food is good but the sandwiches could really benefit from toasting. The baguettes and croissants are all fresh. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Service is very quick so you can take things to grab and go as well.

This coffee shop is a hidden gem! The coffee was delicious, food was so good, and the service was incredible. The cinnamon roll was actually the best thing ever. The inside was adorable as well!

I visited Miami for the first time last week. I will return to Miami very soon, but not to Shepherd Artisan Coffee. The space is crowded but attractive. During peak hours, I suspect that anyone seated inside the shop would find themselves jostled by other passing customers from time to time, but almost all of the tables were occupied and many people seemed to be contentedly working on their laptops. Orders are placed at a counter and the servers were attentive, but I did find them to be somewhat aloof. Having just spent close to four hours traveling by train to Miami, the staff at Shepherd did not make me feel particularly welcomed to the city. They also got my order wrong. (I had ordered a hot Americano. I received an iced Americano.) The coffee itself was OK. It served its purpose and was certainly not bad. It just didn't offer anything to make it stand out. Shepherd had an opportunity to make a good first impression but, unfortunately for us both, it did not.

Tiny little place, but an absolute gem. The staff were incredibly friendly and good at their jobs. We went multiple times and the quality was consistent throughout. The Cortado was divine, made to order. The Matcha was un"match"ed too. The pastries were also tasty!

Service was great. Everyone is nice and polite with good energy. My cappuccino was amazing even I wasn't happy paying $7 for a double shot that cappuccino is supposed to have. Breakfast items are pricey as well I would only come back for a cappuccino and great service. I apologize I forgot the barista name but he did a great job. Stumbled upon this beautiful little cafe on collins ave in Miami South Beach! It was super busy and I couldn't avoid it ! I entered I knew it was going to be hard to find a spot but I got lucky and ended up finding one! Service: very rude and stand offish.. wish they were more kind. Food: Chai latte was absolutely amazing I really loved it it was absolutely delicious and had it with almond milk very deelish It was so good I had to get another one The Salad was ok but it was drenched in dressing like wayyyy too much and the dressing was super acidic .. wish it wasn't empowering the salad ! Overall cute little spot definitely will be back for another chai latter !! Cheers

On a hot day in Miami Beach you're going to need a iced coffee! This shop has a cute bistro ambiance with a variety of sweet treats, salads, all day breakfast and more. I went with an iced cappuccino and it came out quickly! I had a check in offer with Yelp and the nice lady at the front accepted it (she said no one has ever shown her it ). The cappuccino was perfect! Not too much milk and a flavorful coffee taste. I will be back!

They don't accept cash and add a 3% charge for all electronic payments. You can save 3% by using Zelle but you have to find them by email, holding up the line behind you. There were 4 of us, we all ordered separately. The person that ordered second didn't get her coffee so we asked about it. Good customer service went right out the window. They accused someone else of taking it - her name was never called. They never made her order. They made someone else's order twice. We didn't go back. Coffee was good. We didn't try any food.

Very convenient location to Ocean Drive, which is where we were staying. Friendly service. Clean, quaint environment. Great mix of coffee and pastry options, including gluten free options. A bit awkward to say, it I love their yogurt parfait.... I think it was the best I've had.

The food and coffee were the best I've had since being in Miami. The guava and cheese danish was so good and so was my salmon sandwich! I also really love their coffee and flavored syrups. Definitely worth checking out. The server was very polite and helpful. The shop is kinda small inside but very cute and inviting. 10/10, would recommend!

The service is very kind and attentive, no qualms there. I got an americano coffee and it was...fine. I mean, it wasn't bad but I would say it was heavy on the water over espresso and it cost over $7 for a large ($5 + $2 for soy milk). I also got the salmon sandwich on baguette. The baguette was thin and doughy not at all with what I associate with good bread but the salmon itself was fine. Again, this place isn't bad, but it's not the bougie "artisan" level I expected. I'd pass if you can find something better.

Iced Americano- Accidentally came out as hot but he remade as iced- wasn't as cold as it should but the espresso was pretty good Hot chocolate- Classic, offered in white chocolate. pretty thick Iced Matcha latte- Perfect amount of sweetness could do with more matcha though.
