I am extremely disappointed and alarmed by the food I received from your restaurant today. This experience goes far beyond poor taste and raises serious food safety and hygiene concerns.
I ordered vegetable pakora and chicken samosa. The vegetable filling inside the samosa was clearly rotten, had an unpleasant smell, and was completely inedible. Serving food in this condition is unacceptable and poses a potential health risk to customers. This is not a matter of preference or seasoning—it is a basic failure of food safety standards.
The vegetable pakora was equally unacceptable: soggy, heavily oil-soaked, and lacking any proper texture or flavour. It tasted like deep-fried starch rather than fresh vegetables, indicating either extremely poor ingredient quality or careless preparation.
Customers trust restaurants to provide food that is safe, fresh, and fit for consumption. What I received failed to meet even the most minimal standards of hygiene and quality. This level of negligence is deeply concerning and should not be taken lightly.
I strongly urge your management to investigate this issue immediately and review your food handling, storage, and quality control practices. Based on this experience, I have lost all confidence in your restaurant and will not recommend it to anyone. If such issues continue, they risk being escalated to the delivery platform and relevant food safety authorities.
